But they do not allow for
a conclusion to be reached

that the person responsible

for the killing of Ms.
Glennon and Ms. Rimmer

must necessarily be the same
person as who killed Ms. Spiers.

The propensity of
evidence suggests

it is likely that the
accused was the killer.

But it cannot be proved
beyond reasonable doubt.

So, based on those findings,

the verdict must be...

the willful murder
of Sarah Spiers...
