Hello, my dear friend, my name is Chen Yulin.

I am a Qi Gong master and creator of Spring Forest Qi Gong.

Even as you listen to this introduction, I want you to start activating your body's

extraordinary natural healing capabilities.

You do this by focusing on your breathing, taking slow gentle deep breaths.

Breathe in slowly now as I count.

Move your breath for a second and now slowly breathe out.

This healing meditation is for anyone who is dealing with cancer and for those who love

and care about them.

The practice of Qi Gong began in China thousands of years ago.

It is founded in the underlying principle of all traditional Chinese medicine.

Then everything in the universe is energy.

This is a concept and understanding that is rapidly gaining acceptance in the Western

world and is most often referred to today as energy medicine.

As everything in the universe is a form of energy, literally everything.

A star, a tree, your thoughts are all forms of energy.

You are an energy being.

Every cell in your body is a form of energy.

As Albert Einstein is damaged in the Western world, energy cannot be created, it has

always been, energy cannot be destroyed, it will always be.

But energy can be transformed.

In fact, energy is constantly being transformed.

Because everything in the universe comes from this original source of energy.

We are all connected.

Everything in the universe is connected on this energetic level.

We will utilize that connection on the most powerful healing level to help you to heal

fully and completely.

The cancer cells in your body have not always been there.

It was a transformation of the energy that created them.

We will focus on undoing that and transforming the cancer energy again, releasing it from

your body.

No Chinese medicine and Qi Gong teach us that the underlying course of cancer or any other

illness is an energy blockage or blockages in the body.

This is not bad energy.

There is no such thing as good energy or bad energy.

Just too much or too little energy in a given area of the body that results in the energy

blockages that cause illnesses, including cancer.

By removing the blockages, you remove the underlying course of the illness of the cancer and release

that energy from your body.

By removing the blockages, you are restoring the natural balance and flow of your energy

and strengthening your body's natural healing ability.

This principle of Qi Gong and energy medicine can work as a wonderful compliment to treatments

and therapies provided by Western medicine.

Throughout this meditation, we will be enhancing the connection of your mind, body and spirit.

Your thoughts are a very powerful form of energy.

We will use your visualization and mental focus to send the most powerful healing masters

and images throughout your body.

Qi Gong and Chinese medicine teach us that the energy of cancer is transformed more rapidly

by the energy of a heat.

So we will also focus on heat energy in this cancer healing meditation.

By visualizing intense heat and light, we can help speed the transformation of cancer

energy and release it from your body.

If you are not experienced at visualization, that is okay.

I will guide you through every step.

All you need to do is allow yourself to relax more and more deeply and feel the energy flowing

through you.

Words like thought can be very powerful.

Cancer is a word that creates fear in so many people.

Fear is a powerful emotion.

Fear can be very damaging if we focus on it too long, but fear can also speed us toward

finding help and safety.

We will focus on replacing that fear with hope and with love to help you experience

your complete and perfect healing.

Throughout this meditation, I want you to breathe slowly, gently and deeply.

In fact, breathe this way as often as you can.

Breathing slowly, gently and deeply will help you relax even more fully.

It will also help you relieve stress which can be so harmful to your health.

Breathing in this way will help expand your lung capacity, increasing your uptake of oxygen,

providing more of your body's basic feel to every cell of your body.

Breathing slowly, gently and deeply is the key to opening and enhancing the connection

of your mind, body and spirit, allowing your thoughts and visualizations to be even more

effective and allowing you to utilize your other than conscious mind.

Your other than conscious mind is the 90% plus percent of your brain that connects you

to the infinite, to the original source of all energy.

Think of it as your bridge to the healing power of the universe.

Finally, the added ingredient to speed your complete and perfect healing, the power of love.

Through all my years of Qi Gong training and practice, I have learned that unconditional

love is the most powerful healing force in all the universe.

This healing energy of love is especially helpful against cancer as the love energy replaces

and transforms the energy of fear.

This unconditional love exists within each of us.

It is the source of our existence.

Only if you don't always feel loving or love, this love exists within you.

Even if you don't always see this love in others, this love exists within them too.

This is the love of your heart, the love of your soul, the infinite source of all pure

and perfect love.

If you are a religious person, you will notice as the love of God, the love of the Creator.

It is not a love of passion, it is a love of perfect purity and perfect peace.

It is a love that seeks nothing for self, but seeks only what is best.

It is the source of all healing power.

This love is infinite and without limit.

You are never without your connection to this universal love.

Because of it, you are never alone.

It is always there for you to caught a point for yourself and for helping others.

