been practicing this knowledge

since I was a little girl,
but I’m still figuring it out.

It’s ok not to have everything
figured out.

Sometimes you just have
to focus on what you know.

I know that studying

and using her recipes

is the happiest I’ve been
in a long time.

And please never apologize
for who you are,

because I think who you are
is pretty great.
