needs to be broken up,

is gonna be flying around on
the end of that 30-foot arm.

You're gonna be hauling ass,

While your partner
is at a station,

throwing giant rings to you.

You're gonna be
catching those rings

and depositing them
into a bin in the middle.

Each team will be assigned
50 rings of a specific color,

so score as many as you can
in the bin.

The team to deposit
the most rings in that middle

will win today's challenge,

be the only team
safe from elimination,

and also be choosing one
of those two nominated teams

to send into the arena
against today's losers.

Oh, yeah, one more thing--

I know it's hot out here,
and you need some energy,

so each and every one of you
is gonna get a giant smoothie

that you must finish
within two minutes,

and you're not allowed
to throw up.
