Welcome back in this tutorial we will create one object in surface design.

So we will be creating this object.

So click on start, mechanical design, wire frame and surface design.

And at first we want to create this rectangle of 80 by 120.

So click on sketch, horizontal plane and create one rectangle.

And constraint gives the height of 120 and width of 80.

Okay, then exit workbench, then we want to extrude it by distance of 15 on the downside.

So extrude, select this rectangle, reverse direction, distance of 15.

Then we want to cover this surface. So for that we will be using fill, select all the edges or this curve, then okay.

So surface is filled.

Then we want to create a circle of 80 diameter.

So for that we will use this circle, click on circle.

Then center point, right click, create point at 0000.

Then support will be this surface, then radius is 40 and we want circle in 360 degree full circle.

Or we can click here also full circle.

Then again we want to create, we want to extrude this circle. So click on extrude, click this circle.

Then direction will be normal to this surface.

Then height will be 20.

So give 20.

Okay.

Then we want to cut this internal surface. So for that we will be using trim.

So click on trim, then select this surface and this surface.

Then okay, cancel. So this has been cut.

Then next will be to cover this top surface. So for that again we will use fill.

Select this curve.

Okay. So it is ready.

Then next we want to create this circle of 60 diameter at height of 20.

So for that again we will use circle, command.

Then center point, right click, create point. So our point will be at a height of 20 in the Z direction.

So here we will give 20.

Then support will be this surface.

Then radius will be 30 and we want the full circle.

Okay. So this is ready. And again we want to extrude. So click on extrude.

Select this surface circle.

Then direction will give you select this surface for direction.

And the depth depth will be actually 15.

We want to go by 15 depth. So here we will give 15 depth.

So here it has been extruded by 15 depth. Okay.

Now we want to cut it. Again we will go for trim.

Select this surface and this surface.

And now it is cutting outside. We want inside.

So click here. Other side next element. So it is cutting inside.

Okay. Actually we want to keep other one.

So double click. And other side.

Okay. Like this you want to do it.

Okay.

Okay. It has been created. The way we want.

Then we want to cover the bottom.

Suppose we will just hide this object.

The line and circle. So it will be easy to read.

Okay. And this circle also.

Okay. Then next we want to cover this bottom surface.

So for again fill.

Select this circle. Okay. So in this way this is created.

Then next will be a discot of diat 30 circle we want here.

So this diat 30 circle will be at a height of 5.

Because this depth is 15.

Therefore from bottom it will be at a height of 5.

So we will create one circle there. Circle.

Then center right click. Create point.

So in z direction we want to go by a height of 5.

Okay. Then support will be this surface.

Radius is 15.

And okay.

So this circle is ready. Then we want to extrude.

Select the circle.

Then direction will be this surface. Normal to this surface.

We want it reverse.

And depth will be this 5 and 15.

That means depth will be total 20.

So we will give 20. Okay.

So now this is ready.

Then next we want to trim it above here.

So again trim this surface.

Select this surface and this surface.

So this is got trimmed. Then okay.

Then next will be to cover this surface.

So for that fill click on fill.

Select the edges.

Four edges. In sequence.

Okay.

Then again we want to cut this circle.

Okay. We will do that later.

Then next will be this portion now.

Again there is a rectangle here.

Up 20 by 80.

So again sketch will take this surface.

And we will create one rectangle.

We will select this line.

Control this line.

Constantly find in dialog box.

Go inside as.

This line. Control this line.

Constantly find in dialog box.

Go inside as same for these two lines also.

Okay. Then constraint.

Give the height of 20.

Okay. Then exit workbench.

Then extrude.

So height is 50.

So we will give you a 50.

Preview.

Okay.

Then hide this rectangle.

Then next will be this following circle.

So for that again we will click on this circle.

Then center point.

Right click.

Create point.

So we want to create a point on this line.

At a distance of.

Total width is.

Then we want this distance to be 40.

Enter.

40.

Enter.

Then we want to create surface.

Circle on this surface.

So click on this surface.

Then radius.

The length is 80.

That means radius will be 40.

And we want half circle.

So we will click on this part arc.

So we want it at 0 to 180 degree.

Only half circle.

Okay.

This is 0 to 180.

That means we will give you here 90.

And here it will be 270.

Okay. That means 90 to 270.

Okay.

Then extrude.

Select this circle.

Then direction normal to this surface.

Reverse direction.

Give the width of 20.

Okay.

Then we want to fill this surface.

Select this curve.

Select this line.

Okay.

Then we want to create one parallel surface to this.

So click on opposite.

Select this surface.

Give the distance of 20.

So we want to go on other side.

Reverse direction.

Okay.

So this is created.

Then add this arc.

Click on I'd Show.

Then zoom fit.

Then one more circle.

Circular cut is needed.

This one 32 diameter.

So again circle.

Center point directly.

Center point on this line.

At a distance of 40.

Enter.

Then support this surface.

Then radius is 16.

Then we want full circle.

Okay.

Cancel.

Then extrude.

Select this circle.

Direction will be this surface.

Reverse direction.

20 is correct.

Okay.

So it is created.

Then we want to cut it.

Actually we will head this surface.

Click on show.

So that we can select internal surface for trimming.

So click on trim.

Select this surface.

This surface.

This surface.

This.

And this.

Okay.

So it got trimmed properly.

Then bring back that surface.

So click on this visible space.

Show hide.

Click.

Then again click on.

So a visible space.

Then hide this circle.

Okay.

So this is ready.

Then we want the same on this side also.

Actually we want to create a copy.

So we will create translate.

Click on translate.

Then select element this trim.

Then select your point to point.

Start point will be this point.

And end point will be this point.

Okay.

Actually this surface trim in there.

Okay.

We will again translate this.

So translate.

Select this surface.

Again start point will be this point.

And end point will be this point.

Okay.

So both has been translated properly.

Then we will just check.

Now we want to trim here.

And inside here also.

So we will just hide this surface.

Hide.

Okay.

So again click on trim.

Then select this surface.

Then this surface.

Then this surface.

And this surface.

And this one.

Okay.

Then okay.

So all the person got trimmed properly.

Then bring back this surface.

Like clicking on swap visible space.

Then hide show this.

Then again click.

Then isometric.

Zoom fit.

So in this way.

This surface modeling object is ready.