If you are doing this healing meditation for someone else, visualize the healing energy flowing

through that person and healing them fully and completely.

You can include yourself in your visualization, but your main focus will be the person you

are helping to heal.

Now, before we begin the guided healing meditation for cancer patients and those who love them,

This is a meditation for healing cancer.

It is meditation for cancer patients and for those who love them.

The most important thing is the key element in this meditation because the energy of love

and conditional universal love is the most powerful healing force in all the universe.

You can always caught a point in this limitless, infinite healing love to help yourself and

to help others which is why this meditation is for both cancer patients and those who love

them.

You can do this meditation standing, sitting or lying down, whatever position feels most

comfortable and relaxing for you.

Then by taking three slow, gentle deep breaths.

Allow your body to relax more and more deeply as you gently close your eyes and put a smile

on your face.

Draw your chin back a little to make your whole spine straight.

Gently open your hands and spread your fingers.

Opening your hands helps the energy flow feeling through your body.

Stay in your mind the password that connects you to the infinite.

I am in the universe.

The universe is in my body.

The universe and I combine together.

If you are a religious person, you may wish to substitute the word God for the universe

and call upon the power of God, or Jesus, or Buddha, or another spiritual being to send

their loving, healing energy to you.

Now let yourself feel the quietness, the stillness, the oneness of the universe.

As you continue to breathe slowly, deeply and gently, visualize you are sitting on a

beach facing the ocean.

This guy is so clear.

The sun is shining so brightly.

You can feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.

You see now all of your family and close friends are here with you.

See how happy they are.

Enjoying the beauty of the sun, white sand and clear blue water.

Feel the gentle breeze blowing over your skin.

Smell the freshness of the air.

You can hear the sound of the waves from the calming sea.

It is so relaxing, so comforting and so peaceful.

See the smile on your face.

See how happy and content you are.

Now you focus on your lower dantian, your lower energy center, which is behind your

navel.

You see a light shining there.

The light is red in color, red is the color of hot energy, the color of love energy.

Now we begin clearing the energy blockages from your body with each slow gentle deep breath.

As you breathe in, feel the universal healing energy flowing into your body from every

part of your body, flowing through your skin, through your muscles, through every cell

in your body.

As the energy flows into your body, see the energy gathering behind your navel in your

lower dantian.

As you breathe out, you see and feel all the unwanted, unbalanced, unneeded energy in

your body, changing into air or smoke and shooting out of your body to the end of the

universe.

Each time you inhale, feel the pure, loving energy of the universe, flowing into your

body, growing stronger and stronger.

Each time you exhale, you see the energy your body doesn't need shooting out of you,

far, far away to the edges of the universe.

Continue breathing in this way.

Now use your mind, your visualization to slowly move the red light that is flowing in your

lower dantian, up to the middle dantian, the precision right in the middle of your torso

under your heart.

You see the light is shining there in your heart center, growing brighter and brighter.

This is the light of your soul.

This is the light of your love, your healing power.

This is the light of your inner God.

You saw the light, feel how comforting it is, feel how powerful it is.

Just let yourself feel the energy.

By focusing on the light in your heart, you feel that any remaining worries or doubts

are releasing from your mind.

You know that you are experiencing perfect peace and perfect love flowing with your energy

through every part of your body.

By focusing on the light in your heart, allow your head and neck to relax completely

now.

With each breath, you are relaxing more and more deeply.

Relax your shoulders and your upper back.

Relax your arms, relax your hands, feel the energy relaxing your middle back and now

your lower back.

Relax your hips, relax your thighs, feel the energy relaxing your legs, your knees,

ankles, your feet, your toes.

There is no more tension anywhere in your body.

You are so fully relaxed.

By focusing on the light in your heart, you see all the energy channels of your body are

open, open, completely open.

The channel is seen your head open, open, completely open.

The channels of your neck open, open, completely open.

The channels of your shoulders open, open, completely open.

The channels of your upper back open, open, completely open.

The channels of your middle back open, open, completely open.

The channels of your lower back open, open, completely open.

The channels of your chest open, open, completely open.

The channels in your stomach open, open, completely open.

The channels in your tailbone open, open, open and completely open.

The channels of your feet open, open, open, completely open.

The channels in your thighs open, open, open and completely open.

The channels in your knees open, open, open, completely open.

The channels in your feet open, open, open, completely open.

The channels in your arms open, open, open, completely open.

For your energy channels now completely open.

Now you see a brilliant and beautiful light, beaming from the universe directly into you.

Pure and perfect light from your spiritual master, your God, filling your heart with love,

filling your heart, filling your body with the most powerful healing energy in the universe.

