Look out.

Oh, apologies.

The crown princess is in

A very important guest

Help.

- Naomi!

- Oof!

This is going to be

Wait till you see

I never slept in

That's not true.

You slept right through

at the grand council meeting.

I hope you didn't put her

No, we're putting her

Wait, what?

Just kidding.

I knew that.

Allow me to introduce

and her sister,

Look who's here.

Hey, Naomi.

I didn't know Esteban

I didn't.

- Unannounced?

Unbelievable.

Esteban, we told you

for the week while

I thought

Don't worry.

But apparently,

Hiya. I'm Naomi.

Good e-e-e-evening.

I was passed over

while this child

at the age of...

- Eighteen, 19?

Fifteen?!

But I'll be 16

Dinner is served.

Naomi, your birthday's

Uh-huh.

And your parents

No, but birthdays aren't

I've spent most of

so it's not like we could

Not even a quincea?era

As if you

I love

It's too bad

Maybe you weren't

but you are

And I say we throw you

But you can't do that.

- She's turning 16.

Then it'll be

What a lovely idea.

I still remember

Well, if yesterday was

M? amor.

- As I was saying.

It was so wonderful

May I remind you that

is no simple task.

It takes weeks,

of intense planning

You're right, Esteban.

I am happy to see

If we're gonna do this,

- Me?!

- in all things royal,

But not even our dear

could prepare someone

for a royal quincea?era.

Is that a challenge?

No. It's a fact.

On second thought,

in planning Miss Turner's

Thank you, cousin.

Yeah, thanks, Esteban.

And you and I will begin

- Miss Turner.

Your royal training,

Planning a quincea?era

Trying to get you prepared...

well, that, my dear, will be

You do realize that when

- at the party... - Hey!

...you will look

No one will look foolish,

the most fabulous

I guess the whole kingdom

- won't they?

Duke Tom?s, Lady Maria.

Duke Rebecca, Lady Duchess.

Oh, is that

No, no.

of Naomi's

- My court?

picks seven boys

They'll stand by you

and dance your first

Uh, I don't know

Of course you don't.

But I don't want a bunch

I just want my friends.

Miss Turner, you are having

You need royals

That is

One of them will be

That's gotta count

Mm-hmm, and who else?

Mateo, Gabe,

What?!

and you need

The whole point of the party

They're the only ones

I think we can bend

Yeah, can't we,

Ay-yi-yi.

With a court

it means all eyes

So I will

if you promise to do

I promise.

Higgins, have you made

Operation Rags to Royal

Rags?

Then let us begin!

Making a flawless

is key.

It sets the tone

Watch and learn.

We are gliding,

Scan the room,

smile and wave.

Smile and wave.

Why, hello, duchess.

So good to see you.

My, you look radiant

As do you, duchess.

Now it's your turn.

Glide away.

Ay, no, no, no.

That is not gliding.

Now try the smile and wave.

Hiya, Pete.

Glad you could

Love the new

- Ay-yi-yi.

Easier than walking?

To properly

at your royal

you must enunciate,

and do away with

What horrible rasp?

Ay! There it is again.

Repeat after me.

I am delighted

Extremely excited

Who talks like that?

Yeah, can't I just say

Oh, it is like

Okay, okay.

I am delighted

Pretty excited...

To be reunited.

That you've been knighted?

Listen carefully.

I am delighted

Extremely excited

I'm delighted

Extremely excited

Yes, you did.

Ah, this is

Who knew walking

I'll be right back.

Esteban, wait.

All this formal stuff

Elena, she is

Don't you think you're

Quincea?era should be fun,

I want her to remember

Oh, she will.

After she

no one will ever

- I mean, Naomi

Forget Naomi's

And what brings

I was just checking

I know it must be

training a girl

She's much more accustomed

Swabbing a deck?

Right, she was

Ahem, well, we must get

See you at

Oh, I'll be there.

Along with

I knew you'd

Huh? Yes, yes.

Fetch your umbrella

An umbrella?

Now, Miss Turner,

the waltz is the heart

Imagine the kingdom's

playing just for you.

Oh, thank you, chancellor.

What's with

Oof! You had to ask?

Is this not how you

Yeah, but we're not

Ah, I cannot put

Now, chin up,

Stomach in,

Perfect.

It doesn't feel perfect.

Maestro.

One, two, three,

Whoa, no, no, whoa, no, no.

