Lights Festival.

when Mayor Tinsdale

entrusted me with this
sacred Middleton tradition.

And I have enjoyed
working so hard

to bring you
the best festival.

But I could not
have done it alone.

-No one could.
-Hmm!

So, let's all give our mayor,
Martha Tinsdale,
a big round of applause.

I have a special surprise

in store for you
for the town,
