The winner is

Rei Mikazuchi, representing Gold Pleasure Group!

GUNJI KITO HAYAMI'S GUARDIAN

Man, what's Saw Paing doing?

We've lost all our faction's pawns, haven't we?

Julius was defeated

and we haven't heard from Nikaido since the day before yesterday.

They've either been killed or they've ran away.

Saw Paing Yoroizuka, our last resort, has also been defeated by Rei Mikazuchi.

Officially speaking, we've lost all our fighters.

Now, how long should I stay with this old man...

Stop it, Gunji. You'll be sorry later.

There's no problem. Everything is going as planned, right?

However it ends, we are the winner.

That's right.

There's absolutely no problem.

Everyone is getting carried away. This is our chance.

Geez.

The interval between the fights are too long.

Isn't it getting longer every match?

Oh, but we get to drink top class alcohol from all around the world while we wait.

It's all good, right?

How can you be so carefree?

Huh?

Who are they?

Have you seen them before?

Oh, no!

They're President Hayami's private army, the Guardians!

This is my first time seeing them.

They seem kind of shady.

We shouldn't get involved.

O-Okay.

Ohma.

If I win three more, I get to fight you in the finals.

Oh, it took so long for us to get here.

We're going to kill each other in front of all these people.

It's going to be the best stage ever, right?

I still have to fight three more matches!

This is so frustrating,

Ohma!

Ohma!

AN OLD FRIEND

Thank you for your patience!

Second round, game six.

Here comes the fighters!

Beauty is a sin.

That strength of his is also a sin.

You beautiful beast, who speaks of Rakshasa.

Your whole existence is a sin!

Standing 180 cm tall and weighing 75 kg.

His Kengan match record is two wins and no losses.

His total acquired assets are 25 billion, 72 million yen.

Representing Kouou Education Group,

also known as "The Beautiful Beast,"

Setsuna Kiryu!

SETSUNA KIRYU FIGHTER FOR KOUOU EDUCATION GROUP

Setsuna!

The audience base is completely different for this match.

JERRY TYSON (DEFEATED) FIGHTER FOR 22ND CENTURY FAX

Good luck, Setsuna!

Matsuda, you seem to be fitting in pretty well, huh?

You look like you're at a baseball match.

What? Really?

Would you like a beer too, Director?

Is he okay?

He's been acting weird since Ohma Tokita's match.

VERSUS

GAME SIX

He's not interested in weaklings.

He only seeks truly strong fighters!

A bearded god who has mastered the path of Killer Kenpo!

Standing 185 cm tall and weighing 96 kg.

His Kengan match record is one win and no losses.

Representing Motor Head Motors,

also known as "The Devil Lance,"

Gensai Kuroki!

GENSAI KUROKI FIGHTER FOR MOTOR HEAD MOTORS

Old man Kuroki.

I'll take a good look at your Kaiwan style this time.

Young one.

Your style is Solitary Shadow Style, am I right?

I can't be wrong.

That was identical to my friend, Genzan Taira's move.

I heard Genzan was betrayed and killed by his pupil.

Young one, was it you?

Huh? Who the hell are you?

I'm in a bad mood right now.

Let me avenge my friend.

Both fighters have shown incredible strength in their first round.

Will the Lance pierce through the Beast?

Or will the Beast bite the Lance into pieces?

Let's find out!

Begin!

Kuroki got into a cat stance.

How will Kiryu respond?

SOLITARY SHADOW STYLE BLINK

It won't work on me, young one.

"Blink" is a technique that takes advantage of a blind spot.

By moving at the same time your opponent blinks,

it makes the opponent think that you have vanished before their eyes.

The same technique exists

in one of the full contact karate styles.

I know the trick, so it won't work on me!

We have no history in Solitary Shadow Style.

History?

Solitary Shadow Style has continued for over 400 years, has it not?

That's just numbers.

The truth is, most of the pupils died in the previous war

and, in fact, they've taken the techniques with them.

As the descendent of the head family, I gathered the ancient documents

and reorganized the techniques.

But, in the end, there are only a few techniques that can be used.

Right. But techniques change with the change in time.

Not all techniques, of course.

At this point, there are two techniques that can be used today.

A step technique called "Blink" which is used when your opponent blinks.

And "Rakshasa's Palm," a palm strike with a twisting impact.

Is it all right to reveal everything to another martial artist like me?

Don't be so modest.

Leaving "Rakshasa's Palm" aside, I doubt "Blink" would work on you anyway.

We only have two techniques right now,

but I'm planning to start a new system.

I took in a pupil on a whim recently.

