with a heavy-duty meta-dampener.

So, we want to get inside that vault,

we need to cut the dampener's power first.

just run there and do it himself?

Because the dampener is powered
by four different generators.

They all need to be
disconnected simultaneously

in order for me to gain
access to the engine.

Also, each generator has
its own unique power source.

Cold fusion, thermal, you name it.

So we're going to need four specialists
to take the generators offline.

some other folks that can help us?

Tomorrow, the DOD is running war games
exercises out by Masonville.

the fort will be understaffed
