of the more serious felony charges of assault, riot,

aggravated assault, conspiracy, and murder.

accused of murdering Yuseph Hawkins just walk away.

is based on the violation of the 14 amendment

which states that Charlie Williams

is entitled to due process, which means a fair process.

How can it be a fair process when Mr. Grey

was working for the police?

That confession was coerced by Mr. Grey and the police,

possibly using brutality,

I move this photo of Charlie Williams

into evidence and most certainly using deceit.

Because of this flagrant violation

of my client's constitutional rights,

you must not allow this confession to be admissible.

And for the court's information, I am bringing Mr. Grey's action

to the New York State Bar.

If Charlie Williams' rights were violated that night,

I'd be the first one to say that his confession

should not be admissible in this trial.

But I ask Counselor Williams and the court

one simple question.

Where is the evidence that Mr. Grey was involved

in this fantastic conspiracy with the police?

You didn't think it prudent to consult Charlie's parents

before letting Charlie sign the confession?

that there was collusion between Mr. Grey and the police,

I would have ruled the confession inadmissible.

As to the photo, you've shown that your client was beaten.

What you've failed to show was that he was specifically

beaten by the police.

The signed confession will be admissible in the trial.
