and elsewhere, people are unemployed.

As they have more money,

they are forced to buy in the supermarket

importing cheap Chinese products.

What is needed,

is get a false idea of "cheap"

that sabotage the humans and the planet,

to return to a cost "real and reasoned"

which is cheap to humans and the planet.

The sun shines.

We're friends.

We cut vegetables.

The garden produces food.

You have enough and therefore, you're happy.

The pursuit of pleasure leads you to always look for something

you think you do not have.

You want fun, again and again more

and you're never satisfied.

The pursuit of pleasure will always leave you unsatisfied.

The content, however, will always bring you happiness.

So, happiness is when you know you have enough.

"What would happen if I changed my beliefs?"

When such change occurs,

our behaviors and thoughts change,

and our relationships,

our motives, our priorities and values change.

This is the kind of transformation that we try to study.
