you can find it

if, first, you love yourself...

and two, if you
put in the effort,

and three, if you
add the secret sauce,

which is the ability to risk
looking foolish or vulnerable.

It's a recipe for love,
and it's unique to every couple.

Uh, so I think

introduce ourselves.

Tell us a little bit
about each other's stories,

how long you've been married,
uh, all that good stuff.

I can go first.

My name is Jake.

I am a life coach.
And, actually, I am single.
