is to imagine an inner tube

and if there's a weak spot on it,

can cause the rubber to balloon out.

We can operate, but only
by using a special technique

known as induced hypothermia.

Basically, in order to access

the weak part of the vessel
and clamp it off,

we need to reduce
your body temperature right down

until your heart actually stops.

once the aneurysm is repaired,

we can bring your body
