他走了整整两天 He travelled for two days...

穿过积雪 他累了 Across the snow... Tired...

他想：一定要 He thought: For them...

给他们 For sure.

这是什么？ What is it?

他说他们看到它坠落 He says they saw it fall...

也许他们看错了 They couldn't have seen...

也许他们看到的只是星星 Maybe they saw a star...

这是一个很古老的东西 不可能是刚掉下来的 It is an ancient object.It couldn't have fallen now.

如果是很久以前还有可能... It could in the past...

所有人都看见了 两天前 Everybody saw it...Two days ago...

夜里 At night...

他们清晨找到的 就为了送给我们 They found it in the morning...Only for us...

这东西应该有五六十年了 It is fifty, sixty years old.

是个小传送模块 It's a Small Transmission Module STM.

从燃烧的痕迹看 应该含有钛元素 The way it burned indicates Titanium Beta or the like.

它应该是从六推进喷嘴的发射台发射的 It used to take off from a pad on six propulsion nozzles.

要么被毒死 被处理 被清除 Poisoned, approached, swept.

我们 最后的一批 Are we the last of those who retain power,

到底是拥有力量 还是无法自保啊？ or the first of those who are defenceless?

两名宇航员钻进舱口 来到舱口下面的 Under the hatchway into which two astronauts enter

实验室 there is a laboratory.

巨大的房间装满了仪器 A huge room filled with machines

监听着来自外太空的声音 listening to the sounds from outer space.

只有那台被闲置了 Only one of the oldest machines,

好多年的老设备 which has remained idle for decades,

可以读出那个 宇航员从骑师那里得来的 can read out what is inside the container

容器里面的内容 which the astronauts got from a rider.

那是一本日记 更确切的说是一张张半透明金属盘 It is a diary, or rather a series of semitransparent plates

主要内容似乎是用摄像机拍摄 featuring scenes as if taken with a camera.

影像最开始呈现的是一艘飞行中的宇宙飞船 The opening plates show the flight of a spacecraft

驾驶员无法控制飞船 the pilots lose control over the spacecraft

坠毁在山里 which crashes in the mountains.

这一部分只有很少的片段得以保留 Only a small fragment of this recording remained.

我看见了 I can see!

宇航员们 从损坏的驾驶舱艰难的爬出 The astronauts clamber out of the battered cockpit.

外面群山环绕 大气也不适于呼吸 They are amidst mountains and the atmosphere is unbreathable.

飞行指挥官O'Tamor的尸体 They leave the dead body

被留在了驾驶舱附近 of the flight commander O'Tamor near the cockpit.

他们从舰体里开出探索车 They wheel out land rovers

然后开车下山了 from their rocket and they ride downhill.

其中一个宇航员托马斯 受伤了 One of the astronauts, Thomas,is injured.

剩余的舰体沿着他们的行进方向 The other rocket following their course

撞到了山上 爆炸了 crashes in the mountains and explodes.

其他的人 Remogners pursuers 还有朋友们 都死在里面了吗？ Were those who died in it, the Remogners, pursuers or friends?

这个星球是典型的地球地貌 This planet is an ideal image of Earth.

这也是为什么 它被选做新生活的开始 That is why it has been chosen for the beginning of new life.

探索车朝着大海驶去 But the land rovers heading for the sea

路过一片巨大的废墟 run across a huge heap of debris

非常像是某种建筑 reminiscent of some architectural form,

就像很久以前 这里存在过文明一样 as if a civilization existed here in the past.

当他们接近废墟的时候 While they are near the ruins,

托马斯的体温升高 精神错乱了 Thomas's temperature goes up and he becomes delirious.

他看到死去宇航员们的幻影 He's seeing phantoms:The dead astronauts,

他看到0'Tamor和Remogners靠近 0'Tamor and the Remogners are coming close,

过来抓他 coming to capture him.

O'Tamor掩护着 Remogners想用锁链锁他 O'Tamor defends him.The Remogners want to chain him.

来吧 Come on!

O'Tamor说的没错 我们可以呼吸 O'Tamor was right.We can breathe.

我们可以活下去 We shall live...

等等 Wait!

你还记得人是怎么降生的吗？ Do you remember a man being born?

天父赋予他一颗有着各种可能性的种子 The father endows him with seeds of every possibility.

他要自己来培育 What every man nurtures in him

可以看着它在身体里成长最后结果 will watch it grow in him and bring him fruits.

如果它是植物性的，他就会成为植物 If it is vegetal, he will be a plant;

如果是动物性的，那他就会成为动物 if it is sensual,he will be an animal;

如果是理性的，那他很可能会成为神学家 if it is rational,his being will become divine;

最后 如果它是智性的 finally if it is intellectual,

那他会成为天使或者人之子 he will be an angel or the son of man.

也许现在是时候宣布 共和国已经四面楚歌 Maybe the time is to say that the Republic is in real danger,

因为竟要靠我们这样的懦夫来捍卫勇气 that we are cowards who have to defend courage,

捍卫性 捍卫意识形态 捍卫肉体之美和对爱的探究 sex, consciousness,carnal beauty, quest of love.

如果赢得了这一切 也许英雄的命运终将成就 Winning that may become a heroic destiny after all.

但是这样的说辞只能证明我们有多可悲 But to utter these words is to demonstrate how sad we are,

因为我们中最强大的信徒们 because the strongest believers among us

多年来一直在宣传恐惧 have spent their years on talking about fear,

阳痿 愚蠢 丑陋 利己主义还有冷漠 impotence, stupidity, ugliness,self-love and apathy...

