oh

oh

there's nothing here how can that be

and look at this one i shot it at ella

de la cruz memorial site in the evening

wow it's beautiful

what's the matter girl

what was that

huh

zoe harvey where are you down here mom

i'm so glad you're okay thanks to lassie

i've read about earthquakes but that was

the first time i've ever experienced one

i've been through a few here at the park

can i use your phone mrs parker yes sure

this is grant parker calling all rangers

is everything okay at headquarters are

you all safe yes graham everything's

under control here

click your heads and get ready to field

emergency calls as they come in i want

the helicopter ready so we can get in

the air and survey the park for damages

we'll be ready

i don't believe it i

i found it i found it

how are you girl

it's good to see you i was really

worried about you i just came to check

harvey have you heard from your mother

yes she and everyone at the visitor

center are fine i'm taking the

helicopter up there may be people

stranded on the roads it was a pretty

strong quake i think we can expect some

aftershock so you all better stay inside

be careful i will

don't worry

here's my problem with earthquakes

there's actually no warning ahead of

time rupert's right if we could have

gotten some kind of alert before the

quake he probably wouldn't have fallen

from the law we need someone to give us

a warning a little heads up to let us

know when the big one is coming right

then let's decide and i nominate peek me

i think the more important question is

everyone okay you'll never believe what

i had a death-defying

especially with the possibility of

aftershocks sorry can't you know how it

is got places to go things to do but it

concern appreciate it we'll be fine bye

now

those two are definitely up to something

funny i wonder what it could be only one

way to find out come on let's follow

them

quite a few roads are out it's worse

than i thought tell everyone in the

valley to stay put

okay

can you tell me what we're looking for

here you know i don't have to

they've left the truck and they're

canyon straight ahead in the direction

of the mine that doesn't make sense why

would they be going there i don't know

the quickest way to find out would be to

follow them come on

look they're definitely here for the

mine but we closed and sealed it up

maybe that's why they're here it looks

like the quake might have reopened it

and an aftershock might close it again

aftershock hits the whole mountain could

cave in on top of them

come on we have to stop them

why

what's that an old gold mine i know i

know fortunately you're with grand

mountain park's number one guy

let's check it out

what's she doing here

amanda stop it's dangerous in here you

have to come out why don't you run back

to your daddy i'm sure there's a nest of

baby birds that needs safety you have to

leave this mine now the benchmarks could

close at any minute actually yes the

famous park guide i can assure you that

the mine is completely safe as you can

see the earthquake is over there's

aftershocks sorry after what now after

shocks there are often a series of

smaller tremors that follow a major

earthquake

there are

well at least the entrance is still open

oh the other they're behind that wall

zoe can you hear me

zoe

zoey

we're okay the entrance is open but the

nick let's clear away these rocks

those rocks didn't fall on our heads if

we're stuck in here because of you

samantha and the least you can do is

tell me why

ever heard of the ancient egyptian

falcon god horus

no

one of his statues was stolen from the

rumor has it the robbers hid it in this

but a rock slide closed the entrance

before they could get it back

i came to find it but what for

okay don't answer me if you don't want

to but this mine is huge even if it

you'll never find it

samantha listen to me we need to leave

now

the boys will move the rocks soon you

can go i'm staying here until i find the

statue

we need to find another way out i need

to find the statue you're going to have

to trust me if you want to get out of

here what makes that statue so important

anyway do you think finding it is going

to make you rich make you famous no it's

it was my father

your father stole the statue no

he was accused of stealing it but i want

oh samantha i'm going to prove it

i'm going to prove it by finding that

statue and returning it to where it

belongs are you going to help me or not

i'll help you but we have to work fast

the moment that wall opens we need to be

out of here understand

deal

just one aftershock so far we know that

how long before the next one

well it's pika's responsibility now

the rest of us might as well get some

sleep i agree

how did this become my responsibility

again

nick have you thought about humphrey's

reaction when he finds out you left his

what do you mean i'm not trying to

escape i just put this rock far away

from us just because

zoe can you hear me harvey yes

keep going we're just going to find

back in a minute

they must want to find another exit on

maybe we can go now don't you think

apparently not

samantha how can you be sure the statue

is in this tunnel it could be anywhere

harvey i can hear you but i don't see

it's harvey i think they've made it

through the wall

i

what did you find girl

whoever comes back first it belongs to

the three of us

and

what about those

they look like initials

j t

double are any of those your father's

that's proof your father wasn't involved

in the robbery yeah but it's not enough

i need to find that statue and return it

to the museum it's the only way to clear

his name for good

look on the back there's a map

that means the statue is still here we

we don't have time for this samantha oh

we're close we have a map

zoe this means a lot to me

i know it does samantha but we have to

get out of here now we'll come back

later i promise to find it with you

hey come on

time to go

samantha

okay we're getting out of here right now

please

thanks lassie

harvey

i'm okay but the entrance of the mine is

closed closed

they ran out just before the entrance

closed they're okay i guess they got out

now what do we do there must be another

way out and we're going to find it

let me

you got it

what is it pika an earthquake

looper was just having a nightmare i

dreamt i was trapped in a tunnel or

something i didn't think i would get out

finally well it was you piff you let me

out of the dark but looper you're not

afraid of the dark you're a nocturnal

animal that's right

i'm not afraid of the dark that's great

news glad to help

as you were everyone

dead end again

we just have to keep trying

wait

what's that

it's a map samantha thought there was

something hidden in here that's where

they came

a stolen statue of horus the falcon god

how did you know about that everyone

knows about that legend my mom told me

the stolen statue the suspicion around

samantha's father but she thought it was

samantha doesn't and she wants to prove

her father wasn't involved in the

robbery we found this it might be the

robbers map to where they hit the statue

i haven't seen a bridge in here have you

hey

i think i can feel a breeze

it's coming from that direction

that's the same way lassie's going let's

see where it leads

look this is where the breeze is coming

from it looks like some kind of hidden

i knew you'd find the way out i i think

i can make it

oh brother

thanks lassie

it's an old train trestle bridge and

it's barely standing

i know lassie that bridge doesn't

exactly look safe but it does look like

the bridge on the map that means the

statue must be in here somewhere

i have to find it harvey i promised

oh no maybe they hollowed out a space in

the wall or found a crack to hide it

look at this

that looks strange

it must have been here but it's

gone on

this is solid gold

this must be it

the stolen statue of horus i did it you

found it earthquake must have knocked it

it's thousands of years old but it's

still beautiful

what is it lassie another aftershock

quick head back

you didn't see us

guys i'm blowing the guys

come on lassie

that was close

samantha nick but i i thought you guys

had run off and left us behind believe

me i wanted to i still do now

insisted we go find your dad and bring

him back to hell i'm sorry you ran out

zoey i was scared but we couldn't have

made it out of there without you we

thanks samantha and we have something

for you

no

the statue

you found it

it was really lassie who found it

dog finds museums stolen statue

wouldn't have killed them to put a

picture of me on the cover i mean the

whole thing was my idea

i thought you said this wasn't about you

i thought you said this was all about

clearing your father i know i know

well what what's the problem

no i suppose not

hey zoe

thank you

you too lassie

you're welcome

you
