[Oh! My Sweet Liar!]

[Episode 3]

Hold on!

It's hot!

I get it.

Don't you know what you ought to do?

Act more and talk less.

You shall be fine.

You bet I do!

What are you doing?

How inappropriate!

On your knees!

Didn't Amao teach you manner?

Speak!

He did.

He asked me to act more and talk less.

He asked me to serve you well.

But I was trying to serve you!

I didn't know the devil is such an innocent man.

On second thought,

you lured me to release you at first.

Now you're trying to seduce me.

Say it!

What's your purpose here?

Who do you work for?

Young Master.

I am serving you sincerely!

I want to try my best to help you.

I have no intention at all!

Stop acting innocent!

I will find out what your intention is.

But before that,

you'd better behave!

You're pregnant with my child.

But that doesn't give you any right!

I will not spare you the next time you act like this.

Young Master...

What if by accident...

I offend you someday in the future,

will you expel me out of rages?

I will.

You'd be flogged to death.

Stop screaming!

Shut up!

Enough!

Young Master!

Lying to me about pregnancy?

You'll see what's living hell.

Enough yelling!

Young Master...

Where are you heading off?

I...

I'm here to pay you a visit.

With your luggage?

How could I get here empty-handed?

Let me have a look.

I...

I'm poor.

I could only borrow these as gifts.

You're not qualified to be a mother at all!

Young Master, it's late.

I'm going to bed now.

Stop.

You said you admire me badly.

Then why are you leaving?

I... Actually...

If I caught you sneaking out the next time,

I'll lock you up again!

What about now?

Will I be grounded here till labor?

I've got nothing at all!

Young Master...

Duke said there is an important arrangement.

He asked you to pick Second Young Master home.

It's time to get him home.

Storming out?

Is that necessary?

[Flowery House]

Sir.

My regards, sir.

What do you want today?

Get lost.

Why are you so mad at me?

Sir.

- How arrogant! - Rude!

- What are they here for? - No idea.

They aren't here for our service.

I'd say so.

What's going on?

I don't know.

Since arriving at my pavilion,

you turned a blind eye to my performance.

You've been drawing instead.

You're making me shy.

Have you finished it?

Sir...

What did you draw?

Wait!

Who are you?

Leave.

Yes, sir.

I'm taking you home.

Hey, big brother.

It's been for days.

You look much older.

It's been for days.

You're getting more sidetracked than before.

Nothing can match the recreations here.

Shall we have a drink together?

Petaled Lotus has infiltrated into Yunyao.

While Family Song is trying to covet Yun Iron.

How could you squander your time?

Shame on you!

What's that for, Hongbin?

Drink to the music. That's all.

It has nothing to do with shame.

I'm aiming at the battlefield.

The family will count on you eventually.

Alas.

You know about the trifles.

It's bothering and bad for health.

I've been too weak to take the duty.

Why not recuperate here?

You will inherit the Duke title,

no matter whether you want it or not.

That's way too overbearing.

I won't waste my time here.

Are you going home or not?

I'd rather die here than go home.

Okay.

Hold on.

He's leaving so soon this time!

Fire!

Fire!

What are you doing?

Sorry, Second Young Master.

You said you would like to die here.

I'm following your order.

Please cherish your life, Second Young Master.

You...

Second Young Master.

My apologies.

Young Master said

you asked for death.

I have to follow his order.

I'll pray for you.

Take care.

- You may leave. - Yes.

Get in.

Binbin.

You've been arbitrary.

But you never win a battle.

Do you regret it?

I don't know what to regret about.

Yuyu.

You're so self-indulgent.

You are blackening the family!

Go!

Bite him!

Hurry up!

Take him down.

Alas.

Binbin.

Go! Attack!

Come on!

Binbin, attack!

Bite him.

Yuyu.

Take him down!

Hurry up.

It's now or never!

No way!

Who do you think will win?

Binbin or Yuyu, which one is it?

I'd say Yuyu will tear Binbin's legs off.

Why don't you report in advance?

Greetings, father and uncle.

Good for you.

How did you get your brother back?

By setting fire to him.

Bringing him home.

I didn't ask you to kill him.

Exactly!

He's been...

Stop talking.

Why would he set fire

if you come home more often?

That's right.

If your mother finds it out,

I would be the one who gets scolded!

I'd rather keep crickets than you.

Calm down.

We're a family. Peace brings harmony.

Harmony matters.

Duke asked you to come back home.

It's about business this time.

Family Song sent us a notification.

They want to visit us.

- Family Song? - Yes.

What do they want?

We will find it out.

The reason I asked you home is

Family Song loves great spectacles.

We shall entertain them well.

You should prepare for it, too.

You'll greet them on the scene.

They don't look very happy.

Family Song covets Yun Iron.

They must be planning something.

Don't overreact.

They're visiting us out of good intention.

Besides,

even if they have a plan,

Duke will know about it.

That's right.

