to neutralize the UMAs,

despite the number of lives it would take.

While the others hesitate,

Billy continues by claiming that no matter how many times

she repeats her attempt,

Juiz will never be able to kill God,

and, with that, Billy opens fire at the Roundtable members.

The room is thrown into chaos at Billy's sudden act

of violence, but then a flame engulfs the Roundtable.

UMA Burn bursts through from underground

with Rip and Latla, now known as the group Under,

perched upon its head.

Rip then refers to Billy as Boss.

Indeed, Billy... the third seat at the Roundtable...

Was also the leader of Under.

Under aims to steal the Roundtable

and Apocalypse for themselves.

This betrayal from the man who once saved her

from the brink of despair devastates Tatiana.

Fuko and Andy turn their backs to the sorrow

and begin their chase after Billy before he can escape.
