Do you not put MSG in your food here?

We do.

As if!

I looked

everywhere and only found salt.

I mixed them both first

according to the recipe.

My mom told me when I was little,

that way,

it tastes better when you cook it.

When you make he stir fry just

add this to the food.

What kind of a bad habit is that?

Mommy

I know now

why you put those two together!

Tang Yin you're so clever.

Then tell me why.

It's because Mommy is so careless

so you put the wrong one in.

That's not why.

Mixing salt and MSG together

according to the recipe first,

tastes a lot better.

That is my secret recipe.

Mommy you're so amazing!

Little mischievous.

It's an illusion! An illusion!

Must be because so much has happened.

Something from 20 years ago,

the archives

would have destroyed it automatically.

Then is there no other way?

Unless it was linked to a serious crime,

that had not been resolved.

The employees back then,

may store it as a case file.

But only the commissioner has access.

I can't get it.

Actually,

I only heard about it.

I'm not sure if my mom

really came to the South Island.

Don't worry.

I will try and see what else

I can do to find out.

If your mom really came to the Island,

she must have left something behind.

Never mind.

I'll be troubling you.

My initial intention

was to come to the Island as

a surrogate shopper.

It was not to investigate it.

Only...

Only recently I..

there's a figure that keeps appearing.

I might be because I'm too tired.

So I keep seeing illusions.

No matter what, your health is most important.

There's always a way to resolve it.

How about this?

I will definitely find out what I can.

Once there's news,

I'll tell you right away,

alright?

Then thanks so much Officer Li.

Ep 21

What's up?

I know Commissioner Li and Tang Yin are on good terms.

Don't you dare target her.

Otherwise...

That girl Tang Yin is pretty good.

I won't hurt her.

But she wants to leave with Jian Zi...

So?

Tang Yin is leaving,

I will gladly see her off.

But Jian Zi can't.

He must remain here.

CEO,

that seems to be your private matter.

Surely you're not so lonely

that you don't have anyone to talk to?

Commissioner Li,

I understand your attitude towards Tang Yin.

I hope you can make Tang Yin leave.

Or at least stay away from Jian Zi.

If that doesn't work

then I will have to do it.

But I'm worried that you may not

like the methods I will be using.

I'll do my best.

Jian Zi, do you think you can leave so easily?

Lord Landlord.

What's up?

Are you a little sad when you think

about leaving tihs place?

I'm only missing my mom.

I can understand.

If...

You used to say all the time,

that I always disappear.

Do you want to know where I went?

That...

I think I can already guess where.

Then I'll take you there.

Okay.

An ugly daughter-in-law has to meet the parents.

You are a little ugly.

What did you say?

Who's ugly?

Who's ugly? Is it you or me?

Who's ugly?

I'm ugly.

Sir!

Some criminal syndicates are arrested.

So you could say some old cases

have been perfectly closed.

Sir,

will the future focus of the police

be changed to

peacekeeping of the area?

Attacking Autumn's Door...

As some things have ended,

then...

There are some things,

that have only began.

Commissioner Song,

our CEO is not feeling well,

so he cannot see you off personally.

I hope you can understand.

What are you talking about?

We have a long history between our families.

I don't mind that.

I really hope this journey,

will go smoothly.

Sir!

I'm sorry I'm late.

I was delayed.

Young Ji,

I'm very happy you could come.

Is the CEO well?

Thank you for that,

he is very well.

Thanks to the support he gave me,

the police solved the case in one go.

And I can add a case under my belt.

To not say thank you personally,

is a little rude.

Commissioner Li,

that's too much.

It should be done.

I was only promoted this time,

through the help of the CEO.

Young Ji,

what the CEO is like,

you'll know eventually.

Please help me tell Lao Zhan,

although I no longer work here,

but our two families will remain close.

If there's anything, just tell me.

You're a loyal person,

I will tell him that.

Please.

After this time,

I don't know how long it would be

until I will come back.

Don't worry, I'm around.

Your mom is like my mom.

I will look after her well.

Come,

say what you want to say,

as loud as you can!

Mom!

I'm going to leave!

I'm free now!

Auntie!

Don't worry!

I will look after him well!

Don't worry!

We will look after ourselves!

What are you nervous about?

My mom is the most gentle woman in the world.

She'll definitely like you.

How can I not be nervous?

You don't know,

when he's little,

a son is a mother's hope.

When he becomes a youth,

a son becomes the rock in a mom's world.

