to baffle police tonight.

had been searching for Cruz

with connection with the
murders of Patrick Redmond

and his mother-in-law on New Year's Eve.

Three other men, reportedly
professional hitmen

associated with the mob
have also been charged

with the murder.

Cruz had been working out
of a building in Scottsdale

where he maintained
offices with Arthur Ross,

a local real estate developer.

Police are speculating on
Ross's involvement in the case

but failed to comment on
whether he would be called in

for questioning.
