[dramatic music]

- You guys are absolutely

insane.

Like, literally my heart

was almost jumping

out of my chest,

and something is happening

to me right now!

- Deadly Games!

Going through to

the finals is...

Cristina Ramos!

- Jon Dorenbos!

- DJ Arch Junior.

- Samuel J. Comroe!

- Prince Poppycock.

- Billy and Emily England!

- Tom Cotter!

- Darcy Oake!

- Angelica Hale!

- Ryan Stock and Amberlynn.

- The winner of

"Britain's Got Talent" is

Paul Potts!

- You are nuts, brilliant,

brave, gutsy.

I am so happy you're back.

[buzzer]

- What?

- To me this was just ordinary.

[crowd booing]

- What do you got to do

to impress these people?

- The whole set blindfolded,

on fire.

- You came here to win.

- Are you serious?

- I'm gonna help you win

this fight.

[cheers and applause]

["Like That" by Fleur East]

- Please welcome the host of

"America's Got Talent:

The Champions,"

Terry Crews!

- I will dance till I die

I'm a hot headed

gold machine

- How y'all doing?

[cheering and applause]

You are in for something

special tonight.

Ten of the best acts from

"Got Talent" shows

around the world are gonna

face off

in the toughest talent battle

of all time.

Only two will go through

to the finals.

One will go through with

the Golden Buzzer.

The other finalist

will be chosen

by the 50 states of America.

They're super fans from all

over the country,

and they are here

representing you.

- I have a question!

- Yes, what's the question?

- I would like to know

which one out of the four of us

gets to hit the

Golden Buzzer today.

- Yes.

- You know what?

I think they told me backstage.

It's Howie!

Howie's the man.

Howie has the honor of getting

to press the Golden Buzzer.

- Watch me now

- Oh, my God, Simon.

You feel the energy

in here tonight?

- I can feel a lot of energy.

I think we may have the best

audience we've had so far.

[cheering]

And like I always say,

be as badly behaved

as you want.

[cheering]

- Okay, let's get to it.

It's "America's Got Talent:

The Champions"!

- And I know when we do it

like that

Ain't nobody else do it

like that

- What did you do?

What is that?

- Gum.

- Why?

And Band-Aids, and just a mess.

- You were the

very first winner

of "Britain's Got Talent?"

- Mm-hmm.

- Wow, that is amazing.

- Long, long time ago.

You weren't even born.

- [laughs]

I know!

- In "Britain's Got Talent,"

"America's Got Talent,"

you gotta like a 50/50 shot

of advancing.

- Well, that's the thing, yeah.

Little more--

- This is two, two out of ten!

- Yeah, yeah,

it's a little more cutthroat.

- First act coming up, guys.

You ready?

- I love

not knowing who's coming up.

It's brilliant.

- Yeah, it's always

this nice surprise.

[dramatic music]

- Aw!

[cheering]

- Hi.

- Hi!

So what's your name?

- My name is AJ.

- AJ, how old are you?

- 6.

[laughter and aww's]

- So let me ask you what

country did you audition in?

- "South Africa's Got Talent."

- "South Africa's Got Talent."

[laughs]

- Did you win?

- Yes.

[cheering]

- I'm Glen and

I'm DJ Arch's dad.

- I'm DJ Arch.

I won "South Africa's

Got Talent" channel 6.

- Season 6.

- Oh, season.

[laughter]

- When Arch was only

two years old,

we noticed that, you know,

he really enjoyed music.

I find him messing around

with one my decks...

[electronic thumps]

And that's when I realized

that, you know,

he actually has

a special talent.

- Because it makes me feel

really cool.

[dance music]

- Everyone kept on saying,

you know what,

he's not just a kid

messing around on the decks.

You can see he understand what

he was doing,

and when I'm sitting there

watching him,

I feel so, so, proud.

When he was three,

he took part in

"South Africa's Got Talent."

His first audition,

he got a Golden Buzzer.

I was like so shocked,

like surprised.

We didn't have any idea

whatsoever

that he would end up

winning the show.

- It's DJ Arch Junior!

- It was so fun!

I was so, so happy.

- He's the youngest person

to ever win a "Got Talent,"

and he became

the world's youngest DJ

by Guinness World Record.

- I know I can win.

I'm here to defend my title.

[cheering]

- Aw.

[hip-hop music]

- Good!

- It takes two to make

a thing go right

And it takes two to make it

outta sight

- This is how we do it

- What what what what what

- This is how we do it

- Sha la la la la

- The kid is all-out.

- I feel it right

- Drop top Porsche

Rollie on my wrist

Diamonds up

and down my chain

Cardi B straight stunnin'

Can't tell me nothin'

bossed up

And I changed the game

you see me

It's my big Bronx Boogie

got all them girls--

- Ah

- Yeah, we got it goin' on

got it goin' on

Don't it feel so good

to be us

Yeah we got it going on

got it got it

- You know it

you know it

[cheers and applause]

["Glorious"

by Macklemore]

- I feel glorious

glorious

- Whoo!

That's incredible.

- I was born for this

born for this

It's who I am

how could I forget

Now I feel glorious

glorious

I feel glorious

- AJ, wowzer, wowzer, wowzer.

Now just to be clear,

you were stopping and starting

that all by yourself, right?

- Yes.

- Well, you have impeccable

rhythm and timing.

Well done.

Heidi, what did you think?

- You are by far the coolest

six-year-old

I have ever met in my life.

You really are,

and I have four kids.

I know what I'm talking about.

I thought you were incredible,

and I wish you good luck today.

- You're really talented.

Two people are going through.

I loved what you did,

and I hope you're one of the

two that America votes through.

- Simon, what did you think?

- Okay, well, you and I need

to be talking after this show,

'cause I've got some plans

for you, trust me.

I think you are

a total, total, little star.

I absolutely loved you.

You're six years old,

you've flown all the way in

from South Africa

to take on the best.

It's all down

to the 50 states now.

What a way to start the show,

and you are everything

that this show is all about.

Thank you.

- Well done, AJ,

- When I open my eyes

hope I see you shine

We're planting a flag

they don't understand

- Give it up!

- I feel glorious

- For the smallest person

on the stage

to set the bar so high,

that is incredible.

I'm doomed.

- That's adorable.

- So cute.

- I can't believe he won

at three years old.

- You guys are gonna love

this next one.

- Yo, Darcy, man.

I'm a huge fan.

I've seen all your stuff.

- Same here.

- We're the only two magicians.

- Honestly,

when I found out that we were

gonna be on the same show,

I was super excited

to meet you,

but also then there was also

a part of me that was like,

"Oh, no."

Like, how's this gonna work?

- Yeah, competition.

- How's it going to go for me?

I'm Darcy Oake,

and I was a finalist on

"Britain's Got Talent"

in 2014.

Before "Britain's Got Talent,"

I was doing spots

in other people's shows,

doing cruise ships.

I was doing everything

that I could to make a living.

And after

"Britain's Got Talent,"

within like

a year, year and a half,

I went from performing

on the cruise ships

to being invited to perform

in Windsor Castle

for the entire Royal Family.

I was headlining my own show.

And we did a tour of the UK.

We did a tour of Canada.

It was like whirlwind.

And I can 100%

trace that back to being on

"Britain's Got Talent."

Each round I felt a little bit

more pressure

because it was like

the first one went well,

so it was like

I have to keep on par

or up it for the next one.

- I think we are seeing

the birth of a star here.

- No magician had ever made

the finals

of "Britain's Got Talent"

before.

And then when

I made the finals,

I was like, "This is insane.

Now I want to win it."

I was so close

but I came in fifth place.

- Darcy Oake,

you are going home.