尽管我们试图 although we have thus attempted

严肃的对待这一现实 to take an austere view of this reality

也仅能保证苟且的活着 may depend on a decent life,

我们的工作 our work,

我们的荣誉 our honor

这些都限制了我们去探索 which permits us to express no more

井底之蛙 只顾眼前 than what we ourselves have seen.

不仅是电磁波 is not only an electromagnetic wave,

还有生物粒子汇聚的死亡图景 but also bions making up the image of the dead...

屈身向着对光明的渴望 to lean towards the lust of light.

它用永恒的信念拥抱光明 It embraces light with its everlasting will.

而黑暗拼尽全力 试图夺取自由之光 And darkness strives to capture the light of freedom,

但它做不到 but it cannot do that,

因为黑暗的中心 它自身的渴望 because it is centered on its own lust...

很快又被黑暗占领 and turns to darkness again.

起风了 夜晚降临 The wind rises.The night is falling.

蒙蒙细雨转为暴雨倾盆 The drizzle turns into a downpour

而暴雨又升级为飓风 and the downpour escalates into a hurricane.

Thomas快死了 Thomas is dying.

他死之前 Martha恳求能一个人留下来陪他 Before he dies, Martha implores to be left alone with him.

她爱他 她紧紧抓住他 She loves him.She clings to him.

她用自己的身体保护他 She protects him with her body.

附近的河水暴涨 冲毁了河床 The nearby river is rising and breaks its bunks.

洪水来了 It's a flood.

Martha!

我们得转移 留在这儿都得死 We have to be moving.We cannot survive here.

除非找到我们本来的着落点 那片海岸 No chance, until we reach the seashore where we were to land.

走吧 Come on.

不！ 不！ No! No!

你病了 我们得抬着你走 You are sick.You'll have to be carried.

关了 我告诉你关掉 你个蠢货 Turn it off, I am telling you,turn it off, you silly.

我看见海了！ I see the sea!

Thomas比在地球上长得快 Thomas is growing up faster than he would on Earth.

才六个月 已经和一岁的孩子差不多高了 At the age of six months, he is of the height of a one year old baby.

George，有没有可能我们死了 孩子一个人被丢下 George, can it be that we will die out and he will be left alone?

听着 Martha Listen, Martha,

现在是雨季，会一直下雨 it is a rainy season.It will keep raining.

六个月的等待是很漫长的 Six months of waiting is a long time,

我把Martha和Peter的摄像机都拿来了 I've taken the cameras of Martha and Peter.

他们不用再为拍摄我们的境遇而烦恼了 They no longer bother to record what is happening to us.

我把他们的记忆融合成一体 融合成我的 I have fused their memories into one, mine.

我抹除了不相干的素材 只保留了重要部分 I erase irrelevant pieces.I keep the gist.

这儿 一切都和地球一样 Here, everything is as on Earth.

一样混乱 一样缺少真相 The same chaos,the same absence of truth.

爱是渴望 被一个人全身心的吸引 To love is to want to be absorbed entirely by somebody.

爱是去感受 对一个人的全部责任 To love is to feel entirely responsible for somebody.

当然你也可以只要淫欲 不要爱 You can also take lasciviously,without love.

如果这样 这个词儿就没有任何意义 In that case,this word carries no meaning.

它成了恶与恨 It turns into evil and hate.

一天 死亡天使来到所罗门王面前 One day when the Angel of Death came to Solomon

他看着自己的朝臣 he looked at one of his courtiers.

朝臣问“这是什么？” "Who is that?" the courtier asked.

“死亡天使”所罗门回答 "The Angel of Death",replied Solomon.

“死亡天使来拜访我了，” "It seems he has looked at me.

那么告诉风，把我带到印度去吧。” So tell the wind to take me from here and carry me to India".

所罗门真的去了印度 And Solomon did it.

死亡天使说： Then the Angel of Death said:

“我出于好奇，关注他很久了，” "I was looking at him for such a long time, because I wondered.

“是我命令他将灵魂从印度送到这里的。” For I ordered him to deliver his soul from India.

这期间 他在你们这儿的宫廷之上。” Meanwhile he is here at your side,in your court.”

这是真的！ It is true!

我会怀你的孩子 你的 I will have your baby.Yours.

那会是我最后的孩子 It will be my last baby.

现在 你什么都不要说 Say nothing for a while.

这目光里没有欢愉 没有恶 This eye is neither cheerful nor evil...

这里有路 但是却 无人识得 There is a road, but there is no one to follow it.

我是Ada Martha最后的女儿 I am Ada, Martha's last daughter.

在天堂 伴着明月 产下惊雷 begot a thunder with the Moon in heaven.

惊雷的强大 远胜Thomas 她因此欣喜若狂 And she indulged in pleasure to have him stronger than Thomas.

于是她乘着洪流傲视归来 并产下了鱼 And so she returned swept by the flood and begot fishes,

并产下了深林里的动物 and animals in forests...

而Peter给我地方定居 给我们生的理由与弯弓 And Peter gave us places to settle and reason and the bow...

而你 在这里 只知道让我们回忆 Being here you told us always to remember.

你为何总是一言不发？ Why don't you ever say anything?

哦 地球！ Oh Earth!

地球啊！ Earth!

老头子说了： The Old Man said:

哦 地球！ Oh! Earth!

我想更多的拍摄我自己 I want to record myself more often.

来啊 那个泰然自若无动于衷的人 Come you, who are poised motionless,

但 这个无时无刻 不断靠近我的又是谁 but who are getting closer to me every hour.
