I'm honored

to have you hunt

together with me.

Uncle, you are too courteous.

The day after tomorrow is Mother's birthday.

I was deliberating over what gift to present.

If I manage to hunt game today to give to her,

she would surely be delighted.

Speaking of which,

my archery skills were taught by you.

Well,

let's have a competition today.

(They're too close to me.)

(I have to use a knife.)

It's Prince Chu.

Oh, no. It's a trap!

Li Ziyi is not dead.

She posed a fearless look

when standing in front of me today.

What?

Wanna kill me?

No.

I won't change.

No one can take away

everything I have.

Lanying.

Hurry.

Hurry up.

Don't worry.

After your birthday celebration,

we'll have no concerns.

What happened?

Who is there?

So, you mean,

His Majesty is being manipulated?

Just like

Ying'er

who was suddenly like a different person.

It's bad.

The empress must have a person

who knows about witchcraft.

I have to find a way

into the palace tomorrow.

In their eyes,

you are already a criminal.

Your appearance

would possibly be used as a pretext

to kill the Crown Prince.

As for me, I have already entered the palace.

Though I'm not an Imperial Guard anymore,

I have the Crown Prince's protection.

I can move around in the palace.

But...

But this time, it's different.

You don't know what you're up against.

Did you forget?

I always kill those

who stand in my way,

whether it's a mortal or a god.

This time,

I will personally put an end to my past.

Just trust me.

After I return,

we'll live a stable life

and enjoy peace.

Okay.

I got it.

But

where there's light,

there are

shadows.

♪I don't regret my love for you♪

Our sincere wishes to Your Majesty

for a long life

and endless fortune.

No need for courtesy.

Please take your seats.

Mother,

a few days ago,

I went hunting with my uncle

to catch game as a birthday gift for you.

But it was my incompetence.

Who could have thought

that the game we had cornered

would escape?

It's alright.

You care about me,

and that is the greatest gift to me.

But that's not enough.

Mother,

I still have a gift for you.

I'm Li Ziyi.

I wish Your Majesty health, long life,

fame and fortune.

Today, at the invitation of the Crown Prince,

I have come to present a sword dance.

It's a birthday gift

and also a farewell gift.

I've heard you're skilled in combat.

But I didn't know

you're also good at dance.

Okay.

Let me see what you've got.

Your Majesty.

This stab

is for His Majesty.

This stab

is for my brother.

This stab

is for Wuji.

How dare you

do such a presumptuous thing in the palace!

Guards!

Arrest her!

Who would dare?

The Tiger Tally is here.

It's as if His Majesty is here.

All back away.

- Yes. - Yes.

(Whispers)

We soldiers of Jinshan

will lend a hand to you, Your Majesty.

Those who have no fear of death,

just come at me.

Mi'er.

Your Majesty,

do not make another mistake.

Now stop the people of Jinshan.