[crowd exclaims]

- When I got the invitation

for "Champions,"

it was no question for me.

It was an immediate yes.

I'm extremely excited

to perform for Simon again.

There is an element

of pressure there

where it's like, okay,

like, I have to be better

than what I did the last time.

Tonight,

what I'm going to attempt

is to literally defy

the laws of gravity.

This competition means more

to me than I can even explain.

There's another opportunity

right here

staring at me in the face

to win it.

I want that champion title.

[cheering]

- Hello, Darcy.

- Simon, how are you?

- I always had this feeling

with Darcy,

and again this is part

of the reason why

we decided to this show,

"The Champions,"

were there were certain people

along the years

where I thought,

"You know what?

They should or could have

won the competition."

Hence the reason why

you're back.

- Thank you.

I appreciate that.

Thank you.

- Just to make it a little bit

harder for you,

you are now taking on

the best of the best.

- Exactly.

- I'm thrilled to have

you back.

Good luck.

- Thank you so much.

Thank you.

[cheering]

- Darcy's up, huh?

- This is direct competition

for this one,

because magic and magic, right?

- We're the only two magicians.

- Mm-hmm.

[suspenseful music]

- Howie, I'd like to give you

the best seat in the house

and welcome you to the stage,

so if you could please join me.

But on your way up,

if you don't mind,

if you can select anybody

you want from the audience.

Pick anybody you want.

[cheering]

- Okay, you want to come?

You, come.

Yeah.

- Gentlemen, join me on stage.

- Hi, I'm Howie.

- Doug.

- Hi, Doug.

How are you?

- Good.

- Howie, if you could come

stand to my right.

And your name?

- Doug.

- Doug, excellent.

Come on back here.

Have a seat, have a seat.

Howie, if you can face

that way.

- Okay.

- Doug, face that way.

Just like that,

yep, exactly.

Now, Howie, if you don't mind,

just lay backwards.

And Doug, yep, lay back,

lay back.

Comfortable? You're okay?

- I'm not comfortable,

but I'm okay.

- We'll get through it.

We'll get through it.

Gentlemen,

above you is a board.

If you could reach up,

please grab the board.

Grab the board.

Little bit this way.

Perfect.

Heidi, will you join me on

stage please?

- Me?

- Yes, please, thank you.

[cheering]

- Thank you.

- Thank you so much for

your help, Heidi.

Stand right here.

Right now, what I would like

to try to do with you

is freeze a moment in time.

- Okay,

and what am I supposed to do?

- All you have to do is

remain perfectly still

and you're gonna fall back

into my arms.

- Okay.

- Sound good?

- Sounds good.

- Here we go.

- Like that?

- Just like that.

And we're gonna place you...

- Hi, Mel.

- Onto the board.

Perfect,

hold on nice and tight.

Take her weight.

Take her weight.

Thank you, gentlemen.

Here we go.

Howie, I'm gonna slide

the board out.

Take her feet.

Take her feet.

Take her feet.

Doug, take her shoulders.

Take her shoulders.

- Oh, no.

[crowd gasping]

Howie, drop your hand.

This hand. This hand.

Drop it.

All right, perfect.

Perfect.

- Oh, my God.

Is that with one hand?

- Oh!

[crowd gasping]

- Oh, my God!

Oh my God.

I'm floating!

- Doug, drop your hand.

Drop your hand.

- How is that happening?

- Lift your hands back up.

Howie, lift your hands back up.

Lift your hand up.

Grab the legs.

- Grab the legs?

- Grab the legs.

Heidi, I'm gonna lift you up.

- Oh, that's crazy.

There was nothing there!

- How's that possible?

- Give Heidi a round

of applause.

Howie, thank you so much

for your help.

You can take your seat.

["Rise Up" by Imagine Dragons]

- Wow.

- That was so cool.

- Incredible.

- Like, I was floating!

- I was always up

for making changes

Walking down the street

and meeting strangers

- I mean, the guy just made

Heidi Klum float.

- I mean, that is gonna be

a hard act to follow.

- That's crazy.

- I mean, that was one of the

coolest things

that I ever got to do.

- Wow.

You know, I'll be honest,

I was there on the stage

and I think it's amazing.

I wonder if it's your magical

or that's how much

a supermodel actually weighs.

That they're able to float.

I don't know.

But I'll tell you it's a shame

that only two people out of ten

can go through.

America's gonna vote,

and you're a champion.

- Thank you.

- Heidi.

- I mean, it felt amazing,

you know, being up there.

All of a sudden,

I felt weightless.

It was incredible.

- Okay, Darcy,

so we go back a long time.

- We do.

- You are immensely talented,

charismatic, good-looking,

and have magical powers,

but I'm gonna be

honest with you.

What you did was incredible,

but you lacked

showmanship tonight.

However,

I'm not the one who's voting.

We have 50 states,

they love magic,

so let's see what happens.

[cheers and applause]

- I liked it.

- I would always open up

the door

Always looking up

at higher floors

- Simon's tough tonight.

- Ooh.

- Simon's tough tonight.

- Darcy, hi--

hey, listen, man.

You did an incredible job,

but what do you think

about what Simon said,

about your showmanship?

- I mean, it's--we'll see.

I mean, we'll see.

All I can do is

hope for the best.

["Rise Up" by Andra Day]

- This show is so interesting

because

I'm always curious to see

the progression.

- Come on in, Angelica.

- Oh, my God.

- Hey, oh, it's so good

to see you.

- My name is Angelica Hale.

I'm the runner up of season 12

of "America's Got Talent."

- How old are you?

- I'm nine years old.

I've always been a fighter.

And I'll rise up

I'll rise like the day

When I was four years old,

my kidney's stopped working.

I needed a new kidney

transplant.

Thankfully,

my mom was a match

and she gave me her kidney,

and it was

a successful surgery.

You you you

When I made it

to the finale,

I told myself that

I'm here

and nothing's gonna

stop me now.

And we'll rise up

- You said you're in it to...

- Win it!

- I think you might

with that song.

- In spite of the ache

- Even though I didn't win...

- Darci Lynne!

- I'm always gonna keep

pursuing my dreams.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Ever since AGT,

I've been going everywhere.

- Your life is a whirlwind,

isn't it?

- Performing around

the country

after making it to the finale

of "America's Got Talent."

- I feel like I've grown a lot.

I've been a better singer,

a better performer,

and now I get another shot

at winning this thing.

- I love her.

- Never stop fighting.

Never stop fighting

because you never know

what'll happen.

- Hi.

- Hi, Angelica.

- Hi.

- Oh, my gosh.

It is so nice to see you again.

- It's so great to be here

to perform for

"AGT: The Champions."

I'm so, so excited.

[cheering]

- Angelica, I actually think

coming second

on a show like ours

is probably the hardest thing,

particularly at your age,

to deal with.

- Yeah, you know, tonight,

I really am fighting

for my place here

at "AGT: Champions,"

and I think this song

really applies

to what I'm doing here today.

- Good. Good.

- Good luck.

- And that makes you

a champion.

- Whoo!

- Yes!

[piano plays Rachel Platten's

"Fight Song"]

- Like a small boat

On the ocean

Sending big waves

Into motion

Like how a single word

Can make a heart open

I might only have one match

But I can make an explosion

And all those things

I didn't say

Wrecking balls inside

my brain

I will scream them

loud tonight

Can you hear my voice

this time

This is my fight song

Take back my life song

Prove I'm all right song

- Oh, man,

they are on their feet.

