We had no idea that he was
gonna make it his mission

to go after her daughter.

[Morgan] Yates was
more than ready for us.

He had somehow harnessed

- so much dark power.

[Morgan] We stripped him of
his powers, and defeated him.

But we couldn't help but wonder if
there was more danger out there,

and we had to keep Carter safe.

[Ben] But wait, aren't you gonna
tell me how you stopped him?

to school, enjoy life.

Maybe if I got over myself, I

despite my best intentions.

[sighs]

[Ben] I've come to learn that there
are always unintended consequences,

and if you fail to plan for them, then
you're planning to fail 'cause of them.
