With a massive population
of 12 million people,

the capital city of Bogota

sits at 835 metres above sea level,

making it one of the world's
highest capital cities,

and this is our elevated host city

for the 10th leg
of The Amazing Race Australia!

embracing this creative
form of expression.

In this challenge,
teams must come here

at the Calle del Embudo,

famed for its street art.

They must locate three pieces of art

by renowned local
street artist Guache.

At each artwork, they have to take a
selfie of themselves and the artwork

and the artist's tag.

Once they get a thumbs-up
for their selfie,

like me every time,

they'll receive their next clue.

with the mines deep in
Bogota's surrounding jungles

producing more than 60%
of the world's supply.

In a local boutique, you can pick up
a gem worth more than 100 grand

or pick up an unrefined stone
from a street vendor

for as little as 30 bucks.

But you gotta be on the lookout
for counterfeits.

Teams that choose Sparkle
will have to make their way

to Bogota's bustling emerald district

and then sort through
a collection of stones

to find the genuine article.

Once they've sussed out
the fake ones from the real deal,

they'll receive their next clue.

Teams that choose Spoke must come
here to the Parque la Concordia

and play with the locals.

Bogota is a city of wheels

and they've got the most extensive
bike network in Latin America -

a staggering 532 kilometres.

And that has developed
into the subculture

and the fastest growing
urban sport of bike polo.

In this challenge,
it's first come, first served.

Teams must score
one goal against a defender

without their feet
touching the ground.

Once they score that one goal...
