partly to do with

conan doyle got very tired

of the character sherlock holmes as you

know he tried to kill him off and the

public wouldn't have it so he had to

bring him back again

um and therefore there are one or two

inconsistencies in those stories

he never had really anything to do with

women but because the

woman to him was irene adler wasn't it

who was and

purely because she outwitted him it was

nothing to do with anything else more

than he had

even a better brain than he but he was

absolutely wonderful with women

dependent if you read the books it was

very

courteous and polite and they adored him

she always looks very

gone you know a lot of big nerds and it

wasn't at all it was just purely

coincidental and what amazed the

costumers was that when i went to be

fitted they were all ready to make me a

tweed suit but there was one that

dirk beaugard had used in the film he's

a tiny little chef in comparison with me

and you know it absolutely fitted me

without an alteration

so that saved a bit of money which

pleased everyone