Now you see all your family, all your friends, all the people who love you, all of them

feel with the same perfect healing light.

All of them shoulding their love and healing energy into you, so strong, so healing.

The healing energy within you is growing more and more powerful.

You feel so thankful.

The healing energy is vibrating through every cell in your body.

Feel the energy transforming you.

You feel so confident now.

You know you have all the energy you need to transform the cancer energy into something

beautiful.

To release it from your body and return it back to the universe.

You feel the love within you.

You feel all the support from your family, your friends, from all the universe.

You know you are filled with the limitless healing energy of love, more powerful than any

You know that everything in the entire universe is just a form of energy.

Every cell in your body is a form of energy.

Cancer cells are just another form of energy.

They can be transformed.

You don't need to fear them.

You can transform them with all the love energy around you.

You know you have all the supporting energy you need around you.

You know you have the power within you, all the healing power of the universe.

You know you have the ability to transform this energy.

You are born with this powerful healing ability and it is within you.

It is yours to use.

You are strong.

Now you see the energy of your spiritual master, your God, directly in front of you,

shooting like a laser beam, shooting directly into the cancer cells in your body.

And you see this powerful energy bathing your entire body in the light.

You see this beam of pure, limitless healing energy shooting into the cancer.

You feel this powerful loving healing energy shooting into the area like a laser.

Feel the laser beam changing now.

It is growing hard.

It is growing harder and harder.

It is a white hard heat now.

And directly from the center of the most powerful sun in the universe, you can feel the heat.

It is so hard, so very hard.

You feel you are sweating inside.

You see all your family sending light with great heat into the cancer and transforming it

into smoke coming out of your body.

You see all your friends sending light with great heat into the cancer and transforming

it into smoke coming out of your body.

And you see I am here with you sending you energy with great heat from my hands, changing

the cancer energy into smoke coming out of your body.

And you see your God sending the light and heat of a healing sun into the cancer, transforming

it into smoke and coming out of your body.

The heat is so intense now, so powerful, so hard.

The cancer cells cannot survive this heat.

The white hard heat is too intense for cancer.

They must transform now.

They are transforming.

You say thank you to your master, to your God, and to all the people who are sending

your powerful healing energy to help you heal.

You say to your master, to your God, and to all the people, please continue to send me

energy.

You feel the change happening.

The cancer energy is not bad energy, just energy that is too much in your body.

You see a transforming and going away, back to the universe.

been transformed into something beautiful.

You can see the transformation.

In the heat, in the light, you see the energy changing into something beautiful, changing

into butterflies, beautiful gentle butterflies, flying away from you now, returning to the

universe, flying far, far away, all of them gone now.

All of the energy completely transformed, say goodbye to this energy, say goodbye to all

the cancer energy.

It is not bad energy, just energy in a form your body can need, and now you have released

that energy back to the universe.

Now all the functions of your body are completely back to normal.

Your health is completely restored.

You feel so good about yourself.

You feel your body is getting lighter and lighter and lighter.

You feel your body is getting stronger and stronger and stronger.

You are completely healed, completely completely healed.

With all the unwanted energy gone from your body, you feel so light and so good.

Your body feels younger and healthier.

You feel so loved and loving, you feel so wonderful.

Life is good, really good.

Now you see all the long forgotten love energy of your life coming back to you.

It is so beautiful, replacing all of your negative emotions.

Now you see any anger, any hatred, any fear, doubts, what depression, leaving your mind

and body and going back to the universe.

There is so much love within you now.

You see anyone and everyone who has ever hurt you in the past, you say to them, I love

you.

By saying I love you, you give up all your hatred and pain and you came back completely

your joy and health.

By letting go of your negative emotions, you find you have more room in your body for healing

energy, for love energy, love energy from your family, from your friends, your God and

from the universe.

Now you are completely based in the healing loving energy of the universe.

You feel you are completely healthy now.

Stay with this feeling as you continue with your meditation, feeling the perfect healing

energy as it continues flowing through your body.

And you see the light is shining there very brightly.

Now you see the light start spinning, spinning, spinning, spinning, getting smaller, smaller,

brighter, smaller, brighter.

Now you see the energy changing into an energy pill and you tuck the pill deep in behind

the navel.

Now take three slow gentle deep breaths.

Gently open your eyes.

Rub your hands together, palm to palm.

Gently massage your face in a circular motion.

Run your fingers up along the sides of your nose.

Out the claws of your forehead and down to your chin.

Do this three times.

This is the end of this healing meditation, but the healing energy will continue flowing

within you.
