Welcome back in this tutorial we will create quarter pin 3d model using

rep command. So let's start. So you want to create quarter pin using this drawing.

So click on start, mechanical design, part design. Okay. Then at first we will have

to create a path curve. So and I want to create a vertical quarter pin. So first

sketch, click on sketch and select the vertical plane. Then at first we will create

this circle of radius 5 and these two horizontal lines. So circle, center point,

constraint, give the diameter of 10. Then zoom it and draw two vertical lines.

And I want actually this vertical line symmetric around axis. So I will take one

axis from the center and select this line, press control and select line and

axis. Then click on constraint, constraint defined in dialogue box and click on

symmetry. Okay. Then we will give the gap between these two lines. So click on

constraint and we want the gap of 2.5. So double click and give 2.5. The next thing

we want is the length of the line. So length of the line from the center is

100. So we will give constraint from this edge. You want the end point at the

distance of 100. And same is the case with this 100. Then we will need a fillet

here, fillet of radius 10. So using this corner tool, we will create one fillet

corner. Click on this line, this curve and click there. Actually we don't want

to train this circle. So we'll just undo it and click on the corner and from here

we will say that no trim. We don't want to trim anything. Select this option.

Then select on the circle and the line and give the point. Then double click

this and give the radius of 10. Then I want the same on the other side. So I can

mirror it. So select mirror, click this object and this axis. So it will be

mirror around that axis. Then unwanted need to be trimmed. So click on this

quick trim and remove the unwanted object here. Okay just double click so that

trim will continue to work. We don't have to click it again and I then click on

zoom fit. So in this way this profile curve is ready.

Click that it is properly trimmed. Then click on exit workbench, zoom fit. Then we

will have to create one plane here at the bottom. So click on plane. Select this

line and this point. Okay. Then click on sketch. Select the plane. Now here we

want we want to create this section. Now we want to create it from the upper

side suppose. So we will make it normal again. Click on normal view. So it will be a

plane. Okay. So we will create one circle. So circle radius is 2.5.

So click on constraint. Give the diameter of 5. Then there is one horizontal line

at 3.5. So we will create one horizontal line. And we will give the

constraint dimension. So from this circle to this line it is 3.5. Then we will

quick trim double click on quick trim and remove all the unwanted shape. So we

want curve like this. Okay. Then actually we want to coincidence this line. Okay.

undo it. This is skip actually. Okay. Then we want to coincidence the click on this

line control this point. And then click on constraint defining dialogue box coincidents.

Okay. So we have kept that line aligned with this end point of this line. And we

kept the shape on the upper side so that it will sweep like this. Then exit workbench

zoom fit. Okay. The shape is already selected. Then click on rip. As the shape was selected

it got selected automatically. Click on the center curve this one. And click on the view.

And okay. And zoom fit. So in this way this cutter pin is ready. So in this way you can

create the cutter pin. So as per drawing we have created this property. So thanks for
