happening in five days

now since I sailed her out.

I was already
a rock-climbing instructor,

and I wanted
to climb the world.

this particular voyage,

because it's new for the team

and it's really new

of food and beverage.

As you can see
we're quite busy.

We're gonna focus formally on
the chef's table tonight.

our first Chef's Table,

which is
a lot of preparations.

We're one-and-a-half days
already into it.

most prestigious restaurant,

it went from

really need to be prepared

for a devastating storm.

and they're secure,
nothing's gonna fall.

translating the pilot's

The inclusion of two
vertical thrusters
on Scenic Neptune

is purely for safety purposes,

as the sub can operate
with only one.

to go past 980 feet

using the sub's thrusters,

the computer system
automatically starts
adding air

into four onboard dive tanks,
