The crowded streets of downtown Los Angeles

and leave the rescue to authorities.

of downtown Los Angeles is a crime scene.

but there is nowhere to go.

No information on who is responsible

for these coordinated attacks

on the innocent people of Los Angeles

is available from authorities.

Officials do not yet fully understand

the lethal properties of the toxin,

but continue to caution that it is acutely fatal.

[Kathy] I am in the middle of a full-on riot down here.

Toxic ash rains from the sky.

People are fighting to exit the quarantine area.
