to run for mayor. Lacking the courage to actually

enter the race on his own merits,

he's instead taken the cowardly tactic of attempting

Is it cowardly to want to know the truth,

Ms. Trask? You know, we're just

concerned citizens here who want to know

exactly your stance on immigration,

especially since your little sister--

>> Jennifer: Ladies and gentlemen,

of this evening. Mayor Carver, Ms. Trask,

your closing statements, please.

>> Haley: I can't believe it. I can't believe

you know, a family, a woman who loved me,

a child, it all fell apart

just like that. My mother was murdered.

I lost that woman who loved me, a child that I thought was mine.

I really loved her.

And I think sometimes that kind of a loss

that I'm tough on crime and illegal immigration.

What am I supposed to think? >> Eve: The whole point of the

debate, Jennifer, is for the voters to find out where their

candidates stand on the issues and whether they're trustworthy