This child is filled with talent.

I'd feel sorry for him if there's only two techniques that I can teach.

Gensai, Solitary Shadow Style will be powerful.

Genzan, you were wrong about your pupil!

Kill...

I'm gonna kill Niko Style.

RAKSHASA'S PALM

I must watch out for his Rakshasa's Palm.

He has added a bigger twist to Genzan's original technique,

which increased the lethality.

If I don't block it appropriately, the damage could be fatal.

Kiryu is attacking rapidly!

All Kuroki can do is defend himself!

They are both powerful fighters. This is going to be a long match!

What is this? Something doesn't feel...

What on earth is that?

Unbelievable. I could never defeat that man.

What do you mean?

That's a line from moving his front foot.

Even Ren Nikaido, the prodigy fighter of Heavenly Wolf, was overwhelmed

by Setsuna Kiryu.

That's who he's fighting against.

And yet, he's blocking all the attacks without stepping out of that circle!

Your Rakshasa's Palm has bigger movements than Genzan's original

because you focused too much on increasing its lethality.

Meaning, it will show its true potential for the very first time

when it's used with Blink.

I see through your Blink. Your attacks won't hit me.

He's on another level!

Know your place, young one.

I thought so.

That's Ohma's Niko Style move.

I guess I have to ask him.

Who taught you that move?

The quality has changed.

Young one, just who are you?

I won't let anyone...

get in the way again!

Everything began that day.

Ohma Tokita.

The day I met God.

ILLEGALLY OCCUPIED ZONE, A.K.A "NAKA", FOUR TORTOISES WARD

Setsuna Kiryu, 11 years old.

He was imprisoned in an organ trafficking ring's hideout,

which was based in Naka.

It was his father who gave that order.

His father was very ill.

Transplants were successful,

but the recurrence rate was extremely high.

So, he came up with a plan.

He offered an exorbitant amount of money to a prostitute

and made her have a baby.

And he was born as his father's organ stock.

As he grew up,

he saw himself as someone sinful

and someone who should die.

His mother was already killed to keep her mouth shut.

He would soon be "dismantled" too.

That...

was how he met Ohma Tokita for the first time.

That step.

That's Niko Style's "Flash Fire."

That's the move Ohma used in his first round.

As I thought, Setsuna Kiryu can use Niko Style.

That guy...

What's going on?

He's bleeding!

No, it's a shallow hit!

WILLOW

Their meeting was pure coincidence.

The organ trafficking ring, who kidnapped Setsuna, was the trigger.

Everything started when they decided to take control of the area

that Ohma considered as his territory.

So, Ohma attacked the organization's headquarters.

It was nothing more than revenge.

As a matter of fact, he didn't give a damn about Setsuna,

who stood there, and left.

But, that's not how he saw it.

This is what Setsuna thought.

"He is a god who punishes sinners."

Setsuna took advantage of the situation and escaped.

No, he chased.

He chose to stay in Naka,

in order to meet the god again!

Setsuna chose to live as a male prostitute.

So that he could find a patron.

He journeyed to the outside world with his lover.

This was his father's house. The father who had him kidnapped.

His father was the wealthiest man he knew, so he killed him and stole everything.

He invested all of his father's personal connections

and the money he stole to find Ohma.

Two years later,

he finally found where his God was.

Nope. That's no good.

You have to relax when you're using the Flow Control form.

Ohma, you're way too tense.

Shut up!

Come on! Try doing it my way.

I'll assist you.

What is this?

That's what God looks like?

Are you telling me that's the God I've been searching for?

Come on. Stop complaining and try it.

It's you, isn't it?

You corrupted God.

On that day, Setsuna disappeared, seeking power.

SETSUNA KIRYU, 14 YEARS OLD

Child, can you move?

If you can't, then don't get up.

If you still want to be my pupil, then get up now.

That move was Solitary Shadow Style's Blink?

How amazing. I want that move!

Then, watch and learn.

You have talent.

He saw through Blink by studying the footprints on sand.

Inner Tactics are the ability to see. You have excellent observation skills.

But child, I have one question.

You can use Inner Tactics, can't you?

There's no point in hiding.

You don't move like an amateur.

Answer me. Why won't you use your moves?

Never mind.

As a martial artist, it wouldn't hurt to have a trump card of your own.

Proper training starts tomorrow.

Get some rest.

I won't let anyone get in the way again.

Will the Devil Lance pierce through?

Or will the Rakshasa's Palm twist it off?

Can the martial artist avenge his friend?

Will the Beast find salvation?

Next episode: "Hell."
