last night in the crazy rain,

-AMAL: Yeah.
-On this island.

I feel happy, I feel at peace,

I feel at ease.

The cave instantly felt safe.

Now it's just the four of us,

and whatever animosity

SARAH: We could all split
the $100,000 prize four ways,

J: First day on the island

MISSY: No worries.

SARAH: Well, my plan is to

She basically wants to

compared to how you normally

I wanna do for sure

is to take the dive mask
and just go get ya some meat.

I have no interesting
in fighting anymore.

MISSY: This place is beautiful.

J: That was the best sleep I got
since I been on this island.

-But at the end of the day...

AMAL: I feel like
the longer we keep her,

it'll be harder to, you know,
get her out of here.

At the end of the day,
it's gotta be us three.

SARAH: My favorite food
on this island

is easily the conch.

They are protein-rich
and delicious.

By expressing friendship,
sharing food,

I do not believe that Team Fight

wants to challenge me directly
in the ring.

The reason I was a villain
in the beginning

was because of her, and for
me to take her out at the end

-is kinda poetic, really.
-Yeah.

SARAH: Kinda bullied me, man.

AMAL: You thought I was
bullying you there?

From day one, I have said
I've never hated Sarah.

You know, I don't know why
she villainized me.

I don't know why she chose
to do that narrative with me.

MISSY: Let's let her go

and maybe we'll get some food.

SARAH: There are often
crabs in here.

AMAL: We're okay with surviving
the way we were doing,

you know, for the next five
days, just coconuts and water.

Like we're okay with that.

I'm gonna put this back.
There's something in it.

But now that there's not gonna
be anybody else on the island,

we're gonna have more
opportunity and more time

to walk around and fish
and do other stuff.

And we'll have Sarah's
goggles and stuff too.

You know she's gonna feel used,

which she's entitled to that.

MISSY: Mm-hmm.

-MISSY: Let's get the drum hit.
-J: Rip off the band-aid.

MISSY: Let's finish the day.

There can be a sole winner,

but there's also an option
where all three of us

walk out together.

We decided as a group
we choose that.

We make all of our decisions

so we just want to like
talk about it together too.

Um...we're super thankful,

but at the end of the day,
we made promises to each other.

We said if we can't do it
with Libby,

we're not doing it

AMAL: Not just for your team,
for yourself.

You had a lot--you had
probably the biggest part in it.

You started out with
the narrative of who I am

without allowing anybody else
to meet me

and get to know me
for themselves.

SARAH: I opened my door.
I shared my resources.

I put food on the table,

and they [bleep] on it.

When I get outta here
and have a shower

and I see all y'all for the
first time--hugs and kisses.

But the way we finish

is the way we started,
and it's just with us.

I'm done with the 12 of y'all.

that they took advantage of me.

AMAL: 12 hours of her being nice

and, you know, trying to feed us
and, you know, showing us things

But it does not make up for

everything that Sarah has done.

AMAL: Just because we went
through so much together,

being cast aside,
that an outsider can't come in

and just be nice to us
for a few hours

and we're gonna be like,

and forget all the work
that we put in

and all the BS that we got dealt
because of this one outsider.

SARAH: I am...
the smallest female.

I stand very little chance of
being able to win that fight.

SARAH: I gave them fire.

SARAH: They targeted
my insecurity,

my insecurity that I may
actually be an ass[bleep].

So as far as I'm concerned,

that is the person
that I am now.

-MISSY: That smells really good.
-There's a really good one--

SARAH: That fire is mine.
I revoked the fire.

They don't deserve it.
Because I'm the fire queen.

-AMAL: I figured

that's what you were doing,

if anything, she's in there
messing with the fire.

let the fire live

while I'm gone.

MISSY: What?

AMAL: She put the fire out.

SARAH: I was the ultimate

All right. It's been a while
since you hit that drum.

It has. I miss it.

What are you challenging for?

Sarah for her existence.

Another Existence challenge.

Are you trying to turn this
final four into a threesome?

That's how it's been
from the beginning,

and that's how it's gonna end.

I love J and Missy.

It's gonna be us three

I thought these guys might try

to take advantage
of my survival skills

to feed them, house them,
take care of them.

To let it know that I'm willing
to give it my blood,

-sweat, and tears.

Amal, she sucks

more than anyone,
more than anything.

She does not deserve to make it
to the end of this challenge.

from everybody else.

Today's our first day with not
worrying about strategy,

fighting, the Arena.

From the moment we woke up
this morning,

we had really good energy,
just like really good mood.

MISSY: Keep your eyes peeled.

AMAL:
We decided to take a walk,

maybe then we'll get
out into the water.

Maybe, you know, try to find
some fish or some conch.

This is my first time
out here in the ocean

with the diving mask on,
actually looking at

the wild life and actually
searching for conch.

Tired of the coconuts; I'm
ready for something different.

[edgy music]

This is the right spot,
you know what I mean?

I'm out lookin' at the sand
and finally, boom, there it is.

I see the shell
that Sarah showed us yesterday

with the little spike
stickin' up.

And then, boom, sure enough,
picked it up outta the sand,

and we got lunch.

AMAL: I'm super excited
for fish.

Lord, thank you; whatever
I did, I appreciate it.

We're all gonna sleep
really good tonight.

The island's ours.

Got no more strategy
to worry about.

We just, you know,
hang on for the next 3 1/2 days,

and boom, you got the winners.

-MISSY: Good job.
-Hell yeah.

MISSY: Sarah who?

but we did it, we found food.

AMAL: Guess what, Sarah.

I been thinking both ways,
of course.

when Sarah left and I was here
with my best friends

and I no longer had to play
and strategize.

The game turned back on

when it was reinforced
in their minds

could change their lives

and they wanted to fight.

feelings towards it,

AMAL: My only two options

lumberjack teddy bear,

but he's gone against J twice,
and both times he's lost,

so that made me nervous.

My plan of attack is to be

and push J all the way
to his limit.