- Turned on

Starting right now

I'll be strong

I play my fight song

And I don't really care

if nobody else believes

'Cause I still got

a lot of fight left in me

Yeah

Like a small boat

On the ocean

Sending big waves

Into motion

This is my fight song

Take back my life song

Prove I'm all right song

My power's turned on

Starting right now

I'll be strong

I'll play my fight song

And I don't really care

if nobody else

Believes

Hey

'Cause I still got a lot of

fight left in

Me

[cheering]

Thank you!

[cheering and applause]

["Wild Horses" by Birdy]

Thank you all so, so much.

- She was runner up, but now

she could make it all the way.

- I mean, Angelica,

you are like

the little boss lady

that you are.

You came here to win,

and I can see that,

I can feel that.

- Oh, my gosh. Thank you.

Thank you, Heidi.

Thank you so much.

- You do have

an incredible voice,

and you are

this little ball of--

you're like a firecracker.

And I can also see your

hunger to win this competition.

But having said that, I thought

you would have taken this song

and put your own

Angelica twist on it because

you have the tools to do that.

- Uh, excuse me?

- She did!

- With your level where

your vocals are so perfect,

you can afford to take

a bigger risk.

[crowd booing]

- Oh, man.

- Howie, what do you think?

- Well, you know, when people

show up on this show,

the level of competition is

that much higher

just by the title.

You are amongst champions,

and you show up

and you rip the ceiling

off of this theater.

You really do.

And you know what?

That was your fight song.

And if I can do anything,

I'm gonna help you

win this fight.

[suspenseful music]

- I will survive and be

the one who's stronger

I will not beg you to stay

I will move on and you

should know I mean it

Wild horses run in me

Our human hearts

- Angelica,

you are going into the final!

- I can't believe this is

actually happening to me.

I mean, I never expected this

to happen.

I want to thank you so much.

- Oh, you deserve it.

You deserve it.

- Wow, Angelica, you are

through to the final.

Let's hear it one more time

for Angelica Hale!

- Thank you all so much!

- Well, well, well.

That told me, didn't it?

- Na na na na na,

na na na na na.

- You are a champion!

- Oh, my God!

Thank you so much!

- [laughing]

- I will move on

- That's a champion.

- Whatever.

- I'm so proud.

- Good call.

- Run in me

[cell phone trills]

- Hey, Dad.

- Hey, Dad.

- Hi, guys.

- Hi!

- Hi.

- We can't wait for you

to come home with a win.

- All right, well, listen,

I'm up against

the best of the best,

not just in America,

in the world.

- I didn't know it, like,

against the world.

- No, don't--he's about

to take the stage.

- Yeah, can you give me

a little confidence

instead of shooting me down?

- You're gonna do great.

You're gonna do great.

- You're amazing.

- Greatest in the...

- I'm Tom Cotter.

I'm a stand-up comic.

I'm 55 years old,

and I was the runner-up

on season 7 of

"America's Got Talent."

I like to say that

stand-up comedy is a dream job

if you dream of poverty

and rejection,

but that's kind of where

I was for over 20 years.

And every year,

someone would say to me,

"Audition for AGT.

You're perfect for the show."

I'm the youngest in my family.

I was always getting beaten up

by the two oldest,

Mom and Dad.

[laughter]

- I think we found a star,

and now I am a big fan

of yours.

- For the better part of

50 years,

Donald Duck has been walking

around in front of his nephews,

Huey, Dewey, and Louie,

with a shirt on, no pants.

I felt like an underdog going

on "America's Got Talent"

because no comic had ever made

it to the finals.

It was just down to me

and the Olate Dogs.

In my head, I'm thinking,

"If you win,

"don't look like an idiot,

and if you lose,

lose graciously."

- Olate Dogs!

- And I lost,

but I'm okay with it.

- No.

I'm not okay.

"America's Got Talent:

The Champions"

is my chance to win

the whole thing.

It's intimidating

being judged,

especially by Simon Cowell

because he is the judge.

I mean, he knows what he likes

and he definitely knows

what he doesn't like.

But I've been working really

hard on this set

and I really think I'm better

than I was six years ago.

I'm gonna go out,

hit a homerun,

and try to become

the winner of

"America's Got Talent:

Champions."

[cheering]

- Oh.

- Welcome, Tom.

- Thank you very much.

- You came in second, right?

- Are you rubbing it

in right now?

Is that what you're doing?

[laughter]

- It was season 7.

- Yeah.

- Who did you lose to?

- The Olate Dogs,

but I was the top

human finisher that year,

I like to tell everybody.

- You were.

- Yeah.

- What did this to for

your career?

- I'm in therapy now,

does that help?

[laughter]

It's been good.

I've been doing a lot

of writing.

Mostly suicide notes

'cause I lost to a dog act.

[laughter]

- You've always been one of the

funniest guys on the circuit.

Only two can go through,

and I can't wait to see

what you do.

Best of luck.

- Thank you.

I'll be back soon, everybody.

- Where's he going?

- I don't know.

- He's your direct

competition, right?

- Yeah, yeah, for sure,

but Tom's somebody

I've looked up to for,

like, a long time.

[upbeat music]

- I am not taking any chances

this time.

- That's--that's good.

- [laughing]

- Ladies and gentlemen,

I'd like to introduce you

to Mr. Simon Growl.

[laughter]

- He looks like you!

- Unfortunately, I haven't

taught him any tricks yet,

so off you go, buddy.

There you go.

[crowd aww's]

So many of you know

I was the runner-up

on season 7 of

"America's Got Talent."

And when you come in second

to a dog act in front

of 20 million viewers,

you really do feel like

number two,

I'll be honest with you.

And people mistakenly think

I don't like animals now.

I love animals.

They're delicious.

But I will say this,

my wife and I are breeders.

We have twins.

I had always dreamed of

having twins,

it's just in my dreams,

they were the Olsen Twins

in a hot tub.

It was different,

but this is special, really is.

I tell you, twin pregnancy

is a brutal pregnancy.

First trimester,

lot of vomiting and crying

and my wife was having

a tough time too, and then...

[laughter]

I was in the delivery room

when they were born,

and that's amazing.

They want to make sure

you're not gonna pass out

in the delivery room.

So the doctor said to me,

"Have you ever witnessed

child birth before?"

And I said, yeah,

but it was a long time ago

and it was from the inside,

so...

[buzzer]

- Wow.

- What?

[crowd groans]

- So I--it's okay.

- Wow.

- What was Simon thinking?

- Oh, man.

- That cured my Tourettes.

That's so tough for

a comedian.

- So I...

They're really cute, though.

We play hide and seek

all the time

and they can never find me

'cause you got to be 21

to get into a bar,

but they're really cute.

And they're not

the sharpest tools in the shed,

and everyone seems

to know that.

The town put a sign

right outside our house

that says "Slow Children,"

and that's humiliating.

But they make me laugh.

Harry, one of my twins,

came home from

catechism class,

religion class,

and he said, "Daddy, did we

evolve from Adam and Eve?"

And I said, well,

Adam and Eve were first,

but then they had kids,

and they had kids,

and they had kids,

and that's how you came to be.

And he said, well, Mommy

said we evolved from apes.

And I said, well, Mommy

was talking about

her side of the family,

but on our side...

Thank you everybody.

I appreciate you listening.

I hope you had some

fun tonight.

[cheering]

Thank you.

["Happiness" by Ed Sheeran]

- Well, Tom, oh, my gosh.

That's the yin

and the yang of comedy.

And we'll start with the yang.

- Yeah.

- Tom, I'm gonna be honest

with you...

[crowd boos]

- Yes, boo!

Boo. Boo.

- I haven't even started.

Unlike some of the people

I really loved,

whether it's Preacher Lawson,

or Vicki recently,

who I remember for their

personality and being unique

and stand out,

to me, this was just ordinary.