Off you go.

Hold on.

If Yu runs away again,

you'd be punished!

[Chuyu Courtyard]

I can't find my way at night!

This manor is so big!

Where's the exit?

2,000 taels!

[Chuyu Courtyard]

Please.

You don't have to lock me up.

It's the order of Young Master. We have to obey it.

Fine.

Close the door.

He's captured as well!

[Chuyu Courtyard]

Ten.

Nine.

Eight.

Who's there?

Seven.

Six.

Five.

Four.

Three.

Two.

One.

Who's that? Show yourself!

What are you doing?

Speak up!

Sir.

I'm just looking around.

Looking around?

Stop lying!

Report to Young Master now!

Let's go!

The effect is so slow.

So terrifying.

Who's there?

Shhh.

Why are you...

No time for chitchat.

I'm here to escort you out.

How did you get in?

It's a long story.

I am confined here by the devil, too.

I'm telling you,

he is grounding you for now.

Soon enough, once you've gained enough weight,

you will be slaughtered.

He's a devil!

A murderer!

A licentious bastard!

I saw the prisoners he kept here.

He would do this to him.

Or stab them in the heart.

Or like this.

I'm telling you.

He's taken dozens of lives.

In the basement of this mansion,

there are skulls on display!

There are skulls everywhere.

So scary!

Wow...

It is!

Yes.

Don't worry.

I won't leave you behind.

I'm here to take you out at the risk of my life.

Only one condition.

Pay me back once you get out.

I gave you a discount.

But this is a matter of life!

You owe me!

- Deal? - Deal!

Let's go.

Sure.

Hold on. That way.

Oh, okay.

There are guards here.

That way.

Hold on!

It leads to the toilet.

Follow me.

How do you know?

After me.

2,000 taels.

You do know your way around!

You can even find a ladder!

Be quiet.

Off you go.

Be careful.

Come up.

Hurry.

The devil's guards!

Go without me!

I'll divert them for you.

It's alright.

We can make it out together.

Not enough time! Don't mind me!

- Get up. - Just run!

Hurry!

Stop!

Don't move!

Hurry!

Don't run!

After him!

Hurry!

Sorry about that.

Where are you going?

Ashuang!

I'm telling you.

Look at what you did!

Painting.

What painting?

It's been a month!

The contact never came to me!

No one could.

Why were you in Li's Manor?

The contact has waited you for a month.

They locked me up.

Alas...

It's a long story.

So you slipped away without the painting!

Actually, I finished one. But I lost it.

One?

Yes.

Ashuang.

It's a hard assignment!

I can't handle it.

Is there any other way for me?

There is!

Ashuang.

Take it easy.

No more excuses.

I did draw a painting for you.

Because of that,

Young Master of Li's family beat me up.

I was ill in bed for the last month.

Let's do it in a gentle way.

I don't care about that!

Now that you're recovered,

finish the painting soon!

Find Li in Jianzhang Hall.

Finish it there.

Can't I quit?

Quit?

Quit and I'll call the police.

I'll put up notes saying you're Happy Fairy.

Then I'll get to Yunyao Art Pavilion

kill your mom, your aunt,

and you will be the next.

Ashuang.

You've changed a lot over the last few years.

Don't you believe me?

What?

Ah!

Will you draw or not?

I can draw it.

But the bird is innocent.

This is what your mom will be like if you don't.

I'll draw it! I will!

Spare me, please!

Bums!

Steamed bums!

Vegetables!

Fresh vegetables!

[Li's Manor]

Have a look!

Bums!

Chrysanthemum tea!

Collections!

Wait.

Ornaments!

Hold on.

What's going on?

It's must be important.

Crowded with people.

Was he here?

I just arrived here.

No idea.

What's going on?

Young Master forbids us to get closer.

We have no idea either.

It must be bad news this time.

Bad news?

Nothing is worse than mine.

Where's Li?

Excuse me.

Hey.

How's Li?

I don't know him.

Neither do I.

Where's Li?

No idea.

Stop looking around.

Mr. Li is there on his knees.

This is...

what bad news is!

You bet!

It's Young Master.

Young Master.

Say it.

Who do you work for?

Go to hell!

Seeking death now?

It's too easy for you.

Take him for interrogation.

Yes, sir.

Go!

Get up!

Oh no!

He's dead!

Dead already?

Our family has no room for a traitor.

That's the punishment for spying!

A spy?

What did you ask Li for?

Nothing...

He...

He owes me money.

I'm afraid you won't get it now.

Amao.

Yes, sir.

Take care of the body.

I want a thorough research on everyone involved in this.

Yes, sir.

Take him away.

As you wish.

Let's go.

Stop looking.

Time to go.

What are you doing here?

I miss you badly.

Follow up.

This place is full of stories.

Cold-blood Young Master.

Violent servants.

Now my informer is dead.

Come on.

I must finish the painting and get out of here.

Tea.

Tea!

Coming.

