to the other end of the country.

a constant threat to them.

-In June 2023,

I broke a story about a
seminal meeting of biker chiefs

that should have
probably never happened.

You need to understand
the history

between these three groups.

-At least 15 murders
have been attributed

to gang violence since 1979.

-The Hells Angels
and the Outlaws,

the Hells Angels
and the Bandidos

have had epic clashes,

brutal wars that have
left dozens

and dozens
of people dead.

So, the fact that they would
be sitting together at a table

to potentially negotiate a peace

was just mind-bending,
ground-breaking news.

According to my sources,
they had convened there

to discuss creating an alliance
to combat the Pagan's,

who were spreading
across the country,

fast and furious,

in what was called
the blue wave.

The Pagan's alleged leader,

Keith "Conan the Barbarian"
Richter,

is about to be released
from prison,

and the biker world is
about to be turned upside down.

The fact that these three clubs

that have been bitter rivals
for years

were willing to set
aside their differences

to combat a common enemy

told you that there was
a tsunami coming down the pike.

-I was 20 years old.

I'd read Hunter Thompson's
book on the Hells Angels.

Pretty much inspired everyone
that rode a bike,

and I don't think anybody
that rode a bike hadn't read it.

We thought it was cool.

I spent 13 years in a club --

the Bandidos.

The chapter in San Antonio,

I was founding vice president.

Partied a lot, man.

Yeah, it's a different world
out there now.

-The Bandidos are
kind of the Hells Angels

without the PR image.

And the Bandidos are
the ugly Hells Angels,

the Hells without the Angels.

Their slogan is

"We're the people
your mother warned you about."

-We're the boogeyman.

I used to ride up
to the people on the street,

on my bike,
and I'd hear door locks.

I'm thinking, God, you know,

like I'm going to jump off
the bike and bother y'all.

If the door locks went off,
we was doing good.

-My father, Don Chambers,

was the founder
of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club

on March 4th, 1966.

-Don Chambers identified Texas
as a fertile ground

to build a biker kingdom
from the ground up,

and that's what he did.

-Daddy had Texas.

The Hells Angels had California.

Hells Angels weren't allowed
to come into Texas.

That was his territory.

If a Hells Angel was
going to come into Texas,

you're going to have
to talk to Daddy.

-You began to have
quite a few skirmishes

between Bandidos
and Hells Angels

over the fact that
the Hells Angels did not think

that any other biker club
should even exist.

That if it's
not the Hells Angels,

you're not a biker club.

Bikers take their territory
very seriously.

There were actually Hells Angels

that were killed
for going into Texas.

-I'd heard
about the Hells Angels.

Sonny Barger sat
in my daddy's house.

Daddy went, "Donna Lee!

You think you could stop
long enough

to let me introduce you
to somebody?"

You know, I'm 14.

I want to be with my friends
and go to the beach.

He goes, "This is Sonny Barger,
president of the Hells Angels."

And I thought, "Oh, my gosh,"
because, you know,

I always heard they were
rivals with each other.

Sonny Barger was asking Daddy

to quit sending
his Hells Angels back

on the airplane.

Then Daddy walked me
out on the porch.

I said, "What's this guy
mowing our yard for?"

And he was
a Hells Angel prospect.

He goes, "'Cause I told him to."

-1972, Don Chambers
was burned in a drug deal.

He thought he was buying
methamphetamine.

In reality, he was being sold
bunk baking soda.

As retaliation,

drew these culprits
to a meeting,

had them dig their own graves,

told them they needed
to go into the grave

so they could go meet
Jesus Christ,

and proceeded to execute them.

-They were made
to dig their own graves.

Everybody thought
that Daddy killed them.

I don't know
if Daddy put the order down.

I don't know if Daddy had
the gun in his hand,

but I guess it was a message
to get across.

-If you look at the Bandidos

and the downfall of their
founder, Don Chambers,

it went to a prospect
that was having issues

in his prospecting
and being hazed,

and he became an informant
and went to the police.

-Prospect!

-The Bandidos are known for
and differ from other clubs

is their initiation rituals

that are not
like the other clubs'.

-Everybody's patch
got initiated.

We used to take our colors off,
put them on the ground.

Everybody pissed on them.
Then we'd wear them home.

-There was one time
I was at a place,

and somebody took a poop
on the set of colors.

-About 13 people
got initiated on a Labor Day

in Ruidoso, New Mexico.