- Wow.

- No.

- Yeah,

I'm really, really sorry.

- Wow.

- I totally disagree

with Simon.

I totally do.

I love your delivery.

I love your jokes.

I also love that

you just continued on

after that loud buzzer

from Simon Cowell.

- Oh, like you've never

pressed one.

- Yeah, but not for someone who

was really good,

so that was totally wrong.

I thought it was excellent.

- Mel?

- You were quick,

you were confident,

and the jokes

just kept on coming.

You did really, really, really,

really, really well.

- Thank you very much.

- Thank you.

Thank you, Mel.

- Tom, I truly believe

you're a champion.

I truly believe that you

are a very slick,

well-seasoned comic,

but as many people as love you

there are people

that don't like you.

But the beauty here

is now it's up to

those 50 states

and those super fans.

And if they're laughing,

they can vote you through.

It doesn't make it any less,

it just shows you how tough

this competition is.

- That's true.

- And thank you.

And, Simon, I understand.

I may not be your cup of tea.

I may make you hate tea.

And that's absolutely fine.

And I still respect the hell

out of you.

- Thank you.

Likewise.

- You were good.

You were really good.

Really good.

- My friends told me one day

I'll feel it too

- That's a tough one.

- There's definitely a lot more

pressure to step it up.

- Tom, I thought you were

absolutely fantastic.

What do you think about what

Simon said today?

- It was shocking,

but I, you know, I--

you can't please

all the people all the time.

That's what I've learned

in this business.

- Comedy's gotta hit you.

How many times have you not

liked somebody that I loved?

- And usually,

I don't love comedians,

and to me he was hilarious.

- So we're all right

and you're wrong.

- Obviously.

- Nobody's wrong.

- Yes, he is.

- And America's gonna decide.

- Ten seconds.

And grab your seats, folks.

In the balcony,

grab your seats.

["The Prince Of Denmark's

March" by Jeremiah Clarke]

All right, here we go.

[cheering and applause]

- Oh!

They love him.

They know him.

Oh, my God.

- Simon, I see you wore white

as well.

- Yes.

- We're exactly the same.

- Yes.

- This is the first season

I was on the show.

This is Prince Poppycock!

- You're gonna make me blush.

- Can I ask you a question?

- Sure.

- So you didn't win.

- No.

- What happened afterwards?

[sad music]

- My name is John Quale.

I'm 40 years old.

Before AGT, I was working as

a store clerk.

I always felt like an outsider

and didn't have much

self-confidence growing up.

That was really one of

the reasons why

I came up with

Prince Poppycock.

[singing Italian]

- I was expecting it to take

a certain route--

- [whistles low]

- To--yes.

And instead, it took rather

a different route.

- [whistles high]

They don't call me Poppycock

for nothing, darling.

As Prince Poppycock,

I was confident,

I was bold, I was daring.

- You are a superstar!

- The self-doubt that

I have as John slips away.

- It is truly a spectacle,

truly unique.

- People all over were

supporting something

that they had never

really seen before.

I'm just so grateful

to America

for opening their hearts

to me.

- Going into the finals,

Prince Poppycock!

- It was the most thrilling

journey of my life.

- The act finishing in fourth

place, Prince Poppycock.

- After

"America's Got Talent,"

I went back to my life

as John

because I always had trouble

believing in myself.

- You are a star,

and you will be a star.

- Coming back to AGT,

I definitely do want to win.

I've been working non-stop

to make it the best act that

I've ever done in my life.

I still have a lot

of dreams left.

I have to prove myself again.

[cheering and applause]

[rousing orchestral music]

- Glory glory

Glory glory

Praise be to

Charles our Lord

Triumphant is his sword

Allegiance is his word

Long be glory

Long be

Glory

[chamber orchestra plays

Lady Gaga's "The Edge of Glory"]

There ain't a reason

you need to be alone tonight

Yeah, baby, tonight

yeah, baby

I got a reason you should

take me home tonight

Put on your shades

'Cause I'll be

dancing in flames tonight

Yeah, baby, tonight

yeah, baby

It isn't hell if everybody

knows my name tonight

All right, all right

It's time to feel the rush

To brush the dangerous

I want to run right to

to the edge with you

Where we can fall fall fall

in love

I'm the edge of glory

And I'm hanging on this

moment of truth

I'm the edge of glory

And I'm hanging on this

moment with you

I'm on the edge

the edge

The edge, the edge

The edge, the edge

The edge

I'm on the edge of glory

And I'm hanging on this

moment with you

I'm the edge

With you

[dramatic musical flourish]

["Million Reasons"

by Lady Gaga]

[cheering and applause]

- Now this is showmanship.

100% showmanship.

- That was quite

a dinner party.

[laughter]

- I gotta tell you something.

Truly, you are amazing.

On so many levels,

your creativity,

and opera, together with pop.

You are the person that's going

to be remembered.

[cheers and applause]

- That was too short.

I wanted more, and more,

and more.

I really did.

I can see that show

in Las Vegas in a heartbeat.

I would buy tickets to

that show.

It's fabulous. It's eccentric,

but you hold your own.

It was thoroughly entertaining.

Really enjoyed it.

- Thank you.

Thank you.

- I think the positive thing

is that I always say

if you can remember an act

for the right reasons,

that's a positive.

My advice would've been

the song was way too obvious

for you,

because I would have

liked to see--heard

your interpretation

of something different,

rather than what I think was

more than obvious choice.

[crowd booing]

But you're interesting.

I'm glad you've come back for

this show,

but you're facing some

tough competition tonight.

- AGT super fans loved

you before,

and may still love him.

- Well, I love America.

- You've given me

a million reasons

- Well, we're gonna

find out later.

See you later.

- Good luck.

- Thank you very much

to all of you.

Thank you.

- Give me

a million reasons

Give me a million reasons

- What do you think about

what Simon said?

- Oh, well,

I think it's very true.

You know, uh,

talent from all over the world,

even,

it's a very stiff competition.

- You know,

I would like for him

to have done

something where you go,

"I wasn't expecting that."

- I just like his creativity.

- Yes.

- I'm looking at every detail.

- Oh, yeah.

- You need props just for what

you have put together.

It's absolutely stunning.

Thank you so much.

Prince Poppycock in the house.

- Thank you.

- Thank you so much.

- But I'm wondering if AGT

super fans

will vote him because

they remember him.

- Let's see what happens.

[dramatic music]

[cheering and applause]

- Oh, no.

- Do you know what that is?

- You're back.

- We're back.

- We're back.

- Oh, Go--

okay, just remind--

[laughs] remind everyone

your names again please.

- Ryan Stock.

- And Amberlynn.

- You're husband and wife,

aren't you?

- Not quite.

- Common law, yeah.

- Your wife essentially

nearly killed you

on one of the live shows.

- That's right, yeah.

That happened.

- It's true.

I shot ya in the neck.

- It was one of the most

shocking moments

we've ever seen on

any of these live shows.

Have you ever done

that stunt again?

- We never performed it since.

- Good.

So what are you doing tonight?

- We're gonna do that stunt.

- The stunt.

- Oh, great.

[crowd exclaims]

- No!

- Yeah, we're gonna try it

again for the first time.

- Are you serious?

- Yes.

- We're dead serious.

- Why?

- I think that's what makes

a champion.

If you fall down,

you pick yourself back up,

brush yourself off

and do it again.

- Good answer.

- I'm Ryan Stock.

- And I'm Amberlynn.

- And we were on season 11 of

"America's Got Talent."

- What we do it dangerous.

- We like to push the limits.

For "America's Got Talent,"

we turned it up.

- We might have brought it up

a little too much.

