Peter was leaving for school
this morning

and he saw a burglary in progress.

Somebody was trying to break into one
of the neighbour's apartments,

so he chased the burglar
up onto the roof

and held him at bay
until the SWAT team arrived.

His mom was yelling at him,
like, the whole time to come down.

ERIC: He wouldn't.
- Oh, yeah.

He stuck it out till the very end.

- He's a brave guy, that Peter.
- Very brave.

- Wow.
- Cool.