People were throwing up.

One guy had diarrhea,
and it's gross.

Cops didn't infiltrate by clubs
back then because of that.

No cop was going to stand for
that kind of shit.

-This is more
than just a motorcycle gang.

Authorities here
and in a number of other states

say the Hells Angels have become

a national criminal
organization,

more ruthless
than even the Mafia.

-When you decide that you
want to be a Hells Angel, right?

They take your photo,
they distribute,

they fax your photo
to all the other chapters.

So, somebody has to look at you
to make sure that,

you know, you haven't had
a beef with somebody

or that you don't owe
any money on the street

or anything like that.

-The Hells Angels were
very restrictive.

It was harder
to get into the Hells Angels

than the American Army.

-Any prospect has to go
through at least a year,

usually longer,

working for
the full patch members,

and they are virtual slaves.

-We're like three years
from hanging around prospect.

You know, it's a long time,
right?

And he would keep you awake.

I saw some weird stuff.

The East End Hells Angels,
when he was a prospect,

and he got a blowjob

from a hooker
they'd picked up

who didn't have any teeth,

in front of everybody
in the clubhouse.

And he said they all
started laughing

because he said
all the guys are going,

"He's enjoying it.
He's enjoying it.

Okay, stop."
[ Laughs ]

Well, I saw
a prospect from Sherbrooke

with one of the hookers
on top of the bar

in intimate relations.

Yeah. Awkward.
In front of everyone.

Probably 60, 70 guys.

-They want the prospects to know
that in order to get here,

you have to work,
you have to be trustworthy,

and you have to be
able to put up with anything.

-Members will ask you questions

you have to have
the answers for,

and some answers,
if you don't have them right,

you'll get bang checked
right in your forehead,

punched in your chest

because you need to know
certain things.

-The Bandidos,
they were much less restrictive,

so they were expanding faster

because they weren't
as selective.

-Sonny Barger,

who helped organize
the group 21 years ago

and is considered by many to be

the most powerful man
in the Hells Angels.

-Sonny figured
that our competitors

are going international, right?

Like, we need to make a mark
in other countries.

-Normally in Denmark,
we drive on a Harley-Davidson.

-Strength is in numbers,

and strength is
in presence and territory.

-The Bandidos looked to the
rest of the world to expand to,

and a lot of them
naturally thought Europe.

A lot of them
are quite racist and xenophobic.

But, you know,
the European countries have

sort of a step in between.

And a lot of those places
took to them very quickly,

particularly
the Scandinavian countries --

Denmark, Norway, Sweden.

And the biker gangs became
very, very powerful there.

-They've styled themselves
as modern-day Vikings,

rival motorcycle gangs
involved in a battle

which has spread
across Scandinavia.

-At the height of the war,

members of the Hells Angels

killed the Bandidos
chapter president

at the Copenhagen airport.

[ Sirens wailing ]

-Because the Bandidos weren't
afraid of being the bad guys,

I don't think they had
the intelligence or the control

or the discipline
that the Hells Angels have.

-Later that same year,

during the Hells Angels
annual Viking party,

a Bandido launched a rocket into
the Hells Angels headquarters.

A local woman
who was an innocent passerby

was killed during the attack.

-People were frightened because
anti-tank rockets were used,

automatic weapons were used,

stuff that had been stolen
from the military.

The level of destruction
was huge.

-These are some of the weapons
seized from the bikers.

The police chief
in charge of the investigation

says this wasn't
just a gangland feud,

it was a war.

-It's a global battle

that's played out
in the fields of Europe.

You have the Hells Angels
and the Bandidos

fighting over money and turf
and the profits from cocaine.

-It was the great
Nordic biker war

where Norway and Sweden,

bikers there
with the Hells Angels,

were fighting for territory.

You had over 100 casualties.

-But now a truce has
been called

between the leader
of the Hells Angels

and the head of the rival
Bandido gang.

-We've never seen a truce
like this in the biker world.

Unfortunately, those friendly
handshakes didn't extend

over North America.

-Just as things were winding
down in the war in Europe,

things were just starting
to heat up in North America

between the Hells Angels
and the Bandidos.

-1990s, cocaine is a goldmine.

It's like a blank check for
organized crime and the bikers.

-The cocaine business really
centered in Quebec and Montreal

because of the port,

because of the transnational
smuggling business.

-Stadnick had a reputation
of being kind of an odd guy.

