We have one last round of exercises before we make our final evaluation.Brian Keaulana of Hawaii Lifeguard is here

to give us his perspective on your progress.

This is where you''re gonna put it all together

and show us that you deserve an A-1 rating

from the Baywatch Hawaii Lifeguard Training Center.

Sean, what are the other ratings?

Well, there aren''t any, Carrie.

You either have it or you don''t.

[Sean] Every time you rescue someone, you''re facing a hazard.

You need to have strength to hold back the hazard.

Speed to outrun the hazard.

Agility to avoid the hazard. Flexibility to bend to the hazard.

And endurance to outlast the hazard.

Every day you have t

o find who you are and what obstacles you face,

physical and emotional.

And you overcome these obstacles

as an individual who is part of a team.
