=Broken the Heart=

=Episode 17= (Back Armed)

Sorry, I fell asleep.

Where are you from?

The poison on your wound

is peculiar to the Yin's military.

Why did they chase you?

What's your name?

Ruoshui.

You can call me Ruoshui.

Ruoshui.

You're awake?

Have you been here all the time?

No. I'm in shifts with Cangwu.

How are you feeling now?

Much better.

I owe so much to General Lin's family.

Then do you remember...

What?

Nothing.

I'll go and call Cangwu over.

(Two relationships about one same face.)

(Are you still the one)

(I really love?)

General.

His Highness has woken up.

I'm coming.

Ruoshui,

about you face,

I'm really sorry.

It's all right.

I am the one who should be sorry

for reminding you of the bitter past.

Don't feel guilty.

Guards!

How is His Highness?

He is fine.

Watch out!

(Token)

You are from the Yin State?

- From the Yin State? - Your Highness.

Your Highness,

he is of the war party in the Yin State.

They have been supressed by the peace group represented by the Queen,

but they've constantly provoked disputes on the border recently.

The Queen?

Now she is nothing but a prisoner.

What?

You arrested the Queen of the Yin State?

We didn't have to do that.

The Queen has been imprisoned by the Emperor,

and will be beheaded on schedule.

She is Ruoshui's mother,

so I can't stand by.

Act tonight.

We can't underestimate their strength.

It must be dangerous there.

I volunteer to rescue the Queen.

I'll go myself.

Eat something.

My mother's family

helped my father fight to win state power.

But my mother

is a peace-loving person by nature,

hating wars.

Since my mother's father died,

her family

has been gradually declining.

My father became increasingly brutal,

and even treated my mother

with violence.

I and my elder brother

are the children

that my father liked the least.

Your elder brother?

Where is he now?

He died in the war.

Sorry.

It's not your fault.

You also had to protect your people.

So,

is it because of this

that you can't forgive His Highness?

Forgive him?

Whether I forgive him or not

doesn't matter.

All I want is that my mother

will be safe

and healthy.

If it's necessary,

I can tell him who I really am.

I'll go with him back to the cage.

Your Highness,

how'd everything go?

The Queen has been taken to the Palace,

safe and sound.

I'm gonna go back too.

These days,

thank you for your hospitality.

I'll always remember your loyalty.

Your Highness,

since there were assassins the other day,

I'm afraid there are their fellows nearby.

This journey back is full of dangers,

so how about...

How about...

How about I escorting Your Highness back.

My wife also said she wanted to visit the Palace.

So Your Highness, would you mind

if I go together with my wife?

No problem.

General,

what's your opinion on these Yin's people?

They are of the internal force of the Yin State.

While the internal strife is rampant in their country now,

they came here to assassinate Your Highness.

It's really weird.

Maybe there has been a troublemaker

contributing to the wars between two states.

You mean...

Nangong family.

Here we've come to the border,

and it's easy to take cover to ambush enemies.

We have to be careful.

How about

we diverging from here.

I'll lead the main troop, pretending to be the core force,

and Your Highness and Ruoyao

make a detour back with a small crack troop.

Okay.

We'll meet in the Palace.

Who sent you?

Any news about General Lin?

They're arriving outside the Imperial City,

and will be here soon.

Mo...

Mother,

I'm sorry for being late.

(Qin Shuyao, the Queen of the Yin State)

This is...

Seeing your mother,

aren't you surprised?

Yin Ruoshui.