-He's a mystery even to people
who are in the Hells Angels.

He's quite small.
He looks he's jockey's size.

His face is quite marked up

because his motorcycle
once blew up on him.

-Even back in high school,

he was known
for dressing very flashily.

He had a full length
wolf fur coat,

which I'm not even sure
was legal at the time.

-He had a customized belt
buckle that could flip around

and turn into a knife.

-That belt was special to him.

It was given to him by
the Hells Angels

for recognition of what he had
done for the club,

and it was huge.

-He takes that sort of thing
really seriously.

It isn't just a bit of clothing.
It's a sign of respect.

-1992, Stadnick's arrested
with $90,000

in a bag he's carrying
in the airport, in cash.

-The police found
a large sum of money on him,

including some of it
in his belt,

and the cops confiscated it.

When it came to trial,
they couldn't prove

that it was proceeds of crimes.

But when it was returned
to Walter,

it appeared as though
the cops had played hockey

with the belt buckle.

And so, he sued
for the mental anguish

of having his belt ruined.

-In a calculated show
of force,

the Hells Angels rumble
into Ontario.

They are going to show police
and local gangs

they have the muscle and desire
to take over the drug trade.

-Hells Angels wanted
to conquer the entire market.

They wanted to be
the only distributors of drugs

in all of Canada.

-The bikers are sitting
atop this treasure trove

of cocaine riches,

but their rivals are
the dreaded Rock Machine.

-The Hells Angels wanted to
make it very clear on the street

that you either dealt with them
or you didn't deal at all.

You were going to get your drugs
from the Hells Angels,

and if not,
we're going to kill you.

-It was a turf thing.

If you were going to sell drugs,

you had to go through
the Hells Angels.

You had to know a Hells Angel,

or you're going to be
in trouble.

-And the rivals
didn't want to use them

as their suppliers,
as their muscle.

They banded together
a group of bar owners

who were also drug dealers
with other local gangs

and the Rock Machine
to fight the Hells Angels.

-At this point, the Rock Machine
was getting destroyed.

-The gangland-style executions

and the bombings
began in the summer of 1994.

Since then, 27 people
have been blown up or shot dead.

-When the Rock Machine
was losing the war,

they knew they needed help
and reinforcements.

-The Rock Machine
came up with an idea

to pitch the Bandidos
on a patch-over alliance

in the middle of their war
against the Hells Angels,

and it wasn't until early 2001,

at a ceremony at the Rock
Machine's Kingston clubhouse,

that the full patch-over
took place

and the Rock Machine
officially became Bandidos.

-What worries police
trying to stop

the bloody turf war in Quebec

is that the Rock Machine
has now cut a deal

to merge with the Bandidos,

the Texas-based archrivals
of the Hells Angels.

The concern is that could lead
to even more violence.

-Now, suddenly it's not
just the Rock Machine

and the Hells Angels
battling it out in Montreal.

It's Hells Angels
versus the Bandidos.

-Two shootings within an hour
and a half of one another.

Both victims were taken
to hospital.

Both known to police.

-This bloody biker
war has become a constant source

of frustration for police.

-Over the next few years,

we see something like 162
killings in the Montreal area.

I mean, the streets were, like,

filled with ambulances,
bombs going off,

like in the worst days
of Al Capone

and the Chicago mobsters.

The police decide,
"We have to stop this war

between the Hells Angels
and the Bandidos.

Let's go for
the weaker character."

-Back then, I was working
on the anti-gang squad,

and a whole team,
even two teams at one point,

were working 24 hours a day
on the Bandidos,

called Operation Amigo.

So, we're talking of about
at least 40 police officers

full time, including
surveillance, phone tappings,

and the detectives
writing out the warrants.

That's a lot of manpower,
and that's a lot of money.

-So, by the summer of 2002,
the authorities in Quebec

are fully immersed
into Operation Amigo

and going after the Bandidos
with reckless abandon.

-We had everything we needed
to take down the Bandidos.

We had the stash with the guns.

We had the stash
with the narcotics.

We had the main players.
We had surveillance.

We had them
on attempted murders.

-Hands on your head!

-Police actually do
the Hells Angels' job

and wipe out the Bandidos

by arresting them
in huge numbers.

-Investigators say
they have been hammering down

on organized crime
since September.

-The quantity
of narcotics and guns

seized in that operation
was quite overwhelming

for a gang
that was just starting again.