- I told you to bring

Stop thinking about

and start thinking about

when you are on

Okay.

One, two, three,

Hey, look at you.

I think I'm getting

Yes, yes.

We are waltzing,

Now practice your greeting.

I am delighted

Extremely excited

Ha ha! That's it!

There is hope for you

You're doing well,

Perhaps the ball

Let the others

You and I

Ha ha!

You are growing,

Your potential's

You will shine,

You'll be

Of the ball

No, no, no,

Haven't you

It must be better

A bright light needs

No, no, no,

Haven't you

It has to be

So I can be

- No.

- No. - No, no, no.

It's perfect.

- I want it.

It has

The rufflier, the better.

Her dress must be

The fanciest

I'm surprising

That my star

I will shine,

I'll be the bright light

Of the ball

The brightest light

Outshine them all

The bright light

Of the ball

Well, I, for one,

That's one way

Now that we've

we have to do Elena's.

Oh, that's okay.

That old thing?

No, no, you must have

Naomi, I don't know.

All right,

Simply...

...perfect.

But this has more ruffles

Elena, there can never be

Ruffles are

Okay.

Naomi, your royal court

Splendid.

Meet us in the throne room

Why, thank you,

Abuela, I'm gonna ask you

and I need you

- It's hideous.

Then tell Naomi

I can't.

and it's her day.

If this is what she wants,

- Elena!

What do you know?

- One more time,

We've been practicing

And yet, there is no evidence

Elbows up,

Isn't that what I'm doing?

No, you're not.

I don't want you

- Ow!

- My fault.

Are your feet

- Move, move, move.

Naomi, may I

In private.

Gladly.

Okay, so what did Esteban

I don't know.

Can't you cough up a spell

You guys, she's just

- A little?

But it's her big day.

I will not allow

to be ruined by

and undisciplined

So I am bringing in

from the royal academy

What?! - After all that practicing?

You're not really gonna

Not you.

Just Gabe and Mateo.

- What?!

We don't need to be

We don't need

Yeah, we wouldn't want

Oh, Gabe, you guys

as long as

Let's get outta

I'm sorry, guys.

- I'll talk to her.

Naomi, I can't believe

I'm sorry, but the dance

After all,

The heart of the quincea?era.

Well, if that's

you're missing

On the contrary,

Miss Turner actually

If Gabe and Mateo

then I'm out, too.

If you're going

maybe you shouldn't

Okay then.

I'm leaving.

I see that.

I can't believe

I can't believe

You did the right thing.

Then why do I feel

You will feel

when everybody's talking

We worked too hard.

It has to be perfect.

The palace looks amazing.

Yes. Completely

I doubt the same

Ah, well, you will have

Ladies and gentlemen,

I present to you

Yes, yes!

She's gliding.

She's gliding!

I am delighted

Extremely excited

This cannot be

Chancellor Esteban

Yes, this is true.

She may look and act

but can she dance

Who are they?

Naomi's court.

- But where is Elena?

Who? Oh, they

so Naomi replaced them.

How do you replace

You don't.

Let me handle this.

Do you think

I don't know.

Excuse me.

May I have

Ay!

Good evening.

I'd like to thank everyone

and helping us celebrate

A quincea?era is a day

And since family

are the heart

it is also a time

honors those

When I had

many, many

I took the birthday

and I gave them to

I wanted to show them

I invite you to continue

by passing out candles

Of course.

Uh... um...

my...

My closest friends

But they should be,

You're right.

Miss Turner.

Wait!

Running out

What a disaster!

Avalor will be

for years.

Naomi?

Yeah, don't you have a party

Yeah.

I guess I got

- with making things perfect.

Okay, a lot.

The whole reason

was to be with

And the fanciest party

doesn't mean anything

I can see it now

I got it wrong

It's you I've needed

All along

Who cares how well

I need my best friends

So, will you guys

Again?

- Sure.

I don't know, do I have to

Nope. Just come as you are.

Ah, Naomi.

Hurry. The dancers

I'm sorry, Esteban,

but I don't care if

I'm gonna dance

You're outstanding

You're commanding

And you're

With my friends,

'Cause you're

Of the ball

Everyone join us.

They like it.

They really like it.

Avalor will be talking

for years to come.

Oh, I will make sure

Hmmph!

And now, for

I thought the party

I have one more.

Mom, Dad!

We will shine,

For we're

Look at

You are

Of the ball
