6. Feeling the peace and stillness of love meditation.

Let's do a closing meditation.

Close your eyes. Focus on your lower dantian.

Put a smile on your face and relax.

Drop your shoulders.

See the beautiful light shining in your lower dantian.

With each breath.

With each breath, the light is getting brighter and bigger.

And your body is enveloped in the light.

This is the light of your soul.

This is the light of the unconditional love of the universe.

In this love, you feel you are so loved.

You are so blessed.

And at the same time, you are so loving and you are so blessed.

In this light, you promise yourself,

I am going to live a life filled with joy, happiness and abundance with health.

And I promise myself that I am going to allow myself to become an empty vessel,

to become a love radiator.

And in place I go to, I will bring joy and love.

Because of my presence, all the beings, all the people will feel happy, will feel joy.

And any services I am going to give to this world will help this world to become a better place for every species of life to enjoy.

By focusing on the light in your heart, in your lower dantian,

say thank you to the universe for giving us this opportunity to share our wisdom, our happiness.

Say thank you to all the masters from the ancient time to nowadays,

for passing down to us their wisdom, so that we can greatly benefit from that wisdom in our life.

Say thank you to our friends, our family, for all their support.

Now see the light in your lower dantian as an energy ball, spinning, spinning, spinning,

getting brighter and smaller.

Then it becomes an energy pill, and your target deep in behind the navel.

Take a deep breath, wrap your hands together, and massage your face.