So, I can imagine
a gang that's 20 times bigger,

like the Hells Angels,
what they have in stock.

-The remnants of the Bandidos,

many of them actually patch
over to the Hells Angels.

-Very seldom we do take
down an organization,

and we always see them
pop up again.

But in their case,
that was over and out.

-So, the Bandidos
have been eliminated in Quebec.

They hang on in Ontario.

-After Operation Amigo
concluded,

the Bandidos started
turning on themselves,

and the internal fighting
in the club

led to unimaginable bloodshed.

-After Operation Amigo
takes down the Bandidos,

there's only about 15 members
left in Canada.

-John Muscedere,
or "Boxer," from Toronto

was their new
national president

and felt abandoned
by the American Bandidos.

They wanted nothing
to do with him.

-Boxer was already known
as a very unhinged character,

and his fight within
the Bandidos

really sent him
over the edge, spiraling.

His cocaine abuse got worse,

and he just became more unhinged
and more reckless

in his behavior
as the time went on.

-Jeff Pike, the leader of the
Bandidos in the United States,

sent a very clear
cease-and-desist message

to the Bandidos
remaining in Canada

to put an end
to all of their activities.

-Boxer sent back
his patches to Jeff Pike,

decided that they were
no longer Bandidos,

and they declared that they were
now the No Surrender Crew.

-He wanted to reignite
the Bandidos

as a powerful force in Canada.

This was despite
the Bandidos in the U.S.

wanting it to disband entirely.

-Boxer doesn't like
what he's hearing

from the Bandidos in Texas.

He goes on his own campaign,

e-mailing other Bandidos
chapters around the world,

trying to get support for him
in the biker war in Canada

that leadership of the Bandidos
in Texas want to discontinue.

And Jeff Pike sent
an e-mail back to him,

basically telling him
to ---- off,

saying, "Hey, you're a Bandido.

You'll do what I tell you
to do."

-There's a lot of speculation

that Jeff Pike ordered
the execution and murder

of the Bandidos
remaining in Canada.

-How you doing?

-Wayne Kellestine
had been in a number of gangs.

You know, I hate to say crazy
to be Hells Angels,

but he really was
turned down from them

because they thought he was too
violent and too unpredictable.

-But with Boxer's promotion to
the head of the Bandidos Canada,

he became very jealous.

-Oh, my ----ing good God.

I look like I just climbed
out of a ----ing, uh,

hillbilly ----ing convention.

-Everybody who knew
anything about crime

knew who Wayne Kellestine was.

-Kellestine wanted to be a boss.

He wanted to be a big deal.

-He was really
into Nazi Germany.

His farm and its barn
were covered in swastikas

and iron crosses
and things like that.

-Allegedly, the U.S. Bandido
leadership told Kellestine

that Muscedere and the rest
of the No Surrender Crew

were to be killed,

and Kellestine would become
the new leader

of the Canadian Bandidos
as the reward.

-He had this plan
where you murder people

and dump them
in the Hells Angels area,

their bodies.

Police turn
on the Hells Angels.

Police crack down
on the Hells Angels.

Then the Bandidos,
they rise up.

-On April 8th, 2006,

Muscedere and seven others
go to Kellestine's ranch.

-Wayne Kellestine
and a handful of cohorts

massacre eight people,
eight members of the Bandidos.

-There's been
a lot of speculation

about what happened
inside this farmhouse.

OPP investigators believe
it was an internal cleansing.

-It was like an assembly line
murder, where through a night,

they were taken out
one by one and shot.

-The killing was mainly done
by Kellestine himself.

He would put a long gun, like
a rifle, under the man's shirt

and shoot him in the heart.

-CTV News discovered this video,
taken back in 1999,

of one of the men murdered
over the weekend,

48-year-old John Muscedere,
nicknamed Boxer.

-He was offered a chance
to be in with the killers,

and he didn't take it.

He said, "Take me first.
I want to go out like a man."

-And Wayne,
being such a fan of the Nazis,

made it especially hard

on the Jewish member
of the Bandidos, Jamie Flanz,

and kept taunting him
throughout the killings,

letting him know
that he would be last

just so he'd have
to live through

seeing everybody else
get killed.

-The eight bodies were placed
in cars

and driven to Stafford Line.

-They were left strewn
amongst a open field and a farm.

-And I remember calling up
the leaders

and asking for a statement,

and they just disowned
the activities.

