I've been working on

kind of an online magazine
for, sort of,

gentlemen of leisure
and ladies who lunch.

It's, like, travel,
polo lessons, sailboats,

stuff kind of in Charleston,
and then we'll end up

getting a cut of that
and all.

So it could be a little bit
of income for now

while I'm getting everything
together to do the private club.

- Pick one idea.

I can't just do one thing.

I can have a shop.

I can have a magazine.

And I'm so tired of everyone
telling me, like,

"Oh, you can't have
50 dreams."

- I never want you
to quit dreaming,

but the reality is
we can't live off your dreams.

and living alone

for the first time
in my life.

one day I get up,

and I feel like
I can conquer the world,

get out of bed,
