Hope is up at the main house right now getting some TLC from

her mom and Aunt Donna.

>> Will: I asked Mom to drop me off.

Her and Thorne are running errands.

>> Will: Alison said I could hang out with her if youre too

busy.

>> Bill: No, what are you talking about?

I needed a break anyway, so this is perfect.

I got a book on how to make, like, a zillion different

things.

>> Bill: [ Chuckles ] >> Will: Its a pterodactyl.

Now, you know, theres other things you can do with money.

>> Will: Like, make it.

>> Will: I folded a bunch for the school fundraiser.

>> Bill: All out of $100s?

>> Will: No, out of dollar bills.

And get this -- I sold them for 3 bucks each.

Now, fundraisers, theyre fine, but if you ever want to make

profit for yourself, sell em for $5.

>> Wyatt: So, like, I wanted to bring you flowers.

I just -- I kind of thought that was a little weird.

Uh, well, I was trying to pick out a card, and they just --

didnt seem like they covered this subject.

And I was gonna bring you bourbon, and I thought that was

kind of like Dads thing.

Im sorry I came empty-handed.

>> Liam: I didnt expect anything.

>> Wyatt: I know, I just -- I mean, you just lost your

daughter.

I wanted to do something for you.

And the other stuff.

>> Bill: Oh, Im definitely talking about girls.

Girls are very important.

But Im also talking about the friends, the family, the moms

and dads, and the children.

Most important are the children.

>> Liam: I mean, our daughter was..

She was growing, she was thriving.

We were ready for her.

We named her.

We had no reason to think that she wouldnt make it.

So why didnt she?

Why -- Why isnt my daughter alive right now?

>> Wyatt: I mean, I wish I could tell you.

>> Liam: I mean, like, you know, Im not stupid, I get it,

medically.

I know that things happen, but...

Why -- Why us? Why Hope? Why Beth?

I mean, if theres some lesson that Im supposed to learn here,

I-Im not ready for it.

I dont want to hear it.

I just want my daughter.

>> Okay, you obviously dont want to talk to me about it, but

look -- youve always taken such good care of me.

So, I will call my colleague, and I will get some more

information, maybe some medical records, a profile on everything

we can find about the biological parents, whatever he has.

Its just so easy to get caught up in this idea of a sister for

Kelly.

I know we -- we need to make the most informed decision that we

can here.

>> Steffy: Theres someone I need to talk to before I can

even consider any of this.

Liam.

>> Taylor: [ Sighs ] >> Steffy: I need to make sure

hes okay.

I dont want to be insensitive.

If its too much, me bringing home a new baby so soon after...

[ Sighs ] As much as I want this for Kelly, as much as I want to

provide a home for this child who needs it...

I drove all the way out here from Vegas to put on this whole

show for you, and now you sweet-talked your way into

getting Taylor to adopt a baby.

She wanted to adopt, I have a baby that needs adopting.

>> Reese: We are doing something good for that child, for Taylor,

>> Well, I guess it doesnt hurt that itll help our bank

accounts, too, though, right?

Since we spoke earlier, somethings come up.

Something Ive been wanting to pursue, but not without your

support.

sister, someone she can share her childhood with, like you did

with Phoebe.

[ Sighs ] I know losing Beth isnt about

me.

But I -- I grieve for Kelly.

She has no idea what shes gonna miss.

>> Steffy: An opportunity has come up.

And I think I should be the one to give it to her.

divorced and even though she is with Thorne now.

[ Cellphone rings ] >> Reese: Taylor.

Dr. Buckingham?

>> Taylor: Reese. Its Taylor.

>> Reese: Hey.

>> Taylor: I wanted to let you know that Ive spoken with

Steffy.

>> Reese: And?

>> Taylor: Well, shes in shock, same as me.

>> Reese: Well, that -- its shocking.

She wants to adopt, and then -- Poof! A baby appears.

>> Taylor: Unexpected, to say the least.

>> Reese: So, uh, is she interested?

>> Taylor: It feels like it.

Its just that there are some logistical questions we have,

though.

>> Reese: Of course. Of course.

Ill explain everything to her, but, in the end, the only

question that matters is that when Steffy sees that adorable

little girl for the first time, how could she not take her home

with her?

>> Liam: Oh, wow. This -- This is all moving kind of fast,

isnt it?

>> Steffy: Yeah, yeah, I know, but, I mean, I have been looking

into it, reaching out to a few agencies.

I just didnt think it was gonna come together like this.

But its good. Its good.

The closer in age to Kelly, the better.

>> Liam: Kind of like what Beth would have been.

>> Steffy: I dont want you or Hope to think that Im trying to

replace Beth, if end up bringing this little girl home.

>> Liam: No. No.

I -- Its just, um...

Look, is there -- Is there something about her?

Is there something that makes you think she should be the one?

>> Steffy: Honestly, I -- I havent even met her yet.

But my mom has a contact who knows the birth mother.

Im not sure how.

Were still trying to figure out all the information, but...

She says shes beautiful.

All I know is that I have an opportunity right now to give

Kelly a little sister.

But now if you or Hope object.

Thats why I wanted to talk to you.

Before I consider meeting her and risk falling in love with

her.

>> Liam: [ Sighs ] Wow, um...

Yeah, I mean, I -- Its a little difficult,

imagining you...starting a new life with this baby, and all the

while, Hope and I have an empty crib at home, but...

But, I mean, I also know that thats what youve always wanted

for Kelly, that you want her to have that -- that relationship

in her life, the same one that you had with Phoebe, and...

And just because Beth is...

Just because Beth is gone doesnt mean she shouldnt have

that, and I dont want to deprive her of that, either.

>> Steffy: So, are you saying...

>> Liam: Im -- Im okay with it, I am.

>> Steffy: You are?

>> Liam: Yeah. Yeah.

>> Steffy: Oh, thank you.

>> Liam: But only if its a good match, okay?

>> Steffy: Yeah, no, of course.

Of course.

I still have to meet the birth mom and the baby.

Um...

Would you be willing to meet the baby, too?

>> Liam: What? Me?

>> Steffy: No, I mean, Im gonna be the one adopting the child,

only me.

But this does affect your daughter, and it feels right to

involve you.

Would you feel comfortable before I make my final decision?

>> Liam: [ Sighs ] Um, yeah.

Yeah, I think I do want that.

Um...

I would like to do that for you and Kelly.

Yes.

>> Steffy: Thank you.

I dont know, Liam. My mom -- My mom said something...

She said she felt that Kelly and this little girl are meant to be

sisters, and I know Im getting way ahead of myself, but,

honestly, something inside of me is telling me that theyre meant

to be sisters, too.