For Live Rounds,

I lit the arrow,

I pulled the trigger,

and it went wrong.

[crowd exclaims]

Immediately, I'm like,

"What did I do?"

Did I kill the man I love?

- She shot him.

- She missed.

- Now I know why I don't like

these things,

because they can sometimes

go wrong and I feel bad.

- Can I just stop this?

Why are we judging this act?

- That's right.

- Amber just shot Ryan

and he needs to go

to a hospital now.

- Go to the EMT!

- It's really, really

difficult

to not blame yourself.

- I don't hold it against

Amber, it wasn't her fault.

That's the nature of

doing stunts for a living.

- When you're known for

your biggest mistake,

you really don't want

to revisit that mistake

over, and over, and over again.

But when we got the call to do

"America's Got Talent:

The Champions,"

honestly the first thought

in our minds was...

- We have to.

- We have to.

[dramatic music]

- Getting the chance to

perform this stunt again

is a chance at redemption.

If we can get it right,

then we can prove to America

that we are champions.

- We go into this with

full knowledge

that the danger

is still there.

Worst case scenario,

something could go wrong,

something could go very wrong.

We take that calculated risk,

so going into this time

is actually really scary.

Do you trust me?

- Okay, well, I don't want

to say any more,

but the best of luck.

- Thank you.

[cheering and applause]

- They haven't done it since

and they're doing it now again?

- I'll never forget that.

- Do not try this at home,

please.

["Tainted Love"

by Marilyn Manson]

- I'm Ryan Stock.

- And I'm Amberlynn.

- Now, I've been obsessed with

stupid human tricks

and superhuman stunts

since I was just a little kid.

And one of the first things

I started playing with

was a mousetrap.

Now I learned that I could snap

these things on my fingers

and on my toes

with hurting myself.

But I found a better way

to do it.

- No!

- I didn't do it yet, Howie.

Just relax.

- Sometimes I feel

I've got to

[trap snaps]

[crowd groans]

Get away from the pain you

drive in the heart of me

- What's he doing?

- The love we share

Seems to go nowhere

- Ah, no!

- No!

- Stay in school.

- Stay in school.

- Stay in school.

- Can't sleep at night

- Oh!

- Now I run from you

- You ready for this?

- This tainted love

- And a sledgehammer!

- One,

two,

three!

- Ah!

[crowd groans]

[dramatic music]

- The arrow, the flaming arrow.

- Oh.

- Last time they tried this,

he took a flaming arrow

to the neck.

- Why's he wetting his hair?

- So he looks good if he dies.

- Ah, now I remember.

Now it's coming all back.

Remember he had that

in his throat.

- Yes.

- Then he got shot in the neck.

I remember it now

like it was yesterday.

- I can't watch it.

- Oh, my God.

- Are you serious?

[screaming]

[cheering]

Right in the bullseye!

["Shot Through The Heart"

by Bon Jovi]

- And you're to blame

You give love a bad name

- Oh, my God.

- Are you okay?

- That was the scariest thing

I've done in a long time.

[laughter]

- Oh, my God.

- And for us.

Mel.

Well, I have to be honest,

I actually couldn't watch it,

but what I did is

I watched the audience

and I know it must have

gone really well

based on their reaction.

So for that,

I do have to commend you

'cause you've come back

and you've tried it again,

and again, and again,

well done.

You are champions.

- Thank you.

- Well, I am so happy that

the two of you are back,

and I'm so happy that

it worked out this time.

You are so crazy and unique,

but mainly crazy.

- I think you two are actually

nuts, brilliant, brave, gutsy,

champions,

whatever you want to call it.

I'm really, really happy

that this time it went well.

- Thank you.

- But we have 50 states voting,

so let's see what happens.

Thank you.

- Thank you.

- Shot through the heart

and you're to blame

You give love a bad name

bad name

- I noticed you were getting

a little emotional.

- This is the way I could

redeem myself

and show the American public

what this actually

was supposed to look like.

- And we did it.

- And we did it.

- The way you two were on

the night.

Guy's got an arrow in his neck,

these two carried on

judging the act.

You were like, "Yeah, I didn't

like what you're wearing,

and, you know,

didn't love the music."

And I'm like,

"No, he's dying."

- A bad name

["All Of The Stars"

by Ed Sheeran]

- We have one spot left

in the finals.

Do you think you have

a chance at that spot?

- Yeah, I mean, absolutely.

I wouldn't be here if

I didn't believe in myself

and think that

I was capable of competing

with all these

amazing performers.

- All right, here we go.

- This is a good show tonight.

- It's like seeing old friends

a little bit,

now, because we know

so much about them.

- Wow.

Samuel, Samuel, Samuel.

- Hey.

- So what's been going on with

you, Samuel,

since we last saw you?

- It's insane.

I'm booked out now,

on tour for the next two years.

- Two years!

- It's been crazy though.

I never got an opportunity

either

to thank you guys after AGT.

It really did.

It changed my life.

You guys too, the fans.

It's been incredible,

so I'm really blessed.

Thank you.

- You're brilliant. Welcome!

- My name is

Samuel J. Comroe,

and I was a finalist on season

13 of "America's Got Talent."

Starting as a stand-up

comedian is scary,

financially especially,

for ten-plus years just living

paycheck to paycheck.

And it was exhausting,

and there were moments

where I was like,

"Is it all worth it?"

- I can see the stars

from America

- I'd be in my car

with my wife.

We'd just be crying, looking

at our bank account,

negative $35.

Just trying to figure out how

we're gonna pay rent,

how we're gonna eat that week.

I have Tourettes Syndrome.

This twitch gets me in trouble.

My roommate came home

from work,

I was like,

our neighbor died.

He said, did you kill him?

- Do open your eyes

- Four, yes.

- When I first got on

"America's Got Talent,"

all I knew was I wanted to be

the first stand-up comedian

to win this whole thing.

But I fell short.

Getting fourth place

left me hungry,

that's why I'm back on

"Champions," round two.

- So open your eyes

- There's a ton of pressure

going into this performance.

I'm going up against

nine of the best talents

from around the world,

and I really respect

Tom Cotter.

He's the first comedian to

make it to the finals of AGT.

Yeah, I can't even imagine

what's going through

Tom's head right now.

It's crazy that Simon just did

that to him.

It's crazy.

I definitely have

to step it up.

I want this more than anything

in the world.

I wouldn't be here if I didn't.

- America

- Just out of curiosity,

why did you want to come back

and compete with

the champions of champions?

- It was my goal, when I first

started AGT, to win.

And this is my second chance,

so I thought, why not?

Let's go.

- So you decided,

you know what?

I'll just take on the best of

the best this time.

- Yeah, yeah,

I'm gonna take them on

and I'm upping my game.

I'm gonna do the whole set

blindfolded on fire.

[laughter]

- I don't want to ask you

any more questions.

I want you to just do you.

Entertain us.

- Beautiful.

- I love you.

[cheering and applause]

- Let's do this, Sam.

- Thank you.

Thank you.

Yo, my time on

"America's Got Talent"

was incredible.

I got to do two minutes

on live TV every week

and now I get hired

to do hour shows,

which is messed up 'cause

I only have two minutes.

[laughter]

You did not prepare me

for the real world.

I had incredible talent

on my show, insane.

And I'm always envious of all

the people who take this stage.

There was a guy on my show

who played violin.

That's crazy,

I could never do that.

If I had a violin here,

I'd twitch this way,

it'd fly that way,

hit that dude,

everybody here leave,

like, run,

Sam's Tourettes ruined

"Champions."

[laughter]

Sometimes when I travel now,

I'm gone for months at a time,

so I take my wife's luggage

'cause she got bigger luggage.

