And when they went to inspect the barn,

the commander opened fire, pinned 'em inside the barn.

He bolted and locked the door

and set the thatched roof on fire.

Then he went to look for the mother.

She wasn't there.

She'd misunderstood the instructions.

Instead of waiting behind the barn,

she was inside it.

By the time he realized the mistake, it was too late.
