roughly every 72 hours,

and it's always been during
CFD's second shift.

some firefighter from the second shift

is swiping the key from his company's rig

and using it to commit
a robbery while on shift?

passing the key off

to an accomplice who's then
carrying out the robbery.

to return the key to the rig