But my wife's luggage is pink.

But I don't care

'cause I'm not 12.

Also I'm colorblind.

I thought it was gray.

Uber driver pulled up,

I hop in the back,

put the luggage in the back,

and the first thing out

of his mouth was,

whoa, man, pink luggage, huh?

You must not be a man.

If I were you,

I would paint that luggage.

I feel like some of you

didn't hear what I just said.

This dude who I don't know

told me to paint

my wife's luggage--

not to buy new luggage,

but to go buy paint

and start an

arts and crafts project.

I've been surrounded by women

my entire life.

I got five sisters, wife, mom.

And there's still to this day

only two things

I know for sure about women.

Number one,

under no circumstances

do you ever paint their stuff.

And number two,

if you ever see one come home,

sit down on the couch,

pull her bra out

of the sleeve of her shirt,

you leave her alone.

She had a long day.

[laughter]

I'm Samuel J. Comroe,

thank you.

[cheering and applause]

["Someone To You" by Banners]

- I don't wanna die

or fade away

- Standing O for Samuel.

- I just want

to be someone

- It's a tight race tonight.

There's a lot of great acts.

- Isn't everybody glad

that he came back?

Right?

I mean, you're like

the perfect husband material.

You know women inside out.

You're respectful.

You're funny.

You've got swagger.

Boom!

I love you to bits.

You're brilliant.

You're absolutely brilliant.

Howie.

- What a change from when

you walked out on AGT

a little meekish,

telling us stories

about playing a little pizza

joint with one person in it.

And tonight you swagger out,

the entire audience just

stands before you say a word.

You're a champion.

- Simon.

- I'm gonna be honest with you,

Samuel.

I've always been a fan,

but...

I felt an extra glow

around you tonight.

You are a great guy,

really funny.

And you know what?

I said this a lot during

this series,

and I really mean what I say,

that it is

a more intense competition

than we've had before.

And you still got the guts

to come back and compete again.

In my definition,

that is a champion.

I'm so happy you're back.

Well done.

- You're brilliant.

Well done.

- Someone to you

- You think it takes guts?

- Yes, of course it does.

You'd be surprised how many

people don't wanna come back.

- Yes, it takes guts.

- Yes!

- A million percent.

- Here we go, again.

Here we go.

[dramatic music]

[cheers and applause]

- Whoa.

For whoever doesn't know,

this is Paul Potts

who won the first season of

"Britain's Got Talent."

[cheers and applause]

- And also the fact that that--

Paul, tell everybody

what happened.

- Since then I've lost count of

how many times

I've traveled around the world.

I've done something

like 1,100 concerts

in the last 11 years.

- Wow.

- Wowzer.

- And the thing that makes me

think back to the show

with a huge amount of fondness

and gratitude

is the fact that I walked

onto that stage a nobody

and left it a somebody.

- Wow.

- Aw.

[opera music]

- Before doing

"Britain's Got Talent,"

I was a mobile phone

store manager.

And I'd try and do some singing

in my own room sometimes

and imagine that I was

at a venue performing.

But I'd given up on my singing.

I'd felt it was something

I wasn't meant to do.

And then I heard about

"Britain's Got Talent,"

and I flipped a coin

and decided if it landed

on heads,

then I'd go and do

the audition.

Thankfully, the coin landed on

heads and it changed my life.

[singing opera]

I wasn't expecting to get

through the first audition,

let alone to actually win.

- Paul Potts!

- I was actually

flabbergasted.

Since then, I've performed

for the Queen twice.

I've released

five studio albums

Normally, people wait

until you're dead

before they make a movie

about you,

so I had to pinch myself

to make sure I wasn't.

And it all started with

that flip of the coin.

[singing opera]

In spite of everything

that's happened,

I'm still shy.

Every time that I'm waiting

to go on stage,

you'll find me pacing

up and down.

And I still feel those

nerves today

because I'd obviously

love to win

"America's Got Talent:

Champions."

That for me is

the ultimate dream.

I've got to give the best

performance I can give

and hope that people

love what I love doing.

[cheering]

[stirring orchestral music]

[singing opera]

[applause]

- Oh, wow, he's so good.

I got chills, man.

- Yeah.

- He looks beautiful.

- [singing opera]

- That's why he won

"Britain's Got Talent."

- [singing opera]

[dramatic musical flourish]

[singing opera]

- Oh, my god.

- [singing opera]

- Wowzer.

- [singing opera]

[cheering and applause]

- Whoo!

- Oh, my gosh.

- Yeah! Yeah!

["Nessum Dorma"

by Tito Beltran]

- [no audible dialogue]

- Wow.

Mel.

- Wow, I mean, that was just

mind-blowingly beautiful.

- Thank you.

- You just reminded us

that you can still be

famous and amazing

and still be humble

and have your feet on the floor

and down to earth.

So thank you for everything

that you've just done.

- Thank you.

- Howie.

- Oh, my gosh.

I have to say

that I'm not a fan of opera,

but I am the biggest fan of

your talent and your singing.

Thank you so much for

showing up tonight

and being a part of this show.

You deserve to win.

- Thank you.

- You know what, Paul,

apart from anything else,

you actually define what

this show is meant to be,

which was people with

extraordinary talent

who just weren't given

a chance.

And you came on the show,

the public loved you,

your dreams came true,

and I'm really, really, really

happy

that you've come back.

Thank you.

- Thank you.

I hope I do make it to

the next stage.

It's difficult.

There's so many great artists

in the show,

and I'm honored

to be part of it.

- Wowzers.

- Wow. That moves me.

- That's gonna be

really tough today.

- He's the greatest guy.

- Yes.

- I don't know who's

coming on next.

- Me neither.

I don't want to know.

- Come on.

Let's guess.

- Oh, okay, I just saw that.

- Come on.

Give us a clue.

- Jon Dorenbos, listen,

you are the man.

Listen, former football player,

just like me.

Philadelphia Eagle,

the whole thing.

- Just like you?

- Oh, my g--

- Come on!

- I know, that's it.

Tonight it's gonna be amazing.

God bless you, man.

It's gonna be awesome tonight.

He's the man!

He's the man.

Jon Dorenbos.

[cheers and applause]

[uplifting music]

- What's up, baby?

My man!

Thank you, guys.

- Wow.

- Welcome back, Jon.

- Thank you.

- Just tell the audience

what happened over

the last two years.

- I was fortunate.

I made it to the finals

in season 11.

It was unbelievable.

I was playing in the

NFL at the time.

I played for the

Philadelphia Eagles.

So, yeah, thank you.

[crowd cheering]

My man.

And at the end of that season,

they happened to trade me

to a team called

the New Orleans Saints.

[crowd cheering]

So I took a physical,

and when I got the results,

they said, "Hey, sit down.

"We don't know how

to tell you this,

"but don't stand up,

don't walk,

"don't lift anything over

five pounds,

"don't drink caffeine.

"You're gonna do absolutely

nothing

"because you're be in

emergency open-heart surgery

in the next 24 hours."

- What?

[tense music]

You know, there's...

there's humbling moments that

happen in all our lives.

When I was 12 years old,

my father murdered my mother,

and my dad went to prison.

I lost both my parents.

My entire world

got turned upside-down.

I credit magic to saving

my life.

It gave me purpose,

it gave me hope,

and it gave me something

to be proud of.

And then I discovered

football,

and it was these two

completely different worlds

that kind of balanced me,

and it helped me discover

who I was as a person.

When I auditioned for

"America's Got Talent,"

I was the long snapper for

the Philadelphia Eagles.

- It's not a trick.

It's magic.

It was amazing.

