It is a profoundly intimate

I mean, all the statistics suggest
it's safer.

In my view, we can offer
the best of both worlds -

dedicated care

then speedy transfer to hospital

where transfer is necessary?

but I would hesitate
to call it definitive,

because even a skilled midwife
can sometimes

be faced with something new.
