Among the desperate men - with whom Wyatt Earp had

to deal as marshal of Tombstone, Arizona,

some of the most dangerous were professional bank robbers.

In 1881, bank robbery attracted western criminals

who ranked themselves with Quantrill,

the James boys and the Youngers.

And a few of them were just as shrewd and deadly

as Cole Younger or Jesse James.