- After I went back

to Philadelphia

to keep playing football,

they discovered

that I had

a ascending aortic aneurysm.

That vein ended up

blowing up, like,

the size of a Coke can.

And if my aorta bursts,

you're dead right away.

They said you're never playing

football ever again,

and you're gonna go

into emergency

open-heart surgery now.

You know, I remember when

I put my helmet down,

knowing it's the last time.

I mean, that's a lifetime of

hard work right there

that is just taken from you.

It's crazy to think about

all the things that I might

not have had the chance to do.

I'm so thankful

that I get to wake up

and love my wife

and get to live again.

[sniffles]

The Eagles gave me

a Super Bowl ring,

which is really, really cool.

And they said, "Hey, Jon,

for you the Super Bowl

"isn't this game.

It isn't this season.

The Super Bowl

for you is life."

To be here on "America's

Got Talent: Champions,"

I mean, this is life

come full circle.

It's another chance for me

to stand up

and to say why I belong here.

I've learned that life

is really short.

If you got a dream,

go get it.

And to be able to come back

and win a championship?

Look, I didn't win last time,

okay?

So I'm here to win.

And this is what it's about.

And I honestly want that title.

That's why I'm here.

[cheering and applause]

- Well, Jon,

let me tell you,

apart from your story,

you are extraordinary

about as to

what you do as well.

So I'm really curious now

to see how the act has stepped

up from when we last saw you.

- My man, let's roll.

- Let's do it.

[uplifting music]

- All right, here we go.

Here we go.

- Yes!

Hey, this "America's Got

Talent: Champions,"

and I tell you what,

what defines a champion

starts right here in the head.

And before the show,

we had all you guys

had pieces of paper

and you had different

colors pens.

And you could write

whatever word you wanted.

Those papers got thrown

in this box.

There's a--thousands of papers

in there, Simon.

Don't look.

- I won't.

- Put your hand in there,

and I want you pull out

one piece of paper

and do not look at it.

I just want you to hold

it in your hand.

Just get one.

- I've got it.

- Crunch it. You got it?

- Yeah.

- Heidi, guess what?

- Yes?

- You're gonna follow the lead.

- Okay.

- You're gonna reach in here.

Don't look.

You're gonna pull out

one piece of paper.

- It's crunched

and it's in my hand.

- You got it?

- Yes!

- Mel B, it's your turn.

Don't look.

- I won't look.

- I want you to reach in there,

grab out one piece of paper.

- Is that one?

Yeah, one.

- You got it?

- Got it.

All right, now, guess what,

Howie?

Unfortunately, you don't

get to grab any, but...

- I love that!

- Yeah, but guess what?

Here are a bunch of pieces

of paper that we did not pick.

And you can see that they're

all different.

This one wrote, "Unbeatable."

Go ahead and open one.

Read it.

- "Discipline."

- Discipline.

All these are the choices

you guys did not pick.

This is what I love, baby.

I got to play 14 years

in the NFL.

And I got to surround myself

with champions everywhere

and learn from 'em.

And I learned that it starts

with the words

that you tell yourself from

the moment you get out of bed.

You know what else

a champion does?

We compete.

So, Howie, you versus me.

- You win.

[laughter]

- In a ferocious game of

tic-tac-toe.

You just sit tight.

- Okay.

- It's a very simple game.

I'll go first.

I shall go here.

- Okay.

- Howie.

- I'll go top right.

- Top right it is.

And think about this.

Every move you make is gonna

dictate what I do.

So I tell you what,

I shall go here.

- Howie, where would you like

to go?

- Well, I don't want you to get

that third.

I'm gonna go up

in the middle center.

- Thought I had you on that.

All right.

[cheering]

Apparently, they agree.

They agree.

All right, I'll tell you what,

I shall go here.

- Bottom right!

- Oh, come on.

All right.

- They're saying it.

Bottom right.

That's where...

- Thought I had him on that.

All right, good.

All right, okay,

I'll tell you what,

I'm gonna go here.

- I'm gonna go left.

Middle.

- Oh, yeah.

Oh, you know what?

In crunch time,

I made a mistake.

Dang it.

[crowd aww's]

I tell you what,

I didn't win,

you didn't win,

and we tied.

Before we started,

everybody in the audience

wrote a word,

and you had different colors

you could've choose from.

Simon, you reached in there

and you grabbed one.

What's your word?

- Courage.

- And what color is it in?

- Blue.

- Heidi.

- Yes?

- What word did you pick?

- Wait.

- What does it say?

- Don't know yet.

Hard work.

- And, Mel B, you have a word.

- Yes.

- What is it?

- It is...

heart in black.

- In tic-tac-toe,

there's over 255,000

different combinations.

And though it might have not

looked like I won,

before I started,

I printed a picture

on the back of each piece.

Right here.

And guess what?

We had three words

that were chosen.

Simon,

yours was courage in blue.

Heidi, yours was...

- Mine was hard work in red.

- Hard work in red.

And, Mel B, yours was?

- Heart in black.

- Heart in black.

I thought I would make

a prediction.

Out of every random choice,

Simon, I got courage in blue.

Heidi, I got hard work in red.

Mel B, I got a black heart

right there.

It is a great day to be alive.

My name Jon Dorenbos!

Peace out, baby!

Thank you!

[cheering and applause]

- Oh, my God.

I got magic all over me.

["Back From The Edge"

by James Arthur]

- Oh, I wish I had

a Golden Buzzer right now.

Howie.

- It is truly worthy of

a Golden Buzzer.

And I want to say something

to you, Jon, like--

You are so much more

than just a magician,

so much more than

just an athlete,

so much more than just

a champion.

This is exactly what is worthy

of moving on to the finals.

- Yes.

Incredible.

- I mean, what you did

right before our eyes

is pure, pure magic.

I think your showmanship

and your words of wisdom,

just as the icing on the cake.

You're brilliant.

Absolutely brilliant.

- Thank you.

- When you talk,

you command the stage.

The magic was amazing,

well done, all the way around.

- Yeah, Jon, I'm gonna say

this is the best

we've seen you on any

performance you've done.

- Thanks.

- Every event that

happens in your life,

you're never a victim.

You know, you inspire people.

You deserve to go through

to the finals.

- Back from the edge

Back from the dead

Back before the demons took

control of my head

- My man.

- Back to the start

- Thank you, guys.

- Again, thank you.

- It's a great to be alive.

Thank you.

- Back from the edge

Back from the dead

Back from the tears that

were too easily shed

Back to the start

- Jon, you topped it, man.

- We'll see.

- We'll see what's going on.

We will see you

little bit later.

Oh, my God.

- Nothing but love for you.

- Simply incredible

performance.

- He just makes you feel good

every time you see him.

- Yeah.

- He's the greatest.

- Oh, my God.

That was amazing.

How do you feel?

- Last year's been amaz--

it's been a long road, baby.

Long road.

- Good for him.

- Yes.

- She what?

- I'm not telling it.

- Okay.

Can I know now?

Let me know when I can know.

- There's only one spot left,

you know,

and everyone is so good,

everyone's a champion.

- It's down to 50 states.

- All you can do

is go out there

and show everyone your best,

you know?

- Okay, here we go.

[cheering and applause]

- Oh, I love them.

- Yes.

- Oh.

- His beard's shorter.

- She must have ripped it off.

[dramatic music]

- Hi.

- Billy and Emily England.

- Hi.

- That's us.

- The super siblings.

- I mean,

you guys are so incredible,

I remember all the amazing

things that you guys did

two years ago, right,

when you were on

"America's Got Talent."

So welcome back

for the "Champions."

- Thank you so much.

[cheering and applause]

Last time we were here

at "America's Got Talent,"

we really brought our A game.