-The end of the Bandidos
came at their own hand

when they slaughtered a group
of their members overnight.

And who wants to join a club

where it's 50/50
if you get slaughtered or not?

-It was called
the Bandidos Massacre.

Each victim shot
execution-style.

-Shedden massacre, which shows
this was a sanctioned murder.

You are signing the death
warrant of your former brothers.

-Did you murder
these eight people?

How's that for a question?

-On October 29th, 2009,

Wayne Kellestine and gang
received 44 guilty verdicts

for first-degree murder
and four for manslaughter.

-The Shedden massacre just
kind of made everybody sick.

Nobody wanted to associate
with the Bandidos,

and it actually strengthened
the Hells Angels

because their brand looked
so much more sophisticated,

cleaner, more efficient
than the Bandidos.

-With the Bandidos wiped out,

the Hells Angels looked
all the more powerful in Canada.

That was until the Pagan's

started to turn
their biker world upside down.

That's the Pagan center patch.

-There are five
outlaw motorcycle gangs

that we refer to
as the Big Five.

You know, they're top-tier
operating criminal organizations

Hells Angels, Outlaws,
Mongols, Bandidos,

and of course, the Pagan's.

-They're the rivals
of the Hells Angels.

The Pagan's were formed in 1959,
in Maryland.

Originally a group
of motorcycle enthusiasts.

General public is
a little more aware

of who the Hells Angels are.

The Pagan's are a little more
of an unknown entity

to the general public,

but to law enforcement,
it's said the Pagan's are by far

the most violent gang
in the world.

-My name is LT Menginie.

My father was one of the
original Philadelphia members

of the Pagan's.

He was a motorcycle mechanic
for Harley-Davidson,

and he was all
about power and money.

Those people wanted
to be Pagan's,

and some of them had no choice,
you know?

Like, that was their
neighborhood,

or their brother
already was a Pagan,

or their father was.

The Pagan's used to be pussy,
power, drugs, and a good time.

-The Pagan's earned
their money

through a number
of illicit activities,

including arms trafficking,
drug trafficking,

extortion, loan sharking,

even some human trafficking,
and especially drug dealing.

There's some evidence
that they're among

the largest meth dealers
in the country.

-Hells Angels and the Pagan's
been feuding for a long time.

This goes far back
as to the '50s.

There's been Pagan's killed
by Hells Angels,

and there's been Hells Angels
allegedly killed by Pagan's.

-When the Hells Angels
come into a community

and they're looking to recruit,
bad things happen.

-The seat of power
for the Pagan's in America

forever has been
in Philadelphia.

-Everybody tried
to get Philly as a stronghold.

Philly's Pagan.
Philly's Pagan as ----.

-If you're a criminal group,
it's valuable territory.

You're a quick drive
from New York.

You're a quick drive
from Baltimore.

You're a relatively quick drive
to Boston.

You're right on the water.

There's a port of call there.

-Hells Angels pioneered
this tactic, okay?

It ----ing works.

What you do is
when you move into a new area,

you shake everybody's hand,
you bring money with you.

Hey, you know, buy the bar out.
You come as a friend.

9 out of 10, you got
a little club around there

where they get starstruck
or whatever you have.

"Yeah, we're hanging out
with the Hells Angels.

The Hells Angels respect us."

The Hells Angels
don't ----ing respect you.

They're just waiting
for you guys to get greedy

so they can find a break
in the matrix

and patch guys in.

And now that's
why we call them maggots --

well, I apologize.

Long Island likes
to call them maggots

because, well, they're maggots.
Parasites.

They breed, and then
they're there, you know?

So, that's where they get
that name from.

-When the Hells Angels
infiltrated Philly,

they looked for someone
who was a vulnerable target

and made them betray the club.

-My father went to jail in '82,

but when he was locked up
in Texas,

he was locked up
with a Hells Angel.

Hells Angels have been trying to
come into Philadelphia forever.

They said, okay,

they're going to give him a
couple hundred thousand dollars

to start this chapter.

Next thing you know,
my father quits the Pagan's,

brings all these people over
with him to become Hells Angels,

and then they take
their Pagan colors,

bring him to another Pagan's
house late at night,

and put them in a trash can
and call him

and tell him to go back
and look in a trash can.

Because if you quit
the One-Percenter club

and you still have your colors,
they're going to come for him,

and they're going to come hard.