What should I do?

Will the devil kill me?

Please enjoy your tea.

I didn't mean it.

Do you know how important this map is!

I'm sorry.

Don't kill me! Please!

I'll draw you a new one.

I'll draw it now.

Please take a look.

[Yunyao Map]

Hand it over.

What...

Have you learned drawing?

No, I have not.

I was fooling around. Just a trick.

You're in luck this time.

Young Master.

Sorry for spilling your tea.

I'll get you a new one.

Okay.

It won't work.

I must find my way out.

Young Master, here's your tea.

Actually, I like drawing from a young age.

I heard that

Second Young Master is a talented painter.

I admire him.

I once get to see his Picture of Taking a Nap.

It's said what he drew was the place he lived in.

What's your point?

My point is...

I've been here for a long time.

But I didn't get to see the view by myself.

I wonder if the rumor is real.

That's Chuyu Courtyard.

You've never been there.

I see, it's Chuyu Courtyard.

Why?

Are you tired of Xiaofeng Courtyard?

Want to take a walk?

May I?

What do you think?

I may not.

[Chuyu Courtyard]

This place looks familiar!

Stop!

What are you here for?

Well...

Young Master asked me to bring some food.

You may get in.

Thanks.

I was here last night!

Second Young Master.

Painting of Zhong Kui by Wu Daozi.

Wow!

Ten Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains!

No wonder he's the master.

He drew it to every detail.

The running rivers

and the rolling hills!

Masterpiece.

It is a masterpiece!

Li Hongyu!

Who's that?

Why are you here?

2,000 taels!

No wonder you took a fancy my painting!

You're the god of painters, Li Hongyu!

Are you...

Li Hongyu for real?

Did you draw Ten Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains?

There won't be anyone other than me who can finish it.

You're right.

No one can match your skill.

Wait.

Didn't you get out?

Why are you back?

Alas...

I get back for survival.

Survival?

Ah.

It's not like that.

What I'm saying is...

the reason I get back

is for...

my real purpose.

What's that?

That's to meet Li Hongyu in the face

and learn from him.

I'm telling you.

It is a long story.

I've been learning to draw since I was a kid.

Your work enlightened me.

First Snow on the River,

Twelve Scenes of Rivers and Mountains,

In the Woods,

and many other paintings...

I imitated all of them!

I never expect that

I could meet you in person.

By this chance,

please take me as your apprentice.

If you keep silent, Master,

I'll take that as an acquiesce.

You've called me Master.

Why don't you prepare the ink?

I'm on it!

Master.

Now that you take me as your apprentice,

could you give me a painting

as a gift from the master?

So that's why you took me as your teacher,

to get a painting.

Which one do you like?

Pick anyone you like.

Well...

I'm not after these paintings.

All I want is a portrait

of you...

being naked.

Say...

Say that again.

Master.

Master.

I've prepared soup for you.

It's good for your sleep.

Okay.

You may leave.

You've been entangled with trifles.

Come and take a rest.

You've worked hard.

That's enough.

Stop wasting time.

Why don't you think about

how you would treat Song's family?

Alas.

Song's family here is in the name of a visit.

But the truth is they're taking Miss Song Qin to meet our sons.

They are planing for her marriage.

Alas.

Big Brother has spent many years in Song's family.

I heard that...

Miss Song is a little demon.

She's been arrogant.

She's known to be moody.

Once she's unhappy,

the entire family will suffer.

I heard about it.

Yes?

A peacock she kept didn't spread its tails.

She asked all the servants and maids

to put feathers on their back

and walk in front of the bird.

It went on for days!

My goodness.

If a demon like her is married to our family,

we are all at her service,

at Song's family's service.

Yeah...

I know perfectly about their intention.

But if we turn them down,

this will be the end of our relationship

The point is

Song's family is in control of transportation.

This will influence the development of Yun Iron.

Even for Yunyao alone,

we can show a tiny bit of discontent to their proposal.

Come on.

I can hardly deal with a daughter-in-law like her.

By the way,

is there anything she could do better than Ruer?

Right.

Ruer is a good girl.

Although she's the daughter of your distant relative's concubine,

she's been receiving your teachings since a young age.

She's educated and reasonable.

She's way better than the daughters of the lords.

You can tell! Right?

I'll summon Ruer to Yunyao now.

Hey, hold on.

We've got enough troubles to worry about.

Don't make it worse.

It's up to you.

Here's your tea, Young Master.

Where's Xiong Xiruo?

Well...

Young Master.

She said she didn't feel well.

So she took a day off.

You may leave.

Yes, sir.

Why am I thinking of her?

No wonder you're a master!

So detailed a painting.

You've done a great favor!

What are you doing sneakily?

Nothing!

I'm just trying to learn manners

so that I could serve you better.

Your face looks so familiar.

How...

How's that possible!

You must be overthinking!

Who's that?

Get off me!

He recognizes me!

What should I do?