When he grows up,

a son becomes a mom's support.

But I only have you now.

So my mom must like you even more.

It'll be bad if you don't treat me well.

You don't understand.

No matter how well I treat you,

a mom will always feel that

I cannot be compared to her.

Mom! Mom!

Only when we are our own masters,

will we not be the tool of another person.

So we should not,

carry out the intentions of others.

True freedom,

should not be built

on the pain of others.

Do you understand?

Breaking into homes,

harming someone's reputation,

the anti-prostitution unit is very able now!

As for apologies,

say that to your colleagues!

Where did you get the info from?

Didn't you check if it's true before reporting it?

Do you know how many complaints

we've received today?

Never mind!

The work of your unit,

just put it to one side.

Yes, sir!

Oh yes, go to the archives,

bring all the files that have level 5

security and above here.

Aren't those files the ones only

Commissioners can read?

That's right.

Yes.

So you're the daughter my mom misses the most.

Mommy,

left when I was five.

You're 6 years older than Jian Zi,

then are you two?

No way! It's like a drama.

I'm adopted.

I'm not related to my mom.

I was so scared.

So my mom,

is your real mother.

My mom's biggest wish when she was alive,

was to go home.

The person she is

worried about the most is you.

This photo has

always been in my father's wallet.

Just before my mom died,

she told me to get it back.

They....

Your father?

My father let my mom down.

And let you down too.

Tang Yin, I...

I can't leave now.

Why?

Because,

from a young age, I've lived

in a world without a mom.

Everyone around me laughed at me saying,

that my mom eloped with a guy.

Said something like,

she abandoned her husband and child for money.

Although I was little back then,

but I can clearly remember,

that she loves me quite a lot.

Just like she was to you.

So,

I don't believe

she was like what the rumors say.

Now that I've got some news about her,

I have to find out what happened.

Are you going to find Father?

No!

Fine, I'll go with you.

I only want to find out the truth.

Understand it properly.

I don't want

to always live under a question mark.

Then will you hate him?

If he was in the wrong,

I will definitely hate him!

But...

the love I have for you,

will remain unchanged because of it.

I'll go by myself.

Don't follow me.

I don't want you to see me at my lowest point.

Or put you in a difficult position.

Is that alright?

Wait for me at home.

Zhan Shi Li destroyed case. Commissioner Song.

Master,

Miss Tang said she wanted to see you.

Tang Yin?

Let her come in.

Where's Tang Yin?

What are you doing here?

Tang Yin, you're here.

Come, sit down.

What's your relationship with her?

You know Xiao Yun?

What's you relationship with her?

She's my wife.

Say that again.

She's my wife!

You liar!

She has a husband and child.

How can she be your wife?

How comes you know about that?

How comes I know?

Because,

I'm her daughter.

That's why I can't stand you and Jian Zi together.

What do you mean?

Where did Tang Yin go?

Why do you want to see her?

Important matter.

I have to tell her personally.

At Zhan Residence.

Zhan Residence?

You let her go there by herself?

Do you know,

that seeing Zhan Shi Li

will put her in danger?

Tang Yin's mother,

was illegally imprisoned by Zhan Shi Li.

Take her out!

If you don't answer my questions,

I refuse to leave!

If you continue to throw a tantrum,

I won't be so nice towards you.

When have you been nice to me?

Always hiding a knife behind your smile!

Throw her out!

Wait!

As long as you answer my 2 questions,

I'll leave right away!

I know what you want to ask.

First.

Before Xiao Yun married your father,

she already promised herself to me.

Your father stole her from me.

Xiao Yun and I,

are lovers who finally got together.

On the South Island we once,

spent a period of happiness together.

But later unfortunately,

she died because of an illness.

Secondly,

Jian Zi is my real son!

Do you want me to continue?

What did you say?

You liar!

You're a liar!

You tore apart a family!

You thief!

You're a hypocrite!

You'll be punished!

Bastard!

You liar!

Mentor,

where's Tang Yin?

She left?

♫ You don't have to be afraid ♫

♫ I can't bear to leave ♫

♫ I want to wipe away the tears in your eyes ♫

♫ Take you away from harm ♫

♫ Bringing you with me ♫

♫ Hold me tight ♫

Then that's fine.

Pretty good.

Then, err....

I'm worn out from the past 2 days,

I want to rest a bit.

Today,

is the shame of the anti-prostitution unit.

And I...!

Am the joke of the entire unit!

