If we then had an Indian

right into the settlers' cabin.
That would give us the punch we need.

At a church service
in Deadwood City,

I met, and rubbed elbows with,
a young man named William F. Cody.

I was so impressed
by his skill as a marksman,

and his success as a hunter,

that I nicknamed him
