because the skull's a confined space
and the blood can't get out.

It puts pressure on your brain,

which may be the reason
why you've been drowsy.

This is probably another reason.
Her blood alcohol's 0.17.

on the neuro obs.

I don't want the booze
and the painkillers

obscuring what the haematoma's doing.

and it causes the nerve functions

of the body's extremities
to deteriorate.

Which means because the injury
isn't causing any discomfort,

for some antibiotics