It's clear you like me.

Why won't you admit it?

Because you feel inferior!

So you used such a low handed method,

to make me dislike you!

Even to hate you!

You're not a man!

Daddy, where did mommy go?

Why didn't I see her when I woke up?

Why are you looking for that whore?

I'll beat you to death!

Crying all the time!

You only know how to cry!

Leave!

Mommy!

I want mommy! I want mommy!

The unwanted kid is here!

Her mother has run away with a man!

Unwanted kid! Unwanted kid!

Unwanted kid! Unwanted kid!

Gosh!

So heavy!

Heavens!

Who allowed you to carry me?

What are you doing?

Don't mess around! I'll fall!

Wow! Such a nice backside!

You rogue!

Go away!

Rogue! Don't run away!

Stop hitting me!

Why are you not dead?

Don't hit me!

Beat you to death!

Don't! Stop!

Die!

Die! Why are you not dead?

What are you doing?

Don't you like me?

What? I can't touch you?

Low!

Low!

Cai Jia Yi!

Can you be my girlfriend?

No!

Then I'll be your boyfriend!

How did you get in here?

You should know well,

that if I want to do anything,

no-one can stop me.

You're... threatening me?

Father,

please let Tang Yin go.

A man's knees are as precious as gold,

for a girl you're on your knees now

in front of me?

And dare to threaten me?

You and her,

are dearest to me.

I'm begging you.

Don't mention the word beg to me. I'm begging you.

Don't mention the word beg to me.

No-one is worth it!

A little while back,

you said you want to leave.

I took it as a joke.

Now I'm going to make myself clear.

If you mention it again,

I'll take it as an act of betrayal!

I've decided on it.

Please agree to it.

Fine! Fine!

Somebody!

You know,

what happens if you betray Autumn's Door.

What are you doing?

Hurry and get up and apologize.

As long as you agree to my wishes,

I'm willing to be punished.

Master,

Young Master is confused right now,

don't lose your way like him.

Betrayer Jian Zi,

wishes to leave Autumn's Door.

Please punish me.

The 3rd rule of the gang,

anyone who leaves without permission,

if he doesn't die from a beating,

he will regain his freedom!

No matter what happens, I will be behind you if you look back you will see me.

Can we have a chat?

Forgive me for being blunt, Miss Tang.

You're not right for Jian Zi gege.

So...

please leave him.

This is the 1st time I've heard,

that it's not right for two people

in love to be together.

To put it bluntly,

the gap in your social status is too big.

If you stay together

not only will Jian Zi gege not benefit,

you'll be hurt as well.

If Jian Zi gege is with me,

he will take over Autumn's Door smoothly.

The power and wealth I will bring,

is uncomparable, do you understand?

Miss Song,

if love,

contains so much of the vulgar things you mentioned,

then what would it become?

Vulgar?

Taking a step back,

in the time you two were together,

apart from giving him trouble,

making him clean up after you,

what else did you bring him?

Okay.

Then let me take a step back and say this.

Let's not mention,

that Jian Zi is not interested at all in

wealth and power.

Let's talk about what Zhan Shi Li is like,

do you think he will give his wealth

to an adopted son?

Miss Tang, you're too naive.

Jian Zi gege will not leave this place.

Uncle Zhan will give Autumn's Door to him.

That is definite.

Jian Zi is his actual son.

Do you know that?

Miss Song,

the same method,

you and Zhan Shi Li have both used it.

Is it fun?

I heard the conversation

between Uncle Zhan and Mr Hao,

and did a DNA test.

Have a look yourself.

99.99% probability.

For you, Jian Zi gege,

have been going against Uncle Zhan.

When you went to the Zhan Residence,

and was rude to Uncle Zhan,

their relationship turned to one between fire and water.

Miss Tang,

if Jian Zi gege,

finds out about his identity,

will he will feel comfortable with you,

and think about leaving with you?

Miss Song,

I, Tang Yin is naive sometimes,

but I'm not an idiot.

Whether Jian Zi and I are related or not,

I know best.

I think you know it well too.

So don't insult yourself,

and insult my intelligence.

You!

Stop!

You can still go back.

Please can Father agree to my terms.

Master,

you're so stubborn!

Do you have to force me to do this?

You gave me my life.

To die in your hands,

is better than those brothers who died without knowing the truth.

You unfilial son!

Young Master!

Why are you doing this?

Master is youe...!

Shut up!

Do you think I won't shoot you?

Stop!
