All language subtitles for 2. Using Annotation for Fusion Fusion Kolder Creative

So this is something that I've touched
on earlier in this course, but

it's something that I want to reiterate
now that we're jumping into fusion.

And it is to use markers in your timeline
to show where you want to do

any kind of special effects

or anything that requires a little bit
more advanced compositing infusion.

So that's what we did with the Acro
two dirt bike transition here.

We've left this marker over here.

So what I like to do

in a lot of situations, once
I've put together my main edit like this,

you know, we kind of have picture
lock is to go through and put markers down

for any kind of fusion effects or things
that I would like to do in my timeline.

So in this case,
I was just scrubbing through my timeline.

And I notice that in this clip over here,
there's this sign

that I don't want in my shot
because I think it's distracting.

So what I'm going to do in this case is to
leave a marker on my timeline over here.

I'm going to make it the same color

as my other fusion marker,
which is this color here.

And I'm going to call it remove sign.

So now all of the markers
that are this color in my timeline,

those are meant to show me

where I want to do
any kind of fusion work in my timeline.

So what I'll do is go through my entire
timeline, leave fusion markers

like this in it's wherever I want to do
any kind of fusion work.

That way,

when it is time to go into fusion,
I can quickly just jump to those areas.

I don't have to guess where it is
that I want to be doing

fusion stuff and I can open up
those exact areas in fusion.
