He was carrying a small package.
It fits the time of the robbery.

And when you apprehended him
in Brussels,

his radiation levels were through
the roof, but he was emptyhanded.

We think he passed it on
shortly before we found him.

[Bernard] Spectrometer picks up nothing
in the surrounding area.

Whoever this is definitely

that he passed it on to someone.

going through the station's CCTVs.