-If you disrespect them,
violate their rules,

there's going to be
a huge price to pay,

and that can be a life.

The Hells Angels pushed
into Philadelphia,

which the Pagan's were
not going to stand for,

and they didn't stand for it.

-The Pagan's are a more
instinctive, violent biker,

and the desire to do
whatever they have to do

to win a conflict.

-The Pagan's were putting
so much pressure

on the Hells Angels in Philly,

and just, like,
just doing drive-bys

and just driving
by putting pressure.

One of the Pagan's that switched
over with my father,

that was the VP
of the Hells Angels,

got murdered
on the Schuylkill Expressway.

All these things
start happening.

It didn't look good for
the Philadelphia Hells Angels.

Hellraiser's Ball in
Long Island, New York happens.

It's an annual party.

And that's when
the Philadelphia Pagan's

were just switching over
to Hells Angels

that my dad was taking
with him.

They were going up
to Hellraiser's Ball

to get their new
Hells Angels collar.

It's like a christening.

The Pagan's got wind of it,

and a hundred of them
went up there

and stormed the place.

-They began turning over tables

and initiated a riot
between the two gangs.

Almost all the gang
members were carrying weapons,

which led
to the deadly biker brawl.

-Sonny Barger was there that day
at the Hellraiser's Ball

when the Pagan's came in
and started shooting

and attacking people.

-You had the Pagan's
and the Hells Angels

swinging it out
with bats, guns, and knives,

you know, in the banquet hall,
as well as in the parking lot.

It was a bloody, bloody affair.

-Six shots were fired.

When it was over,
a 50-year-old Pagan member,

Robert Rutherford of Lancaster,
Pennsylvania, was killed.

-The only reason why it didn't
work was the God damn door.

It had one of those
God damn turnstile doors.

That shit bottlenecked
everybody.

[ Laughs ]

That's all she wrote.

When you got the crown,

everybody wants
to beef with you

because, well,
it gives you notoriety

to have issues with the guys
whose name is everywhere, right?

Heavy lies the crown.

-Waiting in the wings
during this period of time

is now arguably one of the
most dangerous biker presidents

in the world today --

a Pagan named Keith Richter,
also known as Conan.

-Conan is a lifelong Pagan,

was indicted in the late '90s
in a huge racketeering case

involving several Pagan's,
and he served 16 years.

He was released in 2012

and was able to become
the leader

of the Pagan's nationally.

Conan is one of the most
dangerous bikers in the world.

Richter has had a meteoric rise

in the Pagan's

and has a passionate desire

to be the Sonny Barger
of the East Coast.

-I end up having
a confidential source

who was a former member
of the Hells Angels.

He said, "Listen, Conan,
he's a criminal mastermind,

and you need to be very careful
when dealing with Conan."

I was shocked by that because
former Hells Angels member

give that kind of credit
to a rival.

Definitely took the name Conan
from the movies.

He's a tall guy.
He's very well built.

He dominated the biker world,
dominated the Pagan's,

and nobody wants to
directly challenge him.

-Conan is a good brother.
He's a righteous brother.

One time we were sleeping
in his house,

and there's probably, like,
eight people sleeping on couches

or on the carpet,
on this and that.

And he goes to me, he goes,
"Brother, come over here.

You lay right here
on this ----ing bear rug.

You use that bear head
as a ----ing pillow."

And I was like, "Alright."

-I call him Con Man.

He barbarically conned everybody
into thinking

that he was ----ing
a righteous Pagan.

And then he was, in fact, not.

Something ain't right
with that man.

-Most of the members
of the mother club

have aspirations
to be the top Pagan,

and how you get there is just
like any other organization.

It's politics.

-Part of Conan Richter's plan
to take power in the Pagan's

was to undermine
his predecessor,

went by the nickname
Tyrone the Terrible,

and Conan hired
some private investigators

to find dirt on him

and told him
he had to step down.

And if he wasn't
going to step down,

they were going to kill him.

-You come in
with some paperwork

and you say,
"I hired a private investigator.

I found out
about this mother----er."

That should have been
a red flag right there.

Private investigators
are typically ex-cops.

Whether he fabricated it or not,

he had enough guys with him
that believed in him.

Then he becomes president.

-The blue wave was supposed
to be

this giant wave of Pagan's

washing from one end
of the country

to the other end of the country.

