Lets' go !

Come on !

Please !

Say!

Come on, that’s good, we’re opening up!

Mom ?

Oh no, just now.

Look, I really don't know, Mom.

All right.

Okay, I have to leave you.

Leave your father alone, Balthazar.

Go to your room.

What are you doing here ?

You got lost ?

Are you cold?

You heard what was said.

Don't commit adultery.

But I tell you that whoever looks at a

woman with envy is already guilty in his heart.

If then it is because of your right eye that you

fall into sin, pluck it out and throw it away from you.

Is he going to heaven?

Of course.

So why are you crying?

You're right.

You prayed for him.

And me, do you think I'm going to go to heaven?

You are an angel, Balthazar.

You have a pure heart.

Later, I will do like Jesus.

I'm going to live in the desert, all alone, in a

stone cabin, to be closer to God.

Enough.

I do not like it.

Good night, Mary.

Goodnight My darling.

Good night, grandpa.

Good.

A little kiss to God.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy

kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us today our daily bread.

Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.

Do not subject us to our temptations, but free us from evil.

Amen.

Mom ?

God, can he read our minds?

Like an open book.

All our thoughts?

Here.

This jacket is too small.

But no, it's not too small.

Come on, try it.

Look how elegant you are.

A real little man.

But you see!

Listen, Balthazar, it's just for him 'funeral.

I don't care, I won't wear it.

Well, you'll see about it with your father.

But it’s useful!

If you could stop growing every month too.

Come on, take it off.

I'll see what I can do.

No, no, forget it.

There is no reason.

Dad, don't we have to spend so much money on the funeral?

Money is not a problem, Balthazar.

What matters is the work.

In life, there are people who earn money without

working, who only think about having fun, enjoying life.

They are weak, you understand?

Your grandfather worked all his life to

feed us, to allow us to have a decent life.

It was very hard.

Then he will have the right to burial he deserved.

But it's his soul that counts.

Who cares about his body?

Pardon ?

Yeah.

Either way, it will turn to dust, and it's going to cost money for nothing.

Drink your Coke.

Excuse me.

Well, tell me, if I had known, I would never have left here.

It's your job.

How are you ?

Not really.

Give me your plate.

You know, for succession... But what, succession?

The inheritance, It is yours and then it That's all, huh?

But why did you come, then?

Well... No, not for an idiot.

If you came, it's because you need something.

You haven't changed anything by saying it here, have you?

Aren't you too annoying here?

How is school ?

Good.

Do you have a lover?

You have several, then.

I don't.

They're that ugly.

When I was your age, I went to school for one thing only.

It was kissing girls.

Don't do that!

And what are you here?

Go to your room, I don't want to see you anymore.

Maurice, calm down.

Come on !

Come on !

What are you doing here ?

Come, Maurice.

I said to stay in the room.

Do you want me to punish you?

He's having difficulties, I wasn't going to ask him to pay more.

And us ?

We don't have any difficulties, perhaps?

Catherine, we're not going to argue over money.

It's not a question of money, Maurice.

She's not alone.

Jesus answered him.

Foxes have dens, and birds of the air have nests.

But the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head.

Another of the disciples said to him.

Lord, allow me to go and bury my father.

But Jesus answered him.

Follow me, and let the dead bury their dead.

Where is your jacket?

What is that ?

Go change right away.

Anyway, I'm not going to the funeral.

Do you want to be left here alone?

Leave him, since he doesn't want to come.

What does he imagine? That we need him, perhaps?

I've had it up to here !

I beg your pardon.

I promise you I'll be real Christian.

I have more family now.

I have more than you.

I beg you.

Give me a sign.

What do you want ?
