blocked the move and a

court hearing is scheduled

tomorrow before circuit

judge tommie green.

restraining order in place for

additional 10 days, which would

2nd at which time we will be

prepared to have the hearing on

the preliminary injunction.

Hood says tomorrow's hearing is
