That's where Miss Enright's

Then he tried to make it look
like an accident.

That's a mighty far cry
from that first verdict.

was death while intoxicated.

George couldn't have been drunk.

in Fannon's fireplace.

I thought all the loot
was on, uh, Enright.

Well, when Fannon

suddenly found himself

mixed up in a murder,

he planted everything on Enright

to make it look
like an accident.

ROTH: He overlooked that

and burned it when he got home.

Well... pretty dumb
not to have made sure

it burned completely.

Well, maybe, but I'm not about

to look a gift horse

in the mouth, Barnaby.

Especially if he's dumb enough

to leave the
murder weapon around.

Well, Hank...

looks like you've got this
whole thing wrapped up.

he caved in Enright's skull,

caught him stealing.

of circumstantial evidence

Mr. Enright was killed.

gotten up and struggled
with your brother,

and had death occur at the time
the coroner said it did.
