Okay, so let's remove that password protection.

So it's password protected because when you buy a plan from Shopify and then the domain it by default

puts on the password protection so that your store isn't accessible to everybody in the world yet,

because the assumption is you're not quite ready.

So it's probably a pretty decent assumption, but nevertheless we want to remove it.

So to do that, very straightforward, go down to online store then to your preferences.

And here it says your online store is password protected.

So I could simply click on the remove password button, but I just want to show you where this actually

is because it's down towards the bottom of this page.

So you see this password protection puts your online store behind a password to control access.

And then here we have password protected checked on so we can simply check this off.

That's all we need to do.

And we can, of course as well change the password, should we want to.

So having done that, all I need to do is click on Save and here's the message.

Your store is open for business.

I know we're not quite there yet, but I'm trying to teach you everything here, so we need to have

that password protection removed.

So let's just close this and then to prove that everything is working, let's go back and click on this

little eye again.

And here we are.
