devotion to their favorite teams

by getting ink stains

and spending currency to be
present as their team wins.

I regret my emotional investment.

Regardless of outcome,

these games are intended
to bring beings together.

However, this is not always the case.

We find ways to give life meaning

Some might seem bizarre

All we know is that we exist