- What just happened?

- I have never seen anything

like this before ever.

- We put so much hard work,

and sweat, and tears,

into being original

and creating our own tricks.

- She's gonna hold onto

the beard and that's it.

- Oh! Oh!

- After the beard trick,

I had to cut my beard off.

- That's his beard.

Look at the hair.

- It actually just grew back

this week.

- He's still complaining

about it.

Honestly, it's all I--

"Is it level yet?"

"Is it level?"

- It was stunning,

it was brave,

it was terrifying,

it was amazing.

- Since our last appearance

on "America's Got Talent,"

we've been working at

Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas

five nights a week.

["Live Like Legends"

by Ruelle]

This is our time

- There are people screaming

out from the audience,

"We voted for you on

'America's Got Talent!'

You should have won."

- Live like legends

- We didn't get as far as

we wanted to

on "America's Got Talent."

And I just had, like,

a burning feeling inside me

of just unfinished business.

Tonight, we have to push

our self further

than we've ever done before.

- We kind of feel like we're

training for the Olympics

because it's a competition

of the best.

What we do is really

dangerous,

but he's my big brother,

and I know,

no matter what happens,

he always has my back.

This is not a joke for us.

This is hardcore training

and dedication.

- This is our time

- We want to show everyone why

we deserve to win "Champions."

- Live like legends

- Tell us what you guys

have been up to

since the last time

we saw you.

- Ever since we were kids,

our mom had a dream for us

to get to Vegas,

and now we headline a show,

"Absinthe" at Caesar's Palace.

- That's a great show.

- Yeah, and, I mean,

it was all thanks to

"America's Got Talent"

and the American people,

so we can't thank

you guys enough.

- I'm gonna be honest with you.

So many people have said to me

how surprised they were

you didn't win.

- Thank you.

- Thank you, Simon.

- And maybe this time you do

have a chance of winning.

- Yeah.

- That would be the dream.

- That means so much.

- That's the dream.

- Thank you, Simon.

- Well, are you guys ready?

- We're ready.

- Are you guys ready?

Yeah!

[cheering and applause]

- She always has

the best outfits.

- Oh, my God.

- Oh, my God.

[cheering and applause]

["Natural" by Imagine Dragons]

- Look at that.

- That's the price you pay

Leave behind your heartache

cast away

Just another product

of today

Rather be the hunter than

the prey

- Whoa.

- And you're standing

on the edge

Face up 'cause you're

a natural

A beating heart of stone

You gotta be so cold

- No hands!

- Yeah, you're a natural

- [screams]

- Whoa!

- To make it in this world

Yeah, you're a natural

Living you life cutthroat

You gotta be so cold

Yeah, you're a natural

I can taste it

The end is upon us

I swear

Gonna make it

I'm gonna make it

Natural

A beating heart of stone

You gotta be so cold

To make it in this world

Yeah, you're a natural

Living your life cutthroat

You gotta be so cold

Yeah, you're a natural

[dramatic music]

- She's gonna swing by

the beard!

- [laughing]

["Legends" by

Sleeping With Sirens]

- Hey, whoa

- Show me that hair!

[laughing]

- What happened?

- She has a bunch of hair.

I saw that.

You have a bunch of hair

in your hand again, don't you?

Oh, my gosh.

He just lost half of

that beard again.

I mean, I can watch you two

over and over again.

It's so good.

What did you think, Simon?

- Every time this act comes on,

they go a stage further.

It's terrifying.

I think these guys define

the word champions.

- Thank you so much.

- We can be legends

after all

- Mel, what did you think?

- I mean, you're just

bam, bam, bam

with trick after trick

after trick,

and you do it so gracefully.

Like, it's just, "Oh,

just did that. Easy peasy.

Onto the next one."

I absolutely loved it.

I think you're brilliant.

Both of you.

- Thank you so much.

- Howie, what did you think?

- Everything that

you guys have said and more,

but the point is that

the super fans

from all across America,

when they're voting,

only one more can go through.

They have to realize how

dangerous this is,

how amazing it is,

and as Simon said,

and we can't say enough,

you're a champion.

- Thank you.

- Good luck.

- Hey, whoa

We can be legends

after all

Hey, whoa

- Listen, my heart is

still on the floor right now.

- Mine too.

- How many times do you go,

"Oh, oh!"

Because every time you think

she's gonna hit that floor.

- How bad do you want

this spot in the finals?

- More than anything.

I need it.

I don't want it.

I need it.

It's a difference.

- That's our spot.

- Have you had any bad

accidents on BGT?

- Well, I've had things thrown

at me actually on live shows.

- What did they throw at you?

- Eggs.

[laughing]

- The audience?

- No, a violin player.

And I thought it was part of,

like, the act and thinking,

"This is the weirdest

choreography I've ever seen."

- Simon, you're my hero!

- Thank you.

- Tonight,

ten of the world's best acts

have gone head to head.

Angelica Hale has already

been put through,

thanks to Howie and

the Golden Buzzer.

Now only one more act can go

through to the finals.

- It's crazy

that of nine remaining acts,

only one's going through.

I'd be lying if I said

I didn't want that last spot.

Of course I do.

That's why we're all here.

- Boom, I love you to bits.

- I can watch you over

and over again.

- This is exactly

what is worthy

of moving on to the finals.

- I didn't win last time,

so I'm here to win.

I honestly want that title.

That's why I'm here.

- You actually define what

this show is meant to be.

I'm really, really, really

happy that you've come back.

Thank you.

- It'll be a dream come true

to make it to the finals.

Now it's up to the voters.

Anything's possible.

- Our 50 states have

been voting

and the super fans have spoken.

The votes are locked now.

Here we go.

First, we need to know

who's made it into

tonight's top three.

The vote is in.

The first act is...

[dramatic music]

Billy and Emily!

[cheering and applause]

Wow.

Yes!

Congratulations!

Billy and Emily,

please step over there.

Okay, the next act going into

the top three is...

Jon Dorenbos!

Yes!

Jon, please join

Billy and Emily over here.

- Oh, my gosh.

- Okay, the act taking

the last spot

in the top three is...

Paul Potts!

- Yeah!

- Wow!

Thank you to our other acts.

You guys are amazing.

- Yes!

- All our winners come out here

and join me.

People, give it up for

the top three.

But only one of them is going

through to the finals.

It's all down to how

our 50 states voted.

Billy and Emily England,

I can tell you

that you did the best in

the Southern states.

Jon Dorenbos, you did really

well in the Northeast.

And Paul Potts, I can tell you,

you dominated in the Midwest.

First, we're gonna find out

who came in third.

The result is in.

The act finishing

in third place is...

Jon Dorenbos.

Jon.

- I'm shocked.

- Let's hear it one more time

for Jon Dorenbos.

Okay, that leaves us

with Billy and Emily England

and Paul Potts.

Only one of them is going

into the finals.

This is the big one.

The act going through to

the finals is...

Paul Potts!

["I'll Fight"

by Jennifer Hudson]

Oh, my God!

Billy and Emily,

you guys were amazing.

Absolutely incredible.

Thank you for being here.

Paul Potts, come here.

You are in the final.

How does that make you feel,

sir?

- Crazy, it's bonkers--

if someone had said

11 years ago said that--

the whole thing is bonkers.

After 11 years,

I'm just amazed.

I'm still on

that roller coaster.

Thank you so much.

Thank you.

- One more time for Paul Potts,

please.

And please welcome back

our Golden Buzzer,

Angelica Hale!

That's "AGT: The Champions."

We're back next week with more

of the world's greatest acts,

hoping to be best

in the world.

I'm Terry Crews.

Good night, America.
