ralph has the night off mrs. Hoff fired

us just for the evening I've got them

from that new domestic service hey we

weren't anywhere near her what did you

do with the Lucerne dymond gory this is

crazy i did not take your brooch well

none of us did he's right we're all

friends here or family not all my mother

didn't take your brooch and where were

you young lady when the lights went out

she was with me right over there right

over there by the light switch

pun go phone the police

hold on young lady nobody leaves this

room until the police get here Howard's

right the diamond must still be right

here lights were out for only a few

seconds right not time enough for a

thief to run in and then run out again

certainly not in the dark so it must be

somebody who was already in the room

boys night

ok Lassie see you later you're in charge

okay wait ok all right ok forget boys

night out we gotta go pick up mom and

Megan at the half mansion at the jail

they've been arrested arrested for what

for stealing a fifty-thousand-dollar pin

[Music]

this is for you left

[Music]

I knew she'd make you feel better Oh

what do you mean I feel great look I

come fingerprinted

Chris I'm their number-one suspect

everybody thinks I did it not everyone

honey whoever took it knows you didn't

well now that was a barrel of laughs

nothing

well you've searched us all now what you

have to find it somebody knows where it

is and that's somebody's in this room oh

I'll take you outside

no way Megan will be long now

well dad I may be in the slammer

overnight no way I'm getting you out of

here Oh dad I just got here

just don't forget anything blue

lieutenant Dawson my daughter and I've

been here for over an hour we've

answered all your questions you've

searched us if one of us had the brooch

where is it i guarantee you we're going

to find it well i can guarantee you my

wife didn't take it and in a couple of

minutes I'm taking her and my daughter

out of here dad they haven't even taken

her mug shots yet yeah why are you

holding us we all know who did it she

had my brooch in her hand when the

lights went out and her daughter was

standing right next to the light switch

why were they even there maybe they were

being set up are you implying that I

stole my wife spin don't be silly why

would Howard take it yeah why

mr. Hoff you'd have insurance on the pin

yes of course hey wait a minute maybe

that's why we were hired yeah to avert

suspicion from mr. Hoff yeah I thought

it was odd to servers for such a small

group Howard doesn't need money why did

you find out who does we intend to as

soon as we analyze everyone's financial

statements you can't do that is there a

problem with that mr. Wesley well no no

problem look I'm a director of the city

bank

mr. McCulloch

didn't you apply for a loan from us I'm

a contractor I have to post a completion

bond for a job on bidding on did you get

the loan mr. McCullough

but they're they're reconsidering aha

wait a second wait a second ah Hoss

don't count in court right

now I don't have enough evidence to hold

anyone yet you're letting us go already

we know where you can be reached I can't

go I'm a suspect

[Music]

I don't want to go back to the house

tonight what if something else happened

I've already dispatched a car no stake

the place out all night in case the

thief should come back to the diamond

and Stephanie and I will stay with you

and Howard blow it you need your rest

[Music]

that was so embarrassing last night I

didn't even have to post bail look at

the bright side Meg you look awful in

prison stripes

mom would look even worse

you don't really think

they're so sure that mom did it you know

the only way to clear her used to find

out who really stole that roach

the police haven't got a clue but the

police weren't there when it happened

you were it was pitch dark but before

and after we must have noticed something

somebody must have seemed suspicious

you know what now that i think about it

yeah everybody seems suspicious I

guess lieutenant Dawson was right at

this point everybody's a suspect except

me for some reason they just don't seem

to take me very seriously

[Music]

I'm sorry I had to send you out of the

police station last night Lassie I wish

we could carry lassie around all the

time like that Tiki all the time

was that little dog at the party yeah

eating hors d'oeuvres like the other

guests not that he was really a guest

what are you thinking I'm not sure it's

just that Tiki was the one guest at the

party that lieutenant Dawson hasn't even

mentioned why should he tikis a dog

I'm sorry lassie you know what I mean

what yeah you're right then we never

notice the dog

Hagen where's that pen you always wear

it's on my jacket over there

[Music]

what are you gonna do with that mass is

very good at hiding things and lash is

very good at finding things well well

see you later you can't go out there

don't tell mom and dad

[Music]

Carter come in you're relieved Joe

mismatching over another black and white

[Music]

[Music]

Megan said the room they were in is

right on this corner

[Music]

okay detective I need you to do your

stuff a little pin like this

[Music]

somebody's coming

yeah you know what to do

Tiki good dog good dog Chimaera Tiki

do you know anything about a pen Tiggy

[Music]

classy

maybe he's trained to bury stuff

maybe something still here cuz if that

cop is here all night the Kirk couldn't

have come back for it

you stay here Lassie that lady may come

looking for Tiki I've got to get him

back

[Music]

I can't hear you

hey don't tell me you told me so I

wouldn't think of it but she did and she

did she said I don't need a lawyer not

yet well what about Perry Mason forget

it those joke is at the party were just

shooting from the hip

what am I supposed to do just sit around

and wait whoever did this was really

desperate just stay out of it

where's well I

think he's playing detective again

Chris he's over at the Hoffs mansion you

don't know that oh

you know that I

know that

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

lassie

will get in here we are in enough

trouble already I can't lassies gone

TG was bearing your pin right here

Chris that little dog could have buried

the brooch

there's another hole that's when lassie

was digging maybe lassie family Lucerne

diamond

well did anybody see you I don't know

Chris whoever gave that little dog the

brooch come grab lassie

[Music]

dad there's I see the side of the

PlayStation

you

[Music]

hey hey dog you

[Music]

can't come in

mr. Wesley I

think he's lost the dog I mean I was

just trying to this is the McCullough's

dog and

what the heck is this lassie

lassie are you all right well I guess

that proves it lieutenant her dog had

the diamond how did she explain that

he's the thief look at that brooch

lieutenant is your dirt on it yeah well

I came from the Hoffs garden mr.

Westland trained his girlfriend's dog to

buried jewelry there and lassie dug it

up she found the brooch you're telling

me one dog committed the crime and the

other dog solved it these must be two

incredible dogs

one of them is incredible

[Music]

you