So, under Conan's regime
as president,

they started patching in
lots of clubs,

lots of members.

-Primarily, what the biggest
piece of the conflict

between the Hells Angels
and the Pagan's is drugs,

it's money,
but it's really territory.

-Any time the Hells Angels
and the Pagan's

or any one of these rival gangs
meet up with each other,

there's a propensity
for violence.

There was an incident
at a gas station

not too far
from the Hells Angels clubhouse.

The creme de la creme, right?

So, this is their home.

Well, you got the gas station
up the street

where that incident happened.

-The Pagan's were looking
for the Hells Angels,

and then they found
the victim at a gas station.

An individual,
to the best of our knowledge,

was not a member
of the Hells Angels,

but he was at the club
and had been seen there.

An individual gets out
with a small baseball bat

and begins to whale on him.

And then he's joined
by four or five other Pagan's.

Law enforcement identified
a guy by the name of Hellboy

as the one
who committed the crime.

-Hellboy was an MMA fighter.

He had a reputation as being one

of the toughest Pagan's
on the streets.

He wasn't the kind of guy that
anyone wanted to tangle with.

He was involved in a lot
of illicit crimes.

Crystal meth, drugs.

He's a dangerous guy.

-He broke the guy's clavicle.

Several bones were broken.

If it wasn't for his helmet,

he probably
would have been dead.

-What happened with Hellboy?

He got ----ing charged.
[ Chuckles ]

Hellboy got charged for beating
that man on ----ing camera.

It was pretty cut and dry.

I mean, it was live on TV.
[ Chuckles ]

Live, direct.

-The funny thing about it
is that, you know,

it happens in the gas station

where the Hells Angels
have a reputation

for jumping and beating up
people on motorcycles.

And then when one of their own
falls victim to it,

they suddenly have him testify

to put people like me
in prison.

-Conan's blue wave
expansion was a direct assault

to the power
of the Hells Angels.

-Hells Angels are
a constant threat to them.

If they can get bigger,
get stronger, get more members,

they can stand up
to the Hells Angels

even more than they do.

And it's spreading
that blue color of the Pagan's

as far as they can spread it.

-They went from a club
that was predominantly

just an east coast club,

with members down from Florida,

up through New York, etc.,

to now a club
that has members as far as --

at least to hear them tell it --
Alaska and Puerto Rico.

That brings trouble
and has brought trouble

across the country.

-According to my sources,
seminal meeting

of biker chiefs
and the outlaws,

the Hells Angels
and the Bandidos convene

to discuss creating an alliance
to combat the Pagan's

and their blue wave expansion.

But as Conan's blue wave mandate
spreads into Hells Angels,

Bandidos, and Outlaws territory,

he's also changing Pagan laws.

One that raises eyebrows --

retired cops are now allowed
to become full-patched Pagan's.

-Red flag was that the bylaw
is now allowed for anybody,

corrections or ex-police
to join the club.

Oh, yeah. He changed that,
which to me was a red flag.

You know this is
an outlaw club, right?

What do you mean,
you're bringing the law

into the outlaw club?

-He was picked up
on a gun charge

following a Pagan event
in Lancaster, Pennsylvania,

where he was found to have
a loaded semi-automatic handgun

in his vehicle.

-I wasn't part
of the investigation,

so I don't know the evidence
that they had

or how it actually played out.

I will say this --
sooner or later,

you know, even the hardest-core
gang member or biker --

sooner or later,
everybody talks.

unlimited surveillance

and all this other crap

just to give him 33 months
on a gun charge

that they caught him
interstate trafficking

of a firearm with commerce.

Convicted felon.

looking at least

120 months, off bat,
from the dick.

33 months?
That's astronomical.

Lil Wayne did
a ----ing year in Rikers Island

for getting caught with a gun,
and he's a ----ing entertainer.

He's not even a threat.

So, how the hell does Conan,

career crook, get 33 months?

Explain that one to me.

on several racketeering charges.

The FBI was involved,
and he got busted.

They got a bunch of info
from Conan's wiretaps.

is that he is a Pagan
through and through,

involved with the club.

to take the reins again

because greed is a mother----er.

he lives a ----ing
dandy old life somewhere,

retires out on the beach,

maybe chills with
a couple of Hells Angels

and he dies out there,

croaks out of COVID
or something, who knows?

Hopefully he's not
the last of the Mohicans.

are really excited about,

and they think
his release will be seismic.
